San Marino!

I'd have liked Poland to get through too, though.

Portugal- was that marmite song- maybe just a bit too art school experimental than the punters could digest. If it was in the second semi though it might well have made it as it's the weaker semi. The same could be said for the Polish entry - which I think would make stunning background/atmospheric music for a horror or possibly a SciFi flick.

The staging for the Zero Gravity was stunning- but if she won? Imagine the scramble to the top of those poles for the finale.

Any idea how each of the countries voted? The panels and the 'televote'.

I see that they should be available somewhere https://eurovision.tv/history/full-split-results

We won't know anything until the Sunday!

All we know is below;

"I can now reveal that the score difference between #10 and #11 in last night’s first Semi-Final was just 2 points. Out of the 10 qualifiers, juries and televoters agreed about 8 out of 10. Your vote matters!" According to Jon Ola Sand anyway..

Oops, the second semi was a lot stronger than I thought. Only quibble with that semis results was the Dutch qualifying. Knowing my past record at picking qualifiers and winners that blighter will probably go on and win it.

A few of the songs have been stuck in my head so far- The Polish entry, Na Na Na and the Norwegian one.

In case nobody's put the final's running order up - here it is- final running order

jeez - just noticed the combined forecast giving [size=50]18th. Russia (0 pts)

I thought that, the Maltese, swiss and Norwegians were the strongest on the night.

Given where I'm from I'm damn thankful that NS actually has a community for Eurovision.

Semi-Final 1 was depressing - a lot of the performances were sub-par (except Australia and Iceland), Semi-Final 2 was way better, even the boring entries of Semi-Final 2 (talking about you Ireland) were a bit interesting to watch. But this year I'm not particularly excited for the winner because no entry stands out as "Eurovision Winner", at most they feel like "Nice Songs", also I don't know, does anyone have like any comments on the hosting this year (I've got mixed reactions), AND that "mentalist" from Semi-Final 2 - staged or real?

Of course it was staged. A real one wouldn’t set it up to make it look so glaringly obvious.
