There are no "women" on Jaiana Station. To be slightly clearer, we are a post-gender society which has moved beyond the confines of gender roles. Biologically speaking, there are of course females, just as there are males and a small minority of people who do not neatly fit into either category. However, the actual appearances and behaviours of all of these groups are near indistinguishable - it's almost impossible to tell a male from a female merely from the way they dress or act. In fact, most males on Jaiana Station would appear very feminine (from the point of view of someone visiting from modern-day Earth) as does everyone else, as this is the prevailing fashion on the ring.
