An update shuffle occurred, so VI is no longer very viable as a JP. So, technically, yes, we found one that updates later...but we didn’t just find one that updated later becuase we felt like it :P

The Black Hawks settled into the Nest with their blankets and pillows and watched as Jakker got out of his comfy mod chair to teach them a flying lesson. After Jakker taught them some new flying techniques, the Hawks went out on a short flight with him before returning to the Nest.

Official Council Statement Regarding TRI and Moneyness

Official Council Statement Regarding The Ragerian Imperium and Moneyness

The Black Hawks value the integrity of players and safety of our community over any perceived raiding ability. We also place immense trust in our allies to do the same.

Following recent investigations, the Council of the Hawks has become aware that the leadership of the region, The Ragerian Imperium, (TRI) have been knowingly harboring the player previously known as Moneyness, now operating under the names, Jake the Snake and Slitherin Snakes.

Moneyness was once a member of the region Hydra, until he was banned for behavioral issues. The Black Hawks gave him a second chance. Then, in TBH as well, he begun a long history of extensive and varied behavior issues both in the region and with our members outside the region, which culminated in a formal sit-down with council using an impartial mediator, and a "last chance reset" of his prior behavior history as long as he followed strict terms of behavior. One of those terms was "avoiding undue confrontation." Moneyness agreed to this resolution. Soon thereafter, Moneyness led a tag raid session through his own region, Fire Nation. The WFE posted on the tags, written by Moneyness, specifically and strongly baited a valued member of TBH that he had personal issue with. As such, Moneyness was banned from The Black Hawks in November of 2017. In response to his ban, Moneyness attempted to go on a revenge streak. This included posting this thread, in which he leaked every upcoming TBH military operation he knew of, and in which a friend of his parroted false sexual harassment accusations that Moneyness had been making offsite. Since learning of the identity of Jake the Snake, the Council has also received or learned of further reports of undue behavior, under this new identity, matching these patterns. This player was removed from our community for good reasons, and it is clear those reasons are still valid to this day.

The player behind Moneyness negatively impacted The Black Hawks’ community repeatedly, both in-game and out-of-game. His presence and behavior made the game less welcoming to those around him. TRI’s choice to both welcome him back to the game and actively hide it from the rest of the world, five months from his ban in TBH, showcases a complete disregard by the region’s leadership for the very wellbeing of The Black Hawks’ and others’ communities.

The Black Hawks find it necessary here, as we have in the past, to take specific action against individuals for their involvement in a matter that has endangered our members. The Council of the Hawks officially blacklists Vulturret and Sithis, most responsible for this situation, for the betrayal of our community, and will not work with any region that knowingly puts them in a position of power. Additionally, Samsonyte, who helped keep the secret, is banned from holding any position in The Black Hawks, including enlisting as a member or serving as another region’s official ambassador to us. These decisions were made after careful consideration of the evidence gathered surrounding the incident. The Council does not make decisions to blacklist individuals lightly, and will field questions regarding our decisions in private channels.

These actions are the result of our initial investigation. As more information is made available, we will take any additional action we feel necessary in the best interest of our members.

Signed,
The Council of the Hawks

Check your sources I wasn't part of Hydra. I was first part of Firehelm that merged into Dominion of Tartarus. Then while there I didn't like Mcmannia's and one other high leader's leadership style so joined TBH. They didn't like that so I left Dominion of Tartarus. I personally do define unwanted sexual comments made towards me as sexual harassment. I do not know what your sources are on my behavior in TRI since if there had been something it would have been addressed. Unless it was a certain user who was banned from TRI for some unexcusable comments he kept making after being told to stop including inferring that I had mental health issues. I understand if you don't want me back to your community and that is valid since I did leak the ops which I shouldn't have. However I feel it the fact about the leaks more than other things that mean you don't want me to have a community I can enjoy NS on. Sounds like a lot of spying and espionage was done on TRI from the outside.
Well that last year was fun. Thanks Vult, Sithis, and Sam for the past year!

It would appear that the Hydra detail was inaccurate. Hard to track with how many regions were starting up and merging and closing. Regardless, the council was aware that you had previous behavioral concerns and still decided to give you a shot in TBH. As for the rest of your response, it's your prerogative to interpret your actions as you decide, but please do not try and make it seem like only in-game issues like leaking caused your ban in TBH and our response to those who hid your identity.

Yes I do agree how I treated Sini and Jay in TBH causing them undo frustration and burden was grounds and merits for myself being banned. It is TBH's right and decision to ban users from their region. I do not agree though that the person that I was then was the same person I am now. Granted I am not perfect and still make mistakes and slip up. I wouldn't ever want to hurt anyone and am very interested on what some of the stuff were specifically. Can we talk on discord about it further?

After reading this over yet again I have found even more errors that were made up or completely false statements that were made about me. I am very disappointed that the council is either making these up due to my actions of the leaking that I did on that one occurrence over a year ago or did not correctly research it.

As I already pointed out I wasn't a member of Hydra, I was in Tartarus before coming to them. I was also not banned from Tartarus I was in the two regions at the same time before I left them completely since I didn't like Mcmannia's and House of Cards style there and the lack of activity. So that comment about being banned from behavioral issues is completely false. There was no discussion about any behavior when I joined and I got along with the council well then.

Also in this image below you will see Jakker a respected member of the council admitting that some of the behavioral stuff was during the time after I lost a good friend. Yes I should have been in control of my actions and not done it, but it was not a constant thing on a regular basis this report makes it out to be.
Image

Also their story of an impartial mediator is not very accurate either. It was with one of their own. The famous COE who I do have lots of respect for me. He was good at talking it through but coming from the council and having access to the logs that does not make him impartial. In another image below you will see that the sit down was not a last chance reset for me. It was because of frustration of not being treated how I saw as fairly by a few members of the council. I have several screenshots I would be happy to share on discord if anyone would like to see the rest of the messages that was sent when Koth told me I was kicked out. They only included and showed the first few not the rest after. The sit down was more of concern of me leaving TBH and others leaving with me which is stated in the image. They knew that with how it was I on several occasions got close to leaving and this meeting was to try to fix things so I wouldn't.

Image

Also my leak of the operation was not about a revenge streak. It was frustration at how someone had treated me and nothing was done about it. It was just pushed under the carpet with the person I would say it to saying sorry you went through that and it would end there, until the same person would do another thing. They would be unwilling to admit their mistakes and that they weren't perfect because it was specificly me. Below will show COE admitting it below.

Image

Then we also have admissions of the Council admitting that they treated me unfairly in the past. Maybe they are continuing that pattern with making up false statements against me for that leak of the operations?

Image

Also as I said over a year ago I will repeat again I did not write or come up with that WFE. That was Bunny that wrote it. I laughed at it since it said fire nation soldiers were going otter hunting. I knew Bunny was frustrated with Sini and so was I at the time. I just thought that Sini really liked otters so I stupidly laughed and said go ahead post it. I was not aware at the time or until a few days ago when someone told me that Sini's connection to otters was more than just liking them. I thought it was going to be something stupid, funny, and small; yet I was really wrong in that regard. For those that did take it to mean more than what I meant I do apologize and hope you understand that was not my intention. For the rest of gameplay some will believe this, others won't. I've shared and said my truth of what happened and that is all I can do as I let go.
Well that last year was fun. Thanks Vult, Sithis, and Sam for the past year!
