Bio: [spoiler]Angelica Dalin was among the children experimented on way back in the 90's with what would become the Wonder Warriors. However, it seemed like she would be a failure, and died for the first time during the experiments.

It was then that her powers kicked off. Her body burst into flame as they were preparing to do an autopsy, and her heartbeat returned, her wounds healed. With it came flames, wings, and a sharp scream she quickly released. The scientists were overjoyed, and she died a good few times before rescue, in the hope that more powers would develop. They did not.

Upon rescue, she opted to try and live a normal life. No more scientists, no more flames, and no more captivity. Instead of college or returning home (as she couldn't remember where that was, probably for the best), she set off on a trip across the country.

Ever so often she would visit the Wonder Warriors in California. Whilst not taking their way of life, she did find comfort into seeing people thrive outside of what little she could remember of the experiments. This led her to, one fateful day, at the Young Blood massacre, being caught into their world. A world where her only experience was an explosion....

She next awoke a captive aboard a vessel of an independent research scientist, a drowned corpse to them. When she awoke, the scientist thought he may have found the perfect way to fame, if only he could crack her rebirth genetically.

He killed her and experimented on her for years. She doesn't quite remember any of it, but it still exists in her nightmares. However, a few months ago, she escaped. She felt an odd pull towards San Diego, and, dying from starvation and dehydration and disease a few times between there, she arrived one month ago with barely any memory. Taken in by the Dalin's, she was enrolled in Thomsen High School, where she heard tell of the Young Bloods. It is there that her story officially begins....

Powers:

• [Pyrokinesis]: Fire manipulation, uncontrollable when berserk or during a breakdown
• [Sonic scream]: Can increase her lung power to 140 decibels, uncontrollable when berserk or during a breakdown
• Rebirth]: 5 minutes after a mortal wound, Angelica will self emulate, returning to her 16 year old self with no memories beyond her name, age (16), and birthday, as well as any skills.
• [Healing Flame]: Instead of destructive, this for actually gives a warm, soothing effect whilst healing the person affected.
• [Berserk]: After a mental breakdown, or saving someone from near death, Angelica loses her ability to control her powers and state of mind, yet increases her peers as well. The flames turn white hot, and form claws and the ability to again heat and for from the surroundings. However, she attacks indiscriminately. If having just gotten out of a breakdown, she attacks purely what set her off, friend or foe. The after affects of this, after healing or being calmed, is SERIOUS burns.
• [Flight]: Flaming wings when her powers are activated. Disappear instantly during a breakdown

Limitations:

• Her maximum area of affect is barely enough to cover a street block.
• Obvious Decibel max

Weaknesses:

• [Extreme Naivete]: With no memories comes no experience. Like a small child, she trusts people almost always, and is incredibly gullible.
• [Only human after all]: She has no real defenses, not even her flames. A gunshot, knife, or even well aimed steel pipe could cause her to have to be reborn
• [Mental Breakdown]: If someone kick-starts a memory of anytime before her last rebirth, her mind will overload as everything comes back to her. This will set her off into a panic attack that is defined by screaming at full force and being surrounded by a blue orb of flames. She is totally useless like this, and it's quite difficult to calm her down. Knocking her out is usually the way to go. It's easier on her as well, as if she ISN'T knocked unconscious, she goes berserk, attacking that which set of her memories.
• [Not Fireproof] Is not immune to the effects of her damaging flames (outside of wings)

Likes: She LOVES hamsters. Not to eat, to play with. It's an odd fixation that lasts through every time she comes back. She has a sweet tooth so intense she guards her candy jealously. And, of course, she enjoys trying out anything clothing related. When she finally gets to pick a costume... Well... It might take a while.
Dislikes: She is not a fan of cats, interestingly enough. Dogs are fine, rabbits are alright, and cows are...meh, but she really doesn't like cats. Tends to hiss at them. She doesn't like being pranked. She finds it mean, regardless of how harmless, and doesn't like being tricked. Even if it is easy...

Appearance: He stands at just over 6 feet tall, with a thin yet athletic build, not alluding to his true strength.

Bio: He was born in the late 70's in a small town in Maine. His family moved to a town they had heard good things about, called Cross Timber. They headed there due to a job opportunity given to his parents, a rather tempting one. They were unaware of the City's dual reputation at the time, so they were excited and for a time they had a good life, but it was not to last. His father got on the bad side of one of those that ran the town. Nothing happened to his parents thankfully, but he was taken as reparations by the supervillain. Rodger's life was not good for a time and he had to change and grow, faster than one his age normally would, but his life changed when his powers were discovered.

His powers had to do with alcohol and though he could not actively control it, he could manipulate it to some extent. How he was treated was changed, and this new treatment would change him from a cautious enduring individual to one who cared little for anything aside from partying and using his abilities for his enjoyment. Despite the fact that he held powers, and had some fighting experience he did not become a Hero or a Villain, he just was. After the Wonder Warriors came into being and became popular, he encountered them a few times in social settings. Though they were somewhat cautious, his abilities and general attitude made them warm up to him, especially during the later period of their existence. He could make a party much better through his powers.

It was his abilities and association with them that led him to being at the party that would later become known as the Young Blood Massacre. He was injured then severely so, but he was able to barely escape. Unfortunately, the scent of his blood drew something, something else, which would kill him yet make him more. The Vampire drained him, and for some reason made him into a vampire, eventually he parted with the one who made him. For years he flitted from place to place cashing in on certain aspects of his powers to keep on the move.

In recent years he has moved back to San Diego, even opening a bar, the Dead Man's Hand. It is located in Downtown San Diego and built on the remains of a former speakeasy. He rarely leaves the bar, most think he is just a diligent bartender but he lives in rooms beneath the Dead Man's Hand.

Powers:

• Alcohol Manipulation: Though he can't actually control any amount of alcohol, not yet, he can change how it tastes and looks, and even how it affects people.
• Alcohol Empowerment: While he normally has physical attributes of a Peak Human, if he drinks enough alcohol, his physical attributes can rise to superhuman or near superhuman levels.
  
• Vampiric Physiology: He has all the strengths of a normal vampire. His psychic ability is Empathy, he can sense emotions generally though within places he experienced great emotions or where great emotions were felt he can feel almost relive what caused those emotions. He can track through emotions and tell what a person is feeling and even force emotions on others or change their emotions with great effort.
  
• Alcohol Physiology: A quirk of his powers makes him be able to turn into Alcohol, but it is not without its downsides. this gives his normal form more grace, fluidity and flexibility.
  
• Alcohol Induced Immortality: As long as he drinks a certain amount of alcohol, every day, his aging process slows even more, but he must drink alcohol untouched by his abilities.
  
• Alcoholic Healing: He can increase his natural healing factor by drinking copious amounts of Alcohol. Also works if wound or wounded area is covered or submerged in alcohol.
  
• Alcohol Immunity: He is immune to the negative effects of alcohol in most cases, there are exceptions, such as if he feeds on someone who is drunk. Such a thing is also more potent in affecting him.
  
• Alcohol Augmentation: He can increase the quantity of Alcohol, both for beverages and the chemical within ones body.
  

Limitations:

• He can only amplify alcohol by keeping in physical contact with what he wants to increase the amount of alcohol in. He also cannot control alcohol in any quantities but he can affect it.
• His Empowerment as well as other powers of his requiring ingesting of alcohol require him to drink alcohol not touched or changed by him at all.
  
• He is unskilled in using most of his Vampire abilities. His Empathy only covers a radius of arounf 5-6 meters around him and he must be touching someone to mess with their emotional state.
  

Weaknesses:

• Up in flames: He is weak to fire, more so than most vampires, due to his propensity for alcohol and their influence on him.
  
• I'm Melting: Water like with all vampires can harm him, though in a different way than most, water will cause him to start to melt or fade, but he can recover given time. He however does not melt as if touched by acid, the water washes him away would be a more apt description
  
• It Burns us: The sun will damage him and cause him to burst into flames if he is in it for too long. Though he is more resilient to the sun than most.
  
• One too many Drinks: Due to his powers from before he was turned, He must drink alcohol regularly, in addition to blood, in order to not be seriously weakened. Same applies for his abilities.
  
• I am not as Think as you Drunk I am: Most vampires can become blood drunk, feral with bloodlust, he is more susceptible to that than most and possibly even more so than that in certain circumstances.
  
• I Feel as you Feel: Although he can block or blot out most strong emotions especially strong vivid ones can debilitate him.

Joseph was born to Amanda and Brandon Landin in the gated suburbs of LA, the youngest of three brothers, Alex, aged 5, and Cameron, aged 7 at the time of his birth. His mother, Amanda, was a well credited physicist and engineer of several fields, and made a large fortune as an advisor and consultant for many companies. These companies fields ranged from energy to automotive sciences and even weapons development. This gave the Landin a relatively comfortable life of luxury, despite not seeing their mother very often.

Out of all the brothers, Joseph had seemed to be the only one to inherit his mother’s natural intellect. He had an uncanny ability for problem solving and understanding of machinery, and as he grew older became talented in the realm of physics and engineering as well. Despite his mother often being away on work, most of her time was home was spent helping Joseph study and learn, much to the resentment of his brother Alex, who was often neglected in favor Joseph. This usually led to Alex being bitter and almost unloving towards his younger brother, much to Joseph’s dismay.

Despite this though, Joseph lived a very comfortable life. That is until one fateful day, when everything would change. The entire family had gotten together to go see a new superhero movie when Joseph was 16, and given that he was on his permit he would be the one driving to get as many hours in as he could to get his license. On the way back home from the film, at a typically busy intersection, a drunk driver slammed into the car after running a red light, killing everyone but Joseph in a rollover accident, who was in critically injured and rushed to the hospital, barely escaping the ordeal with his life.

After the accident, he was forced to move in with his aunt and uncle, who lived in the same gated community as his now dead family. Joseph couldn’t help but blame himself for the death of his mother, father and brothers. As the sole benefactor of any inheritance, he acquired his family’s multimillion dollar fortune, and his parent’s house. And shortly after the accident, while going through his parent’s house for some of his things, he made a very shocking discovery. While digging through some of his mother’s tools in the garage, he discovered a remote with two buttons, reading “Open” and “Close”. Picking up the remote and hitting the open button, a door in built into the floor slid open, revealing a winding set of stairs. At the bottom was a massive laboratory, complete with manufacturing and fabricating resources. Bins full of various metals and chemicals, some of which even he had never heard of. And at the center, a some kind of reactor, which provided power to this hidden facility totally separately from any electricity that ran the house.

This was a treasure trove to Joseph. He began looking over his mother’s sketches and blueprints, often amazed by the things he saw. It became abundantly clear to him that these seemingly personal projects held far more weight than anything she did professionally. But one thing in particular stood out to him. A suit, of sorts, only half constructed, but the blueprints of which suggested it to be designed for his mother herself. It was powered by a miniature fusion reactor much like the one that powered the lab, with decidedly less power output in return for a smaller size. In the packet containing the blueprints, there were several sheets outlining his mother’s plans. She wanted to create this suit in hopes to sell it to the US military for special operations purposes. But Joseph had a different idea for it.

He got to work, spending months upon months completing the design, tweaking it to accommodate his own body. By the time he was 17, it was done. He spent the the next several months familiarizing himself with the controls, learning to work the suit and control it’s various operations. Eventually, he had it understood enough to use properly. He took on his new alias, “Fusion”, and began giving back in a way he saw fit. Dispensing the justice he saw fit on those who truly deserved it.

Powers:

• Superhuman Intelligence: He has superhuman levels of intelligence, able to wrap his head around new concepts incredibly quickly, with a mastery of various aspects of science and engineering.

Limitations:

• He is limited to the resources available to him, which can be found on Earth.
• He is limited to the technologies made available to him, and despite great inherited wealth, his pool of resources is far from endless.

Weaknesses:

• Human Durability and Strengh Under the suit, he’s made of soft, delicate human meat.
• Human reactions: Despite his suits heads up display providing increased information on any given environment than an average joe, he has human level reaction times.
