I know you do not like people making edits to their apps after they have been accepted. When i originally made the app for the first YB and then posted it here i did not know you had given a name to the Vamps detailed in the OP.

Earlier i saw an app you had made for a Dragul vampire, and i saw the specifics of his physiology and i was wondering if you want me to add those things into kingsley's app, or is it fine?

I would say only his vampiric abilities, his powers dont really mesh with any of the vampiric traits enough for that to make sense. Now I could imagine being blood drunk affecting Kingsley's superpowers a bit, both positively and negatively probably.

Well, blood drunk is more of a mental affliction than anything so I imagine it definitely affects how he uses his powers/the extent to which he can use them, but I doubt it affects the powers themselves directly.

Dib'hur Vartash: A weseh, great ape like aliens of great size with genetic memories. He crashed on earth years ago and has been working on adapting, moving from -place to place, being mistaken as bigfoot a time or two along the way.

Ghost: a superhuman hitman with an unknown face, anyone who looks at him soon forgets his face when he turns from them. He may also have other abilities to go along with it and perhaps a skill with magic or tech or the like.

Soundwave: can manipulate sound to an extent. a former cop who became discharged from the force after an incident where his powers ran rampant and people were injured(possibly killed).

Nobuatsu Oda/Ronin: A grandson of Nobunaga Oda, raised alongside his twin brother, after his brother inherited the Oda legacy he did foolish things. Nobuatsu fought and nearly killed his brother but fled instead, leaving his brother with his shame and dishonor. He was dying from wounds inflicted during his fight to reach his brother, and began to commit seppuku. Unbeknownst to him his sword was mystical in origin and when it pierced the flesh of its wielder it changed him in many ways. Now so many years later he wanders the world aimlessly, doing as he will.

Bio: Sky Sword, as it was named upon its arrival to Earth, was a android built for the cause of vengance. His creator was Daka Furin, an Antevarian engineer of extraordinary talent who was captured by the mercenary race the Rantu. Instead of killing him, they enslaved him and forced him to create weapons for their empire. He was kept on a space ship to prevent escape and for decades Daka toiled for his cruel masters until he finally planned an escape. Under the promise that he was building them his greatest weapon of all, when in reality he was building their downfall. Using the rare metal Illiriam, he built an android and programmed it with the recorded knowledge of hundreds of schools of swordfighting across the universe. Building a warrior that defied all Rantu tradition felt like the ultimate act of revenge for Daka. However, the day when he planned on activating the robot to take over the ship, he was discovered and attacked by a guard. During the struggle Daka was badly wounded but he managed to activate his creation and deliver one final directive. To take vengeance upon criminals and to protect innocents, no matter the cost. With that the robot swordsman take to life and proceeded to fulfill its master's wishes. It slaughtered the unaware Rantu with cold indifference and succeeded in killing everyone on board. However due to the fierce resistance put up by the mercenaries the ship was irreparably damaged. The ship plummeted through space as it was torn apart and after years of floating through the debris the robot finally entered Earth's orbit and crash landed in the desert. The android was deemed Sky Sword when discovered by Wonder Foundation research teams and has been stored inside a Californian research facility for decades. It currently resides in an inactive state, having been in stasis since it was discovered.
Powers:

• Swordsmanship: Sky Sword is programmed with deadly skills with martial weapons. Specifically with swords he is a deadly threat.
• [Illiriam physiology]: Illiriam, an incredibly durable and light alien metal is what sky sword is almost entirely made of. This gives him impressive durability and also super human strength
• Engine Speed: Sky Sword has small boosters on both feet and elbows that give him short blasts of super speed, elevating his agility and combat abilities.

Limitations:

• Cool Down- Sky Sword's engines have a cool down period after use doing which they can not be used again.

Weaknesses:

• Cold:While Illiriam has an extremely high melting point, it is much more vulnerable to freezing.
• Hacking: Sky Sword was less of a mind than it is a mainframe. He is very much a computer and similar enough to human technology that a human could take control of him with the proper skill

I like Ghost, Soundwave and Ronin the most, myself, they sound pretty cool. You'll just have to find another name for Ghost if you go with him, there's already a character called that

The first three sound like excellent villains imo

Ghost was definitely meant to be a villain, Dib'hur could work as one as well, i might make him a bit Gorilla Grodd like, but possibly having to macguyver earth's primitive tech together. Bulwark, well, generally he is a hero, or heroic minded, but he could definitely be a villain, probably a bit like solomon grundy or such. Soundwave would probable become a hero, trying to redeem himslef, Ronin well he would probably be a wandering merc if anything, a samurai without a home.

Ghost was really a concept i had today, I was of couse inspired by Gal's character Spectre a bit, but i have done a similar character before. In the case of that character every person who looked at them saw something different, ranging from gender differences to things like hair color, eye color and the like.

Soundwave was first created for the same rp which Bulwark first appeared in, though in that case he was an active police officer part of the equivalent of Metahuman SWAT.

Ronin, well, he has been a favorite of mine for a while, originally in We Were Never Heroes by Beiarusia the character was called Hachi Inaba and was simply a descendant of Nobunaga Oda. He has been refined into his current form over the years and many appearances and story concepts.

All in all Ronin and The Hitman Formerly Known as Ghost are probably at the top of the list, Ronin because i like the character and Ghost because the concept appeals to me and an independant villain could get into the thick of things easily enough.

Clyde Shelton was a decerated marine during Desert War and Iraqi Freedom, but one day his team was hit by a IED. While Clyde had survived to explosion, he suffered major injuries, losing his left leg from the knee down and severe spinal damage to the point his other leg could have been gone and he wouldn't have noticed because he was paralyzed from the waist down, his left had was amputed, and finally the left side of his face had extreme third degree burns from being trapped in the humvee when it caught on fire. Expecting to never leave this bed, let alone walk ever again, Clyde had given up on life. About 14 months after he was hospitilized a Doctor that Clyde had never seen around walked up and began asking him strange questions along the lines of "...would you like to walk again?" "...Would you like to be stronger...faster...true marine again?". In the beginning Clyde dismissed him not wanting to get his hopes up, so the Doctor leaves a card with a number on it and tells him to call if he ever wants to run again and feel the wind against his face. Weeks later Clydes will breaks and he decides to call the number, a distorted voice answers the phone and simply states "Is that a yes?" and before the thought could even forms the tongue slips and he says outloud, "Yes", the phone hangs up and when Clyde tries to call back he gets a "This number is no longer in service" message. Confused Clyde reisgns hisself with the thought that this was just some practical joke meant to torture him. Later that night a nurse he had never seen before came up and had injected something into his IV, as the syrum entered his body he faded out into blackness. This is the last Clyde Shelton had been seen, and the last memory of an broken man...

Two Years Later
Solirlus Cyburo is on another black book mission for the good doctor and his allies, this time he has been sent to Africa to assassinate a Warlord that uses supers and aliens to enforce his rule. The mission is straight forward, really beneath the capabilities of a Summus Marine, but doctors allies pay, and they pay well, so a Summus Marine is deployed. With there being no need for stealth, Solirlus dawns his power armor for this deployment and is air dropped from over 1000 feet altitude, as he is rocketing to the earth he deploys his jetpack to soften the land while using the power armors stabilizers to cushion the rest of the impact. Once within the deployment zone Solirlus makes a beline straight through the wilderness using the advanced sensors in his helmet to see clearly on this dark winter night. After 7 hours of marching Solirlus gets to about 2 km away from the base and pulls out his binoculars and watches for his target, once acquired Solirlus notes all guard routes and any supers or aliens in plain sight. Once all this information is gathered, over a period of about an hour, Solirlus uses the breaking of dawn to cover his entry into the camp before unloading living hell with his Bolter Gun firing explosive .75 caliber rounds ripping hostiles apart. After a clearing out all hostiles Solirlus pins down the Warlord and puts a round through his stomach as his helmet records for kill confirm. Another mission successful, Solirlus makes for the extraction point, and once home is put under in a deep sleep untill his next deployment.

Explosions, Screaming, Awake, Memories flood in, but not his memories.. someone elses memories... pain... suffering... despair...
Solirlus awakes inside of a tank full of liquid, breathing in the liquid his third lung kicks in to keep him from downing... an explosion rocks the building as a piece of shrapnel hits the tank breaking the glass. Solirlus smashes the glass and falls out of the tank with the rush of water, disoriented from an improper awakening Solirlus combat training begins to kick in as he finds the base is under attack by unknown hostiles. Making his way to the armory an hostile attempted to attack Solirlus, horrible mistake on his part, as Solirlus uses his enhanced strength and speed to avoid the attack and with a quick grab and twist breaks his neck and before his body could hit the ground Solirlus had covered another 10 meters. After reaching the armory he uses his bioimprint to open and access his armor and weapons, as he suits up a missle hits the armory sending Solirlus flying from an massive explosion. Recovering from the explosion and the fall, Solirlus dawns his helmet and makes his way for the Doctor... only to find him dead, and just as Solirlus enters the room a person in some super suit had escaped through a hole in the ceiling. With the objective achieved, the hostiles retreated. With no doctor and no orders to follow Solirlus decides to find out who attacked the base and killed the good doctor.

Now
Solirlus has found out that the attack was done by a group of "super villains", but unable to learn exactly who or what team did this Solirlus hit the streets with the intent to slaughter all hostiles in his path till he finds the killer of the good doctor...

During the later years of the Cold War, a scientist by the name Dr Robert Holt was hired by the American government to use his bioengineering talents to create the ultimate human soldier to defend against the Russian and superhuman threats that had plagues the world. For twenty years, 1971-1991, Dr. Holt had no true successes with his works and when the Cold War ended the United States Government shut him down. After losing everything he had worked on, Dr. Holt fell into a pit of dispair until one day he had found a book in his fathers possessions, at first Robert had no interest in the book as it had many nazi symbols on the cover. But curiosity got the better of him, knowning that his father was some kind of scientist during WWII, though not knowing he was a nazi scientist, Robert decided to read through the book... It was here that he found the missing link, he needed the blood of supers! Over the following ten years Holt continued to work in secret, until his first success in 2001, just as the alien threat became clear to the now twisted Dr. Robert Holt.

Many prototypes and a few years later
Doctor Robert Holt has finally created his first true success and dubbed the 8 ft tall mass of bioengineered muscle and augmentations, the Summus Marine, loosely translates to High or Supreme. No longer working for the US government Dr. Robert began taking on Mercenary work and sending his Summus Marine into combat. With his creation being such a huge success the good doctor went out to find injured ex-military personel that had no family or future, sticking to these perameters was hard in the beginning, eventually Dr. Holt had collected and created three additional Summus Marines, keeping them in chronosleep till they were ready for deployment.

The Summus Marine, or Supreme Marine, are bioengineered super soldiers created by Dr. Robert Holt from 2001-2017 They are implated with 13 very specific organs and augmentions to allow the Summus Marine to be demigods in the theater of War. When originally brought into the lab their memories are purged of all non-essential information related to survivability and warfare, as to create a emotionless killer, but regular memory scrubs are required due to past memories resurfacing. After the implants and memory wipe is completed, the Summus Marine is given its final augmentaion, Black Carapace, which allows the Marine to connect with his Power Armor.

Powers / Abilities:

• [Combat Training]: Summus Marines are trained in many leathal combat forms
• [Special Organs]: Summus Marines have multiple implants through various surgeries, and are implanted with special made organs as children to give them super abilities. Once implanted with the organs due the super human stats start to developed.
• [Phase 1 - Secondary heart]: This simplest and most self-sufficient of implants allows a Summus Marine to survive his other heart being damaged or destroyed, and to survive in low oxygen environments. Not just a back-up, the secondary heart can boost the blood-flow around the Marine's body.
• [Phase 2 - Ossmodula]: A small, complex, tubular organ, the ossmodula secretes hormones that both affect the ossification of the skeleton and encourages the forming bone growths to absorb ceramic-based chemicals that are laced into the Marine's diet. This drastically alters the way a Summus Marine's bones grow and develop. Two years after this implant is first put in the subject's long bones will have increased in size and strength (along with most other bones), and the rib cage will have been fused into a solid mass of bulletproof, interlocking plates.
• [Phase 3 - biscopea]: This small, circular organ is inserted into the chest cavity and releases hormones that vastly increase muscle growth throughout the marine's body. It also serves to form the hormonal basis for many of the later implants.
• [Phase 4 - Haemanstamen]: Implanted into the main circulatory system, this tiny implant not only increases the haemoglobin content of the subject's blood, making it more efficient at carrying oxygen around the body and making the subject's blood a bright red, it also serves to monitor and control the actions of the Ossmodula and Biscopea.
• [Phase 5 - Larraman's Organ ]: A liver-shaped organ about the size of a golf-ball, this implant is placed within the chest cavity and connected to the circulatory system. It generates and controls 'Larraman cells' which are released into the blood stream if the recipient is wounded. They attach themselves to leucocytes in the blood and are carried to the site of the wound, where upon contact with air they form a near instant patch of scar tissue, sealing any wounds the Summus Marine may suffer.
• [Phase 6 - Caralespean Node]: Implanted into the back of the brain, this pea-sized organ influences the circadian rhythms of sleep and the body's response to sleep deprivation. If deprived of sleep, the catalepsean node cuts in. The node allows a Marine to sleep and remain awake at the same time by switching off areas of his brain sequentially. This process cannot replace sleep entirely, but increases the Marines survivability by allowing perception of the environment while resting. This means that a Summus Marine needs no more than 4 hours of sleep a day, and can potentially go for 2 weeks without any sleep at all.
• [Phase 7 - Multi-lung]: This additional lung activates when a Summus Marine needs to breathe in low-oxygen or poisoned atmospheres, and even water. The natural lungs are closed off by a sphincter muscle associated with the multi-lung and the implanted organ takes over breathing operations. It has highly efficient toxin dispersal systems.
• [Phase 8 - Occulobe]:This implant sits at the base of the brain, and provides hormonal and genetic stimuli which enable a Marine's eyes to respond to optic-therapy. This in turn allows the Apothecaries to make adjustments to the growth patterns of the eye and the light-receptive retinal cells - the result being that Summus Marines have far superior vision to normal humans, and can see in low-light conditions almost as well as in daylight.
• [Phase 9 - Lyman's Ear]: Not only does this implant make a Summus Marine immune from dizziness or motion sickness but also allows Summus Marines to consciously filter out and enhance certain sounds. The Lyman's Ear completely replaces a Marine's original ear. It is externally indistinguishable from a normal human ear.
• [Phase 10 - Oolitic Kidney]: In conjunction with the secondary heart this implant allows a Summus Marine to filter his blood very quickly, rendering him immune to most poisons. This action comes at a price, however, as this emergency detoxification usually renders the Marine unconscious while his blood is circulated at high speed. The organ's everyday function is to monitor the entire circulatory system and allow other organs to function effectively.
• [Phase 111 - Neurogolttis]: This enhances a Summus Marine's sense of taste to such a high degree that he can identify many common chemicals by taste alone. A Marine can even track down his target by taste.
• [Phase 12 - Mucranoid]: This implant allows a Summus Marine to sweat a substance that coats the skin and offers resistance to extreme heat and cold and can even provide some protection for the marine in a vacuum. This can only be activated by outside treatment, and is common when Summus Marines are expected to be fighting in vacuum.
• [Phase 13 - Black Carapace]: The most distinctive implant, it resembles a film of black plastic that is implanted directly beneath the skin of the Marine's torso in sheets. It hardens on the outside and sends invasive neural bundles into the Marine's body. After the organ has matured the recipient is then fitted with neural sensors and interface points cut into the carapace's surface. This allows a Summus Marine to interface directly with his Power Armour.

• [Thin Armor]: To allow more freedom of movement, the parts of the armor where the joints come together their is little to no protection. The Helmet, while gives good protection to small arms, is vulnerable to large caliber weaponry and other high impact attacks.
• [Outcome justifies the deed]: When there is no other option, A Summus Marine will have no qualms with collateral damage. Will not kill humans unless there is no other option where the villain will escape or succeed with their plans.

Eoghan was born in killarney Ireland, he was brought up in a devote chatholic household. During the early years Eoghan showed signs of having powers that baffled his parents. Deciding to hide this from their friends and neighbors, they brought Eoghan up with the mindset to never use his powers as they are an affront to God. But a young boy can be curious as too why he had abilities that none of his friends had, so whenever Eoghan had freetime he would go to an abandoned building and practice using his abilities. As he grew into his early teen years Eoghan had become a top student in honors and advance placement courses, all of this so that he could discover more about how to utilize his abilities. Eoghan had began to grow more laxed and fell into a pattern everyday after school, a young girl that had a crush on Eoghan decided to follow him to the abandoned building. Unbeknownst to Eoghan the young girl watched as used his powers, but as she was watching she had accidently knocked over a loose board and Eoghan accidently lost control over his powers and everything in a 50ft radius was hit with an invisible force crushing the girl into the ground breaking both of her legs under her own weight and while Eoghan was able to pull his power back in before killing the girl it was enough to destabilize this portion of the building and he was forced to use his powers to save the girl. Trapped under the rubble inside of a bubble of energy, Eoghan grabbed the girl up into his arms and used his powers to repel the rubble with each of his steps. Pedestrians that were in the area at the time of the accident had already rushed over too see what happened, and as Eoghan walked out of the rubble the people he had been raised around all his life began to look at him as if he was some kind of monster. After a year of this, Eoghan decided enough was enough and he packed up all his stuff and left. Six months later Eoghan find his self living day to day on the streets of San Diego, California watching as heros and villains fight out in the open. Once he finds out that not only is there a team of super powered youths in this city, Eoghan camps out in the underside of the bridge leading to the island waiting for the right moment to join the Young Bloods.

Age: He is around 431 years of age, give or take. He appears younger however.

Appearance: Nobu. He stands at just over 5 feet, standing at 5 foot 2 inches. He has a single tattoo on his back, a massive rendition of the Oda clan Emblem which spans most of his back. His skin has many pale scars found on it, blade wounds, bullet wounds even a few scars where stitches or sutures had been used. Typically he wears a Kamashiro, an outfit worn during the Edo period by Samurai and Couriers, though Nobu makes his own.

Bio: Nobuatsu was born as part of a set of twins to a child of Nobunaga Oda in the year 15??. He and his brother were fraternal twins rather than identical, but they were still separated. They were raised the same until they turned 5 when it became apparent that his brother Nobuhiro favored their father more. Thus it was determined that Nobuhiro would lead while a much different, much crueler fate awaited Nobuatsu.

The Oda clan had suffered much after Nobunaga Oda fell, so they chose not to kill Nobuatsu. He was sent to Hattori Hanzo, a renowned warrior who was friends with Nobunaga. He was subjected to training many modern humans would consider torture, but he succeeded beyond anyones expectations. At the age of 16 he was sent out to properly hone his skills in battle and otherwise, he would do so for 5 years. At the age of 21 he was recruited to work for Nobuhiro

Eventually it came to light that Nobuatsu was Nobuhiro's brother. That alone was no real issue but there were those who sought to depose Nobuhiro and make Nobuatsu rule. Regardless of the fact that Nobuatsu cared not about ruling, just honing his craft, they still tried. Nobuhiro became worried that Nobuatsu would take his power, and in his paranoia and desperation he committed a grave mistake, he made Nobuatsu his enemy. He sent Nobuatsu away on a mission and arranged for assassins to ambush him. Nobuatsu defeated the assassins with ease, being careful not to injure them fatally, but his fight was far from over.

If those assassins had been the end of it then Nobuatsu could have perhaps forgiven his brothers trespass against him. While assassins had been sent to ambush Nobuatsu a similar group had been dispatched to Nobuatsu's home. When he arrived the assassins were still there, but he was too late, his wife and their firstborn were dead. He defeated those who turned their blades towards his family, he did not kill them, he was not that merciful. He worked his way through the soldiers sent to his home and discovered they were sent by Nobuhiro.

Nobuatsu was angry, to Nobuatsu him dying was an inevitability, he was a warrior after all, but to direct a blade towards his family, that was unforgiveable. He rode towards Nagoya Castle, the seat of power and home of the Oda clan. Thus began an epic battle you will find no evidence of in any surviving historical document. Even though he was just one man against a veritable army, one could not help but feel sorry for those loyal to Nobuhiro.

Nobuatsu had always been stronger and faster than one of his size normally would be, he did not know why he just accepted it. During his assault on Nagoya Castle he was different, to say he fought like a man possessed would be an understatement. His fury and focus on his goal allowed him to push himself and allowed him to use his superpower, though he still did not know he had one at that time. The battle was not entirely one-sided, despite his skill and ferocity he still took many injuries. He lasted long enough to reach Nobuhiro, he did not kill his brother, but left him with his shame and dishonor, a more lasting injury than anything physical.

His injuries were great, but he still pushed himself to reach where he and his wife had lived. He knew he was dying, he could feel his life leaving him, but was able to ignore it to some extent. He reached the grave he had made for Mina Hasegawa, his wife, and committed seppuku in front of her grave. Fate had other things in store for him, or rather his sword did as unbeknownst to him it had mystical origins. He had wielded it for decades, he had not needed to sharpen it or repair it and continued to use it. When the blade pierced the flesh of its wielder it drank of him and bonded with him, changing him irrevocably.

He awoke to find all his wounds healed and his body younger, stronger than it had been in his prime years ago. He could feel that he was different from how he once was, he could feel the potential within his body. Even when Nobuatsu had travelled in his youth to hone his skills he had never left Japan. Now however he knew he had to leave, he went where the tides of war and battle took him. He stayed in Africa for some time as a mercenary, honing his skills and determining the changes the sword had wrought upon him.

He spent more than two centuries away from Japan, travelling the world and expanding his horizons. He would return to his homeland in the year 1866, and make a home in the Echizen province in a village there. For nearly a dozen years he would stay in Japan, leading a peaceful existence far removing from his last couple centuries of fighting. In 1877 when Saigo Takamori led a samurai rebellion against the Meiji government, officially Nobuatsu left Japan after a certain incident. In truth he remained in Japan, not in a single place, rather he roamed from island to island cleansing his homeland of hostile Yokai. Despite the fact that Japan was no longer truly the home he once knew its people needed some protection against the monsters preying on them while its warriors were fighting one another.

He would leave Japan during World War Two, tracking a Kappa which managed to evade him and swim to Europe. It would take him time but a Japanese Yokai in Europe is something that doesn't go unnoticed, its peculiar appetites make it easier to track than some things. He was not the only one tracking it, the Nazis in their lust for power and all things that could grant power were after it as well. After slaying the Kappa Nobu was captured by the Nazi's, fighting a Kappa underwater was quite taxing. They kept him and his weapon magically seperated and Nobu was left to their tender care for years until he facility he was in was attacked. He and other beings kept there were rescued by the Hero Liberty and others with him, though Nobu owed the man, he knew how he would be treated so he vanished in the night.

Following WW2 Nobu went to wander the world again, even during the Cold War nothing changed about that, he did keep on the move however. He would not stay in any place for long, occasionally helping people when he could and then moving on. In recent years he has come to both appreciate and abhor certain changes of the world and certain phenomena and cultural curiosities that have risen in the in the last several decades. One thing he has taken a liking to is certain foods and motion pictures, one such among them is pizza, he also likes star wars. Recently he has been traveling through the United States, a place he has not been for some time.

Powers:

• Body Supremacy: He simply put, has perfect control over nearly every aspect of his body, ranging from reflexes to even how his body reacts to poisons. He can amplify his physical attributes by pushing past his inherent limit, but at a cost. This power, is part of what is responsible for his sculpted physique and metabolism. He can use this to push past his limits, being able to move much faster, hit harder, carry more and the like, for a time. This renders him immune or resistant to most if not all powers which would try to mess with his body such as blood manipulation, biological manipulation and others along that vein.
  
  
• Supernatural Condition: In every physical aspect, he is vastly superior to normal humans, and even many Superhumans. This includes granting him immortality, and eternal youth, reverting his body back to its prime. He also remembers everything since the day he was cursed with this condition. Additionally he had gained the ability to sense danger and possible harm, to a slight degree. He has superior strength and reflexes, being able to easily react much faster than mundane humans and can lift more than the strongest weightlifter.
  
  
• Healing Factor: He heals faster than normal humans from wounds of all kinds. Small cuts can heal near instantly, small caliber bullet wounds heal in a couple weeks to day(s), depending upon the damage, larger caliber rounds can heal within months, depending upon the area hit and the damage. He can heal from broken bones within a week to a year, depending upon the bone hit and how damaged. While he cannot fully regrow limbs or organs, because of his body supremacy, he can loosely control and direct his healing to temporarily increase its potency in that area. Magical wounds heal slower, and self inflicted wounds heal instantly, but just those wounds.
  
  
• Magical sword/Juuchi Yosamu: His katana which he has used for centuries. It as what turned him immortal and granted him eternal youth as well as stronger physical abilities. The sword itself never needs sharpened or maintained and regenerates if damaged. It cannot be controlled through abilities or the like by anyone other than its wielder and Nobuatsu must die for another to bond with it. It has two forms, the sword form and then a more mundane form in the shape of a small charm with a similar appearance to the sword itself. It can be called to him from nearly anywhere unless magically sealed.
  
  
• Combat Training: Over the centuries Nobuatsu has honed his combat skills to an extreme. While alone they would just be impressive techniques when used with Nobuatsu's enhanced physical abilities they are more than most normal humans can deal with. Throughout his centuries he has picked up and integrated many fighting styles and ways of combat into his repertoire, these range from mundane martial arts to assassination technique even some acupressure and acupuncture styles. Additionally he has a wide variety of combat related knowledge and has incorporated that into how he fights as well.
  
  
• Onymodo: Over the years Nobu has picked up the art of Onmyodo and makes use of it. Through Onmyodo he has gained the ability to detect magic and see the nature of supernatural beings to a certain degree. He mainly makes use of paper charms and through these charms can do a variety of things, the magic of the charms only lasts a week after the charm is complete. After a charm is made it takes two days for the magic to properly adhere to the charm and he can only have a dozen charms at any given time or the magic fades from them all. With the charms he can launch fire balls or other equivalent elemental attacks, but they are not strong.
  
  Additionally he can make charms which can exorcise or eject spiritual beings from people it is placed on or an area it is placed in. Through sealing charms he can seal various things temporarily, ranging from senses to the usage of magic, the more charms used the stronger the affect it, but it can be resisted by superhumans and magic users depending. He can summon shinigami of various forms using special charms which take longer to prepare. Other types of Charms include ones used for divination and tracking.
  

Limitations:

• Jack of all Trades: Physically speaking Nobuatsu is definitely stronger, faster, more durable than any mundane human, but he is still far weaker or slower than people who specialize in speed or strength.
  
• Unaging not Undying: Although Nobuatsu can take a great deal of punishment he is not unkillable.
  

Weaknesses:

• [Magical Skulduggery]: The mystical nature of Juuchi Yosamu and the changes it wrought upon him have made him more susceptible to magic attacks than those of the mundane kind. Magical wounds heal slower and any magical phenomena have more lasting effects on him than their mundane counterparts would. Additionally its meddling makes him largely unable to use magic of any kind except those related to and allowed by the sword.
  
• Limits Reached: Though Nobu can push past any limits normal humans might have achieving feats nearly impossible for normal humans even he has limits. Once he has reached those limits his body can only sustain that level of power for a short time, minutes usually.
  
• Not quite Uncontrollable: Although he has perfect control of his body, his body itself can still be manipulated, by any powers which manipulate the body as a vessel rather than its inner workings.

I had a chat with the rest of the staff team and we still think the character could do with some more weaknesses related to their powers, given how many of those he has. Some of the suggestions we came up with are making his armor prone to short-circuiting/malfunctioning with electrical discharges, and making head trauma more damaging to him due to the large amount of additional organs located there.

Bio: Many people can go their entire lives without knowing they have powers. Without the proper tools to use the abilities, there would simply be no way to know. This was the case with Mikaela Mynd up until a year ago.

Raised in a household with a single mother that made it through life by blackmailing rich men, Mikaela was taught that no one cared unless they wanted something from you. Mikaela's entire existence, it seemed, was nothing more than a way to pull child support from the richest boy toy her mom could point a finger at at the time. As lomg as she stayed in the house, her mother wouldn't have to work and, on occassion, would give a gift to "her precious little gold mine."

One such gift was a proffessional camera with self exposure and lamenated printing. It became Mikaela's pride and joy, with her constantly buying more and more blanks. Then she discovered something even more powerful. The pictures...spoke to her. Not literally, mind you, but they seemed to emanate with power only she could see. She experimented with her pictures, and others, discovering an array of powers. When her mother found out, Mikaela made her kneel to her. She now ruled the household through fear, knowing that her mother would care only because her life now seemingly depended on it.

Armed with her first phone (she wasn't allowed to have one before), her prized possession, and the knowledge that people only cared when she made them care, the once lonely, reclusive girl would be going back to Thompsen High. And this time, she knew that people would see her.
Powers:

• [Photgraphic Teleportation]: By touching a photograph to someone or something (must be direct contact) she can send them to the place in the photo. Target must be willing or unsuspecting, though she can join linked things together (people holding hands, someone holding something, etc) as lomg as both are willing or unsuspecting.
• Photographic Mimicry: She can wield the photograph to mimic what was taken at half a power. Obviously, it's difficult to get these pictures.
• Photographic Voodoo: Can manipulate photographs to manipulate those in the photograph. This includes using photoshop to make people say something, bending a lamenated photo to make someone kneel, or striking it to cause pain. She cannot kill with this, and willpower can overcome it.
• Armed with evidence: She can pull items she has pictures of to her, as long as the picture is real. The items come into quasi reality, so are only half real and those at half strength, durability, power, etc.

Limitation:

• Human stats unless mimicking higher, and even then at half
• She can never get anything at full power. It's all quasi real, and thus at half everything outside of size
• Outside of the teleportation, she herself must have taken all of the photos used
• Willpower can negate pretty much anything of hers
• She needs a picture to do any of this, and thus access to a camera and a free hand
• Blurry pictures won't work

Weaknesses:

• [Technology reliant]: she absolutely needs to have a working camera (cell phone works) and a free hand
• [I am Not Fast]: Her entire shtick is the element of surprise. If she cannot get a picture or something is moving too quickly, she's shit outta luck

His father, Matchlikc was an influential German politician in what remained of the Reichstag. Matchlikc attempted to light a flicker of Democracy back into Germany after the Nazi party extinguished it. The Nazis hatted Matchlikc as he attempted to contest the current war with the allies. Demanding peace in a war that they could never win. The Nazis attempted to force Matchlikc to resign from his post but through political skill unseen after the time of Bismarck, he avoided such attempts. When that failed the infamous SS became involved. Matchlikc barely survived a drive by and lost use of his right hand.

Seeing that he was a marked man he managed to smuggle his wife and Irving across the Swiss border but he was refused entry as taking in a marked man would endanger Swiss neutrality in the war. He returned to Berlin and discovered a plot. A plot to free the fatherland! When operation valkyrie commenced Matchlikc was the face of the operation the Reichstag but once it failed he knew retribution would come. He held out in a small cabin in Austria. Waited for the death squads to come. Killed two of them before killing himself.

He received lots of hate from his fellow classmates due to his heritage and his family had to be placed under police protection after his father was tarred and feathered. He would struggle through high school and beyond and rapidly find himself more and more in debt. Then the Vietnam war broke out. Desperate to prove himself to his peers and resolve the education debt he joined in US marines in 1966 and fought in the Vietnam war.

There he saw things. Things that stuck with him forever. He came home a changed man. He had fought for over five years. He lived off his army pension for some years before moving back to New York and getting a job in sales. He would eventually marry and have two children in 1973. He mostly lived an average life until his wife died in 1993 convincing Irving to retire. But then he heard that his daughter was having trouble paying for her son's college education in 2014 convincing him to come out of retirement to help his daughter pay off his debts. He had trouble finding a job due to his age but he discovered that the Young bloods HQ, the tower, was in sore need of a janitor. His employer was at first nervous but Irving managed to convince him to hire him.
