You do realize that not only is there no physical evidence to prove any of those charges [no bodies, no photoes, no hunting-knife], but also conflicting testimony from the Iraqi soldiers that brought the kid to Ghallagher; claiming the kid had arterial bleeding in the legs and neck and was pretty much dead on arrival... but they'd seen this guy do magic with a scalpel...
Oh, and also, at the base of their charge, the Marine-Sniper/medic/seal apparently was failing to hit civillians he was aiming at "because his rifle wasn't sighted in properly"...
As for him being sloppy... the Iraqis he helped train state otherwise, and that it was the 9 accusing him that were slacking hard enough for Ghallagher to file individual complaints against each of them. The charges were filed against Ghallagher when the nine realized they'd be going back to TARDEC together, afterwards [With E. G. as their commanding officer].
