Cancer is still incurable! which is so bad, that millions of people die from it.

If we start to research to find cure, then we will save million of lives.

1. Regions (like the Pacifics) should cooperate which each other, and help each other to find the cure.

2. Testing cure cannot be tried on human!

3. If we are confident enough to believe that the cure will work THAN we can test it on human, if the human who has cancer agrees with us.

4. Inside regions, progress should be reported, that members of that region know how close or how well progress is going.

Cancer is on the rise and no one is doing anything about it. It is a leading cause of death in pretty much every country, killing billions every year. Research for a cure needs to, and HAS TO happen. This research would be for all types of cancer, not just a specific one. Here is what needs to be done:

1. Form a Cancer Curing Organization
This is the first thing that needs to be done so that countries and regions have something to donate to. The organization should be called World Cancer Curing Organization or WCCO. Each region with 100 or more countries should have a representative in the WCCO.

2. Every Country Needs To Fund Cure Research
This is the first thing that needs to happen, because research teams need money to conduct their research. The funding can be done in two different ways. A country can either give directly to the WCCO or give money to their region so that their region can donate money to the WCCO.

3. Every Region Needs To Have A Research Lab
After there is money for funding, each region needs to build a designated cancer research lab in their most medically advanced country.

Firstly noting that a lack of clearly defined ocean territory can lead to dangerous diplomatic situations and hostilities

observing that a lack of clearly defined exclusive economic zones can lead to disagreements and war over resources

This act defines that;

a) For the purposes of this act territorial waters are areas of sea where the nation has sovereignty

b) For the purposes of this act exclusive economic zones (EEC's) are areas of sea where the nation has control of resources such as oil, gas, fishing, etc, but not sovereignty.

mandating that;

1. The territorial waters of a nation should extend 15 nautical miles offshore

2. The exclusive economic zone of a nation should extend 200 nautical miles off shore

3. In matters of overlapping claims, the boundary will be set halfway between each of the squabbling nations.

4. a nation shall have sole and unalienable rights over its territorial waters. (In regards to ship movement, military training etc)

5. a nation shall only have unalienable rights over resources in it's exclusive economic zone (in regards to ship movements, military activities and similar it shall be treated as international water)
