What in the fudge is wrong with NS?

I can only access it through secret mode on a VPN, and can't access it normally
Hard-Core Centrist. Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right.

I can access it just fine, on a public WiFi (on my own laptop and devices, of course, not on a public computer), or a private/home WiFi.

I am going to take a wild and somewhat unhelpful guess that it might be your connection? Or some certificate error? :?

There's some weird network outage affecting some websites but not others. It's unlikely at NS's end. Disregard
