Kavaliers is a monarchy; the oldest child is the first in line to the throne. Traditionally, only men were eligible for the throne, so if the king's oldest child was a daughter, the heir would be the second, third etc. child. If the king had no male heirs, his oldest brother would become king, then his next oldest brother etc, then his grandchildren.
Later (about 100 years ago) the order of succession was changed, allowing women to become the monarch. A male preference was retained though, so the king's daughter would only become queen if the king had no sons. A few decades later, the male preference was abolished, so the first heir to the monarchy was the king/queen's first child, regardless of gender.
The first two kings after this law was changed, Nigel VI and LeBron VIII, both had no female children, so there were no real opportunities for a female monarch. However, the oldest child of LeBron VIII's son (and successor), Kyrie II, was a daughter named Anna-Lucia (pronounced looseeuh). When Kyrie II shockingly resigned just five months into his reign, his eldest child, 28-year-old daughter Anna-Lucia became the nation's first ever queen. It was relatively uncontroversial, as the nation's culture is one of the most egalitarian with respect to gender.

Being a constitutional monarchy where the king/queen has very little real power, Kavaliers also has a head of government known as the Governor, who is elected by popular vote. She even taking the time to teach them about it. She also repealed a law which forbid women from continuing to higher education, a law which forbid women from succeeding as representatives, governors or leaders as well as repealing the law which forbid women from pursuing a career as an educator. Apart from giving more freedom to women, she also had united the people of Khalifah Nawwariyah. During her reign, the Khalifah Nawwariyah was broken. Broken into Muslims and Christians who not only hated each other, but the hatred they had caused mass suicide from both groups. By enforcing law which protects both Muslims and non-Muslims rights, giving speech about the awareness of unity among the people, as well as removing political figures that pose a threat against her efforts, alas she had ended the long feud between them.

Calipha Najwa was promising, having potential, and unique. But her reign only lasted for 15 years. On the late of April, 1925, she fell sick. Making the most time she had, she made a will which told the court to give the throne to her nephew, Jamalludin Thadhari, as she deemed him to be most brilliant and wise. - How did she become leader? Vullish succession has almost always been based on agnatic-cognatic primogeniture. However, this was purely theory until, in 1559, King Gattrem IV, his queen, and his four eldest children perished in a storm at sea while traveling abroad, leaving only the youngest child, Nakhta (just 19 at the time) to inherit the throne.
