But can’t say

You can advertise by posting a single thread on this gameplay form (allowed one thread per region, that thread is for recruitment and announcements), sending recruitment telegrams, which you can send to whoever you like as long as they are marked recruitment, and posting recruitment messages on region message boards. You can only post messages on a region if it is marked recruiter friendly.

Yes advertising your region is allowed but via legal methods only.

You can write dispatches on your region.
You can hold interesting polls in your region.
Recruitment Posts, adhering to the rules,are allowed to be posted on The Embassy Region RMB.

You can also use Newspapers like The Independent Newspaper and NationStates Today to advertise your region.
