"My good friends, President, I have evidence that the tanker explosion was a preemptive strike by the USCO." He clicked some blueprints up onto the screen. "This vessel was outfitted with heavy gaurds on all of the oil tanks along with heavy fire surpression systems throughout the ship. This foam used on the vessel would have put out the supposed electrical fire. But even if that had failed the ship has multiple safegaurds. The fornt tanks are set back in the bow so the collision might have just caused a spill not the mass explosion seen. Causing foul play to be the only real reason for the mass devestation seen. Someone could have planted bombs in the tanks before it was filled with oil. ruling out the cause of this as being accidental." He finished the sentence as a quiver ran down his spine.
"We suspect that high ranking government officials within the United City States of Oceania such as a high ranking military commander working under the leaders as a direct attack on Sevevill."

They were up in the air flying to the city of Madistar above the fighters and above the range of most missle systems. He checked over his electronics again as they were leading and his target would be that of the entire group. The bomber lurched a little as it started to sink down. They had to go 10,000 ft down form their 45,000ft cruise. Today they were aiming for the city center with 1,000lbs bombs and some small firebombs. The bomber started to shake as it hit a rough patch but they were nearing the target zone.

"Bombing mission run through. Aim for large buildings the suburbs are not of concern follow the lead bombers radicle and try and aim a little infornt. Make sure there is a wide spread. Rear gunners ready cameras. This is the first part of a lar..." He looked out his window as a missle arced up and hit the bomber next to him. A wing disappeared as a trail of fire followed the spinning bomber. The first dead in the war... the seven crew members of the bomber would have a very hard time removing themselves form the spinning fortress as it fell to earth... He said a quick prayer that that was the only losses in the formation but it would be hard to not have more.
"Radar jammers on. Flairs set to auto." Someone said over the intercom "Five Minutes out." He had trained his whole adult life for this moment. The single pull of a trigger over a enemy city as the large bombers of the Imperial Air force slowly went out of style compared to the sleek faster jet bombers and fighter bombers. It was almost like suicide to jockey one of these behemoths but it was also the best position in the airforce. They were nearing the drop zone. Soon to be the first bomb under the cockpit window.

The plane gained speed and altitude as the bombs fell form the bay. The other bombers were doing the same thing. More missles were fired soaring through the sky some hitting the still in range bombers others soaring past. The majority of the bombers that were in good condition were at full throttle twards the sky in a effort to get back to safe altitude. He looked through the rear camera that he had access to and watched as another bomber with its wing engulfed in flames slowly started to sink towards to earth. It curves and sleek lines were about to be put to rest in the dirt. He watched as four parachutes emerged form two doors in the planes rear roof section. He knew that they were some of the lucky ones. Done with the war before it even started. Although they would most likely be killed by the the scum of the nation below. He looked back. He had seen at least two of the fifty bombers fall but nobody would know the casualty list until they returned to base. He assumed more would be dead. Although they still had to get to base before he would know if anyone he knew was dead or MIA. The bombers banked back to Urilas.

They had arrived in the airbase yesterday, and she and her flight were stationed there for six months before a long term crew could be down here. The marines and navy already had a few fighters in their base and the air corps fighters have yet to come down. So far the only air assets in this base were four KC-45s, ten C-17s, and several Army helicopters, and 4 F-35 fighters from the Army.

She and her crew sat in the open hangar, as the KC-45 sat out in the sun partially out of the hangar. The New Arcadia Territories flag was hung in the hangar and it stopped some of the light from seeping through. The KC-45 was having some issues with one of its engines and the mechanics were working on the plane.

But by the end of the month, we expect to have the full forces for the forces in Urlias to arrive." said Meindl before Parliament, as MP Natanaël Barrault of the CUP spoke "Does this prompt military action?" General Meindl responded "At this time the UCSO has blamed the oil tanker attacks on the rogue elements who have staged a coup de tat, while the Empire of Sevevill claims the UCSO's government to be behind the attacks. Further investigation is needed before we could come to a recommendation."

With tensions rising around the globe the leader of Sjovenia, Autarch Ferdinand Tennfjord, has ordered tighter security for its borders and ports of entry. The Ministry of the Sjovene Navy (MSN) and the Ministry of the Sjovene Air Force (MSAF) have both released a statement indicating an increase in both aerial and maritime patrols. Autarch Tennfjord has shown little interest in being involved in the conflict but that hasn’t stopped the free market. Privately owned companies are looking at the conflict as a way to earn Income.

KP officials over the last hours have held a hurried emergency meeting in the alliance’s headquarters, even as the dead still lie in Kamooko’s once pensive streets and seemingly senseless violence continues around the world. At first their job seemed simple, with those in agreement that now was not the time for rash action and that until more could be determined about this wave of violence enacting the untested mutual defence clause would be premature and set a poor precedent. Thus the officials began quickly working to interpret information as it came in, and resolved to set up a joint committee to share and analyze findings in the slew of investigations which would no doubt soon be starting. Nobody ever tabled any high handed security proposals such as a grounding of flights, and at first there seemed to be no real work to do. Many officials prepared to go home to their loved ones.

However, as minutes turned into hours the situation became more complex, with reports of an ongoing Arcadian attack across the Albatan-Northern Albatan border prompting the KP’s highest authorities to authorize an immediate exploration of potential military responses by the KDC. However, even as troops were being singled out for the mission another critical development on a completely different island threatened to derail those plans as well.

After the devastation in New Connaria Sevevillian-Oceanic relations were looking more and more strained. With the empire’s public still outraged that nobody had been held accountable last time, this latest round of bloodshed was the final straw. War had come, and soon after the Sevevillian declaration September Island’s new Oceanian-established government on September Island announced a halt to plans for their entry into the Oceanic Federation. Now with conflict breaking out all around them this island with only the barest of self-defence capabilities was asking for a Kamooko Pact guarantee of their neutrality.

Despite the complete indefensibility of September Island this guarantee was soon granted. The pact could not afford to look weak now, even if it was anybody’s guess how the tiny KDC with its almost nonexistent organic force projection was going to uphold its sovereignty when they had failed so spectacularly in the much closer and more naturally defensible Altaguay.

As the fortified city regains control over its streets the people are only beginning to come to grips with what has transpired. Government institutions are entirely intact, but deaths outside of security checkpoints have now piled up into the dozens and many are still unaccounted for.

A concerted gun and bomb attack at a community centre in the city, over the last hours believed to be a random act, is now being classified as an attempted assassination. Sources are hazy and conflicted, but most state that the centre was hosting some Kamooko Pact officials who were to be giving talks. As firefighters finish off the smouldering fire left in the wake of the violence it is unclear who, if anyone, may still be inside.

Outside the embassy, protesters were outside protesting the recent attacks in Albatan thinking the federation had done it. One of the congressmen in the KP whom she was friends with had told him that the KP and Albatan suspected FASC for the attacks that took place in Alabtan. Ariane sat in her office and picked up the phone to the KP ambassador to Arcadia waiting for thier response. This was a diplomatic shitstorm that they had no part in. Ariane was watching the situation closely and she was looking at the reports to ensure no military forces have crossed the border, so this mislead claims couldn't be validated by baseless fear-mongering.

The Storm Gathers

Guanja had not been at peace long in the grand scheme of things. War was always inevitable, but none knew it would be like this. The Guanjan Royal Navy was readying an expedition force alongside Terestroi into the heart of the storm. After the Great Loss, what some nations were calling the most recent terror attack on Markion, many nations began blaming each other and Sevevill declared war on the UCSO. The UCSO and the NWA were not allies, but the enemy of my enemy is my friend. The Guanjans had amassed a grand fleet of one of its two carriers, several battlecruisers and destroyers, in addition to some submarines and a mass of supply, transport and support vessels, all enroute to Nulaar. Altogether the Guanjan fleet's final count of ships would be thirty-two vessels, in addition, roughly ten thousand Guanjan expeditionary marines would be on board those ships.

Seas south of Nulaar

The United Fleet of Terestroi was departing for Nulaar, the southern most port city on the edge of the Sultanate. With over a hundred and fifty combat vessels and over two hundred in support the fleet was massive. At its core a variety of carriers with destroyers and submarines. With it was a force of around eighty thousand Common Guard. This force had been gathered for many months now since the rising tensions in the world. The terrorist attacks had brought around a shift in political opinion in Terestroi and now a thoroughly hawkish wing of all parties was firmly in control of the democratic levers. While of course those responsible for the attacks would be caught, other plots and machinations began to creep into action. The first step would be the expedition to secure Terestroian interests in UCSO and on September Island. Marshals and Admirals were dismissed and new ones instated. Units were rotated and cults with a more militant and martial mindset encouraged to sign up. Faith leaders had rallied and given speeches to their neighbourhoods. God was with the Fleet and the Fleet was on its way, their Guanjan allies soon to be alongside them.

Breaking News: Following an investigation into allegations of widespread irregularities in September Island's recent referendum, the September Island Electoral Commission, in a 6-5 decision, has declared the referendum "null and void". Several high profile figures who were part of the "Yes" campaign have been arrested, on suspicion of Subversive Activities against the State, for which the maximum penalty is death. The President of September Island, in a statement earlier this hour, expressed his disappointment in the Electoral Commission's decision, but said he accepted the conclusions and vowed to continue to uphold September Island's democracy. The opposition in September Island is hailing the decision as "a courageous action, taken despite the immense pressure from the criminals to act otherwise". A criminal investigation into the alleged interference is expected to begin soon. All of this comes as September Island has requested that the KP guarantee it's neutrality, in light of the war between Oceania and Sevevill.

Today, with the transition of the Arcadian Empire to the Federations of the Arcadian States and Commonwealths, come changes in the way the very government operated. This means many changes are to be made, and we have lined out several reforms to the Arcadian political system. First and foremost the colonial parliament will be upgraded and named the Congress of Nations with both two houses, the national assembly, and the Senate. The Parliament of the Grande Republic of Arcadia will be diminished to a state level government much akin to former colonial parliaments. The second is a shift in foreign policy, the government of the federation to a less expansive foreign policy, and to pursue closer ties between neutral nations in such divided politics.

On another note, we congratulate and thank the United City States of Oceania with the transparency their government has shown with the voting fraud in the September Islands, and in honoring the referendum results.

The recent policy change in the foreign policy of the Arcadian peoples across the world has renewed interest in better relations between our two nations. Lt. Gen. Arthur Stone stepped out from his Gulfstream G550, and into the cool air. He looked around at the hub of activity that the airport had become. In the distance, he could see soldiers erecting a battery of Patriot missiles. As he was walking toward the terminal, he heard a roar. And over his shoulder he saw SA-95 Taube touch down, its tires squealing as the pilots worked to bring the massive beast to a stop. Near the end of the runway he saw two more Taube’s unloading their cargo of helicopters. “Impressive.” He thought.

He turned toward the terminal, but before he could start walking, he noticed that there were two WJC-700 passenger planes sitting at the terminal unloading troops. “Damn we work fast.” He thought.

As he reached the terminal a Major came out to greet him “Welcome to Frostunica, sir” she said. “What is the situation at this time major? He asked. “Still developing sir, the Sevevillians bombed the city of Madistar earlier, casualties are unknown at this time but it seems the Sevevillians suffered heavy losses, though we are still working to verify that.” she replied.

“Alrighty then, inform the Oceanians of my arrival and that I would like a briefing as soon as possible” He replied. “What have we gotten into this time” he thought as he went off to see if the rest of his officers had arrived.

Guill stroked his wide thin moustache as he sat on one side of the room wearing his Terestroian Admiral’s uniform. Leaning forwards he puffed out a plume of smoke from his vape “Lord Admiral, now that we’re at sea, I’d be quite enthused to learn what are our priorities are with this expedition? Goals, allowable losses and the like? The Lord Protector seems to think that you’re the only one worthy of this information.”

Lord Admiral Terens was young, barely looked 30. A political appointment, the Admiral thought. They wore the same uniforms but the Lord Admiral wore a ceremonial cap that marked him out. He turned around “If you must know Admiral then our goal is as the Lord Protector issued. To protect the independence of the UCSO and SI. No loss is allowable. Our ships and personnel are not expendable. Giving ground or letting the locals take the brunt is our move over noble self sacrifice.”

Guill stood up “I doubt that approach will please our allies and if anything will be welcomed by Sevevill. You realise they’ll be more than happy to see us retreat from their headstrong strategy. Why are we going if we aren’t willing to take risks?”

“Oh we’ll take risks and we’ll engage. But we’ll engage with the war in mind not the battles. Sevevill can take the whole island but if we make it impossible to hold then our victory is inevitable. Besides I’m sure UCSO and Sevevill know about our mission parameters, they aren’t just sitting around waiting to let us win the war.” Terens stood for a moment before leaving the Admiral alone with his thoughts.

Markion Tensions Generate Income

With tensions escalating through out Markion a handful of Arms Manufacturers have seized this as an opportunity for extra money. Companies that range from Munitions, Rifles, and Pistols but it doesn't stop there. Several Private Military Contractors have opened their doors to any that seek protection or an extra fighting force. Many only seek the opportunity as armed escorts for VIPs but one group, known as The Liberation Front, is itching for battle. District Politicians were delegated by the Autarch to make an announcement... "Private Military Contractors are not an extension of the Sjovene Military. We do not owe you anything and will not back up any incidents you find yourselves involved in. The Government cautions you to avoid any overseas contracts directly correlating with the conflicts in Markion." Private Contractors may heed the cautions but aren't being intervened by the Office of State Intelligence, Local Police, or the Autarch Himself.

Return Of The Bandit



New developments continue with modifying the Petelin 8A. The New Aircraft designated Petelin 19B (P-19B) "Bandit" (Razbojnik) has been showing promising signs with the developments and modern technology. Current tests are underway to see how the Aircraft handles Terrain Following Radar. The Ministry of the Sjovene Air Force has been calling for a Fifth Gen stealth aircraft since 2017. Designs immediately began but ultimately fell short for what the MSAF was calling for budget wise. It was at this point that developers turned towards an already built aircraft and the thought of modernization came into play. Sources say the Aircraft is not far from being production ready and could enter service as soon as September!

The isolationist island nation was not spared from the violence. In the northeast of the capital city of Albatopolis gunmen carrying XM9 rifles began shooting at civilians while more barged into the nation's parliament...

The foyer was somewhat unguarded and a tour group was just getting through the metal detectors. Immediately shots were fired and the tourists and parliament staff were plastered bloody against the ornate wallpaper of the old front. The insurgents then moved through the metal detectors, shooting them when they started blaring and entered the next room.

To the surprise of the gunmen, the room was empty, and when they had all filed in the doors shut behind them and the lights went out.

Web-Walker; Albatan Partiament

"Well, this is not at all what I expected." Web-Walker sighed after taking a drag of his joint. He watched through the security cameras as parliament guard marched up to the doors of the room that the attackers were not locked in. After a pretty intense gunfight, the gunmen where gone men and the whole perimeter of the parliament building was now under lockdown.

The Streets of Albatopolis

The defeat of the gunmen in the city was not so swift or successful. Hundreds died, more were injured, and the gunmen were only stopped after the heroic performance of choice police officers who were honestly just lucky. It wasn't until a week later that the Rapid Reaction Force entered, and shut down the border between Northern and Central Albatan.

CSD Extends Hand Amidst Crisis

The CSD has offered aid to its allies in Placeoderms and even offered strong support to Albatan and going as far as to suggest that the KP offer Albatan an unconditional seat in the KP once again and the protection of KDC peacekeeping forces in the form of CDF personnel with the latter being offered unconditionally as well. In addition to this, the CSD has offered strong support to NWA nations and has been met with open arms. In the coming days, the NWA will be sending aid and diplomats to the KP nations and vice versa. With tensions high, the NWA has released a statement strongly suggesting nations to stand steady as Sevevill, Ilarya and Arcadia continue to mobilise their armed forces beyond what is required for protection and aid.

Two weeks after the attack the train lines between Northern and Central Albatan have been shut down. The Green Party Leader after refusing aid from the KP or GRA was pressured to step down and after the Conservative Party calls for a snap election, winning a majority and pushing the Green party almost completely out of parliament.

After the major change in staff, the new Prime Minister, Helena Jazek, accepted Durradon's offer (and denied Arcadia's). And thus, Albatan rejoined the KP.

He stood from his command post. Looking out of the large masses of his great navy as they moved into position to blockade the UCSOs trade routes and nation as it is with orders to sink anything that cam near them. They had brought everything they needed for this blockade. Large Railgun cruisers. Missile cruisers. the famed Naval Airforce. Frigates. It would be a fight but they would be blockaded whatever the cost. The formation had the carriers in the back with enough room to give quick air support but continue to hold their safety bubble. while the ships held formation with large guns facing where the UCSO's navy was sure to come from. They were ready for what was coming and would be able to take down this nation if it meant sacrificing even the biggest of vessels.

The conflicts in South West Markion were an eye-opener to need of an international political body, one that we have lacked since the Arcadian monarchist government staged a diplomatic coup on the Coalition Military and Economic Pact. Since then we have seen cold wars and more conflicts at a greater intensity than before.

With this, the nations of the Federation of Arcadian States and Commonwealths, the Kingdom of Allusia, the State of Karalax, the Republic of Ling Shou, the Republic of Anavokya, The Imperial State of Isles of Rudony, and the Autocracy of Sjovenia would like to announce the creation of the Markion Union. We would also like to invite all nations of Markion to partake in this organization and offer the North Western Alliance and the Kammooko Pact every two permanent spots at the security council with two nations of your choice. The goal of this alliance is to rebuild the international community and to better restore a working relationship in the international body.

After the recent move of the Chancellor backing the Emerstari move to reinstate the monarch in Urlistan with their own royalty, the Congress of Nations stands staunchly divided. Many detractors support the claims of those in the Green Union, while many loyalists to the monarchy stand firm with their support behind the historic Arcadian ally. A loose coalition of parties opposing the move made by the chancellor has called for the reversal of the decision but ultimately failed. The CUP, and the Royalist Party have seen this as a political victory in the aftermath of the creation of FASC.

Many in the Republican circles have stated this has pushed back any work that has been done in the Urlitan or with the government in exile, while supporters of the motion state that a monarch will bring back stability to the Green Union through its royalist traditions.

4 Arcadian police officers killed in the NAT-Kaultra Militarized Zone

Today 4 Arcadian police officers from the Yeng parish were shot and killed by a long Kalturan gunman across the militarized zone. Three of the officers were killed on the scene and the other died in the hospital due to his injuries. This follows last months shooting on the border by a kalturan gunman, but none were killed. Governor Rim Seon of the new Arcadia Territories has stated that this loss of life will not be forgotten, and retaliation will be occurring.

The officers that were killed were Sergeant Hwa Se-Yoon(35), Officer Catharina Kindl(18), Lieutenant Kwak Joo-Won(40), and Sergeant Pierre-Louis Messier(32).

Sergeant Hwa Se-Yoon was the father of two children, and his wife P'an Se-Yoon a high school German teacher have been left behind, Officer Catharina Kindl has graduated from high school two months ago and had been with the police for just a month before the incident today, she leaves behind her father Maeg Kindl, and three siblings. Lieutenant Kwak Joo-Won, a Parliamentary Marine Corps veteran left behind his wife Sagong Joo-Woon and his only infant son Yom Se-Yoon. Sergeant Pierre-Louis Messier a part-time police officer and pull time university professor died in the hospital after his two children elected not to show up to the hospital.

Tonight across the Federation vigils are being held, and the flags have been lowered to half staff, and the state government has ensured that the families of the fallen officers will be taken care off. Later this week the officers' names will be added to the Montlogne Memorial Wall, which has the name of all of Arcadians who died at the hands of Kaltura. The Montlogne Memorial Wall is named after the city of Montlogne which was raised to the ground, and the entire population of the city killed at the hands of Kaultra during the Plain War that lasted from 1899 to 1901.

In response for this attack, a Parliamentary Air Corps fighter had conducted an airstrike on a Kalturan village on the border where the gunman is suspected to be residing.

Two weeks after the attack the train lines between Northern and Central Albatan have been shut down. The Green Party Leader after refusing aid from the KP or GRA was pressured to step down and after the Conservative Party calls for a snap election, winning a majority and pushing the Green party almost completely out of parliament.

After the major change in staff, the new Prime Minister, Helena Jazek, accepted Durradon's offer (and denied Arcadia's). And thus, Albatan rejoined the KP.

The first forces of the now operational Kamooko Defence Command airborne regiment arrived in Skyline City mere hours after being given authorization by the new Albatanian government. Having been kept on high alert ever since the announcement of a Green Party victory, the KDC soldiers arrived on their two Hercules transport late at night with little more than their personal equipment. While the initial deployment was quick, some soon began to criticize it as perhaps being a little too quick. The KDC soldiers had not even brought their own small arms with them, nor did they have accommodations for the night, and the company sized Loyalist, Placeodermsian, and Durranese paratrooper force spent their first few nights in the country living out of hotels and motels.

It took some additional days for a more official headquarters to be set up in the country (still out of a hotel, though a nicer one), and for serious supporting elements to arrive. By this point some observers are calling the KP commitment little more than a token, noting that the Albatanian RRF secured their border weeks ago.

Breaking News: Following an investigation into allegations of widespread irregularities in September Island's recent referendum, the September Island Electoral Commission, in a 6-5 decision, has declared the referendum "null and void". Several high profile figures who were part of the "Yes" campaign have been arrested, on suspicion of Subversive Activities against the State, for which the maximum penalty is death. The President of September Island, in a statement earlier this hour, expressed his disappointment in the Electoral Commission's decision, but said he accepted the conclusions and vowed to continue to uphold September Island's democracy. The opposition in September Island is hailing the decision as "a courageous action, taken despite the immense pressure from the criminals to act otherwise". A criminal investigation into the alleged interference is expected to begin soon. All of this comes as September Island has requested that the KP guarantee it's neutrality, in light of the war between Oceania and Sevevill.

The first wave of KDC troops have also begun arriving on September Island, composed of individual observers and overseers from the Kamooko Pact nations trickling in by civilian flights. With limited logistics capabilities able to reach this area of Markion and military commitments elsewhere, the KP has not yet made any plans for larger forces in the area. The KDC personnel are currently projected to number around a hundred, and will be operating out of a hotel in the October City.

At present, soldiers are arriving with only what they carry in their suitcases, though plans to deliver weapons and other equipment in the future are being worked out.

With the ink still drying on the membership bill, it seems that President Akhanteros is getting ready to flex his newfound Markion Union muscles. It has been rumored that Altos and Stratis is drafting a resolution to condemn The Empire of Sevevill, for its aggression against the United City States of Oceania. The resolution also reportedly strongly condemns the continuing occupation of Diyaristan and the alleged Sevevillian ethnic cleansing campaign in the province. This comes alongside reports that the Markion Union regional headquarters might be coming to Pyrgos.

BREAKING- Today a flight of RH-131s took to the skies from the airbase Khabarov and headed to Anavokyan air space to conduct operations. These air operations were to hinder and harass communist forces that stood against the loyalist forces and Allusican forces in Anavokyan. Insiders report that High-Chancellor Yaroslav Tsvetkov had been apprehensive about confronting the communist matter for some time. However, parliament had been pushing for stronger actions against growing communist insurgencies. A deal was brokered that only allowed for air operations in the area but no boots on the ground. If air operations are not available the High-Chancellor and parliament also agreed to the use of guided missiles against communist forces. Nonetheless, the Trekkish Home Guard was put on a heightened status in case of an unforeseen emergency.

Preliminary reports suggest that the strikes against the communist forces in Anavokya were successful. Though it is hard to determine if the actions taken against the communist forces had any true impact against them. Time will only tell if these efforts will be any help in hindering communist efforts. High-Chancellor Yaroslav Tsvetkov spoke on the matter following the end of the parliament meeting...

"I know my stance of acting against the communist was not well liked but I understand the concerns of my people when representatives from parliament brought forth this deal. As you know, I fought against this deal but I am glad that we reached a compromise on the matter. Hopefully, we do not have to increase the Trekkish presence in a foreign nation. It is with these strikes against communist forces we can stop them abroad before they ever reach home."

The People's State Declared in Anavokya

June 14, 2036 : With the collapse of government forces following the battle of Yetrograd, Chairman Desmond Cech has declared himself the the defacto leader of the national people's state. Capitalist forces from the Anavokyan government has been given refuge in the Kingdom of Alluscia who supported the capitalist forces through a series of airstrikes on military and civil targets.

The National People's State has also begun rounding up citizens of the Anapol ethnic group for what the government has claimed 'mass deportations', while the government in exile reports the use of ethnic violence in the nation. Reports on this are unknown at this time.

The NPDC(The National People's Defense Council) has deployed forces to the Trekkish border following several airstrikes on militia facilities in Anavokya. The National Army has begun setting up military sites along the border anticipating conflict within the region. The National Army has also launched missiles into the Trekkish Federation in retaliation to the airstrikes in the Anavokyan state.
