Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Illegal.

If no, why not? It is because of the National Executive Order #857 of the Anti-LGBT Prostitution Policy of 2018 passed by the President of W1LLAN1A. Since the spread of Sneefism (an ideology which involves homosexuality and incest made by Admiral Sneefee of the Ninja Turtle Republic of Sneeland) in W1LLAN1A, the President doesn't like the ideology, so he decided to ban it.

Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Both regions in W1LLAN1A, the East W1LLAN1A Region and the West W1LLAN1A Region consider that gay marriage is illegal.

What percentage of your population is homosexual? About 2% of all W1LLAN1ANs are homosexual. Considering that gay marriage is illegal, male-to-male or female-to-female couples will be fined 10,000,000 WLK, or be sentenced into jail for 15 years.

Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Yes. There is a Bible verse which states about divorce:

"4Haven't you read," he [Jesus Christ] replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,' 5and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'? 6So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." - Matthew 19:4-6, NIV

Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes.

Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes.

Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Yes.

Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? No.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet?
Gay marriage or civil unions are not legally recognized in Arrow Northland. Formerly most of the constituent countries that make up Arrow Northland had same-sex marriage legislation, which was overturned after the adoption of new all-Nordic constitution and laws.

If no, why not?
Homosexuality amd transsexuality are seen as non-productive, disintegrative to the family unit and largely degenerate forms of sexual fetishism as well as lifestyle choices and subcultures manifest in liberal individualism and gender ideology and are thus frowned upon. Marriage is seen as a union between a man and a woman and gender identity as a largely imaginary, irrelevant and insignificant non-issue.

Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal?
No administrative division of Arrow Northland gives homosexual unions legal status.

What percentage of your population is homosexual?
Less than a percent.

Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal?
Neither. The question is seen as a question of morality, family, procreation and social integrity, not of god, religion or spirituality.

Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people?
Yes, they are. Our schools teach our young the importance and virtues of health, decency, heritage, bloodline, familial solidarity and unity, with emphasis on sexual health and the bearing and raising of children. Homo- and transsexuality are widely considered to be obstructive to the preservation and continuation of one’s bloodline and heritage as well as unhealthy mentally, sexually and morally.

Homo- and transsexuality can be considered antisocial behavior if they refuse to conform to Northern society, spirituality, morality and tradition. Punishment for failure to conform is up to the specific rules of the institution. Sexual misconduct, obscenity and indecency do not belong to a school environment.

Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people?
Yes, they are. Sexual misconduct, obscenity and indecency do not belong to the work environment, no master what sexuality. Degenerate preferences and displays of sexuality are seen as especially heinous in jobs involving minors and so tend to weed out people practicing homo- and transsexuality.

Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people?
Yes, they are. Would you not have the right to show me out of your house following a vulgar, indecent, obscene and uncalled for display of sexuality? Of course.

Are LGBT people allowed to adopt?
No, because it is vital for the Northern child to take after both their father and mother to learn the difference between a man and a woman as well as the values of masculinity and femininity. Two men or two women will leave their children half-empty in that regard and are not to be trusted to raise their children correctly.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Same-sex marriage is not legal in Graluras. However, civil unions and unregistered cohabitations have been allowed for same-sex couples since 1992.

If no, why not? Granluras is among the most socially conservative nations in the world, similar - by Western standards - to Russia and Romania, and ahead of America. This is primarily due to the immense social influence the Catholic Church and Catholic social teachings hold over Granlurasian society. While secularism has become stronger in recent years, Granlurasian secularism is still not as stable as it is in most European countries. An example of such is a 2013 survey by the CFI that surveyed Western countries for religious bias within political institutions, ranking them on a 1-10 scale (least biased to most); the survey categorized Granluras as 6. The significance of this is tied back into the social influence of the conservative Catholic Church, which - as seen - seeps into the government of Granluras. The public at-large, for most of Granlurasian history, has also been openly hostile/opposed to the concept of homosexual marriage and identity.

Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Some provinces (such as Araba, Guipúscoa, and Merindades) have tried to use what power their local governments have to pass laws that would allow for same-sex marriages (either in all or some cases), but these have been shut down by the central government, either by calling for a snap election for the local government or deposing the Provincial Governor. The only level of government seemingly able to slip through the fingers of the central government are municipalities, as 116 out of 2,160 have allowed same-sex marriage within their municipal jurisdictions. This is possible due to "freedom of expression" clauses within municipal charters that, through varying degrees of vaguity, are able to be judged as allowing same-sex activities. Municipalities, such as Iruña and Donostia (historical centers of the Granlurasian LGBT movement), have done this.

What percentage of your population is homosexual? It is unknown, however LGBT advocacy groups such as IeG and ILGA have made claims that 2, 3, or 3.7% of the population identifies as LGBT.

Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? See If no, why not?

Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? No. The Granlurasian Constitution mandates the citizenry's right to education. This right has been extended to minority groups (such as gays) even as early as the 1920s (with a brief break from tradition during the 50s), and is expected of all educational institutions (except Catholic schools).

Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes, however there are exceptions for government, military, and white-collar jobs. In 2015, IeG reported that out of an (estimated) ~10,000 LGBT job applicants, 62% are rejected, and 68% of those are rejected for identifying as LGBT.

Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Yes, they are. The public conception that LGBT peoples carry and transmit AIDs and STDs is widespread in Granluras, and is a major reason for LGBT employment in pink-collar jobs being the lowest of all collar-designations.

Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Ever since 2013, LGBT people have been allowed to adopt children, given they do not subject the kid to "homosexual manipulations" and let the kid grow up and decide on their own. The inclusion of "decide on their own", in the terminology of the law allowing adoption has been criticized as insinuating homosexuality is a choice, but has not been addressed yet.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Yes. (to be honest, it was never illegal).
If no, why not?
What percentage of your population is homosexual? 50%
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? No.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people?Yes, but not because they're LGBT, but schools reserve the right to refuse anyone because of varying reasons. It's an offense to deny education based on sexuality alone. Students and parents/guardians have the right to appeal a school's decision in the school system in the ILB.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes, but, not because they're LGBT, but to anyone who's not subtitle for the position. It's illegal to refuse employment based on sexuality alone.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Yes, but, not because they're LGBT, but if the person is creating a hostile atmosphere and doesn't pay the bill or steal. It's unlawful to refuse service to anyone based on their sexuality.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt?Yes.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Yes and No.
If no, why not? The articles of confederacy in the constitution make no mentions of marriage, therefore it is left up to the individual states to decide their own policies regarding gay marriage.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Yes, in the states of Capricornia, Kingsland, Eastern Auspelia, gay marriage is illegal. In the states of South Auspelia, New South Ulster, and in the Northern Territory same sex couples can be joined via a civil partnership. In the states of New Wales, New South Munster, Tasman, and in the Capital Territory of Auspelia, gay marriage is completely legal.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? Around 1.4% - 1.7%
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Yes, the more religious and socially conservative states tend to have not legalized gay marriage yet, and the more progressive states have.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes, if it is a private school (i.e most religious schools), then they may choose who to and who to not accept. If the school is a state school (i.e funded by the government), they may not discriminate on the grounds of gender, religion, race, or sexual orientation.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Depending on the state, yes. However the federal government has attempted to overturn this but to little avail.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Again, this depends on the policies of the individual states so yes and no
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Yes and no. Depends on the individual state.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? It's not legal BUT not for anti-gay reasons.
If no, why not? It's not legal because our country has like seven people living in it (including Mofurun, who is a teddy bear) and they're all middle schoolers so marriage in general isn't legal because middle schoolers can't get married anyway.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? All marriage is illegal because our population is all middle schoolers
What percentage of your population is homosexual? We don't know
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? No it's because middle schoolers can't get married
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? We don't have schools here, everyone just goes to school in the Non-Magic or Magic Worlds instead.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? We don't really have 'jobs' everyone just does what they want but Mofurun wouldn't allow anti-LGBT discrimination
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? WE don't really have restaurants unless someone wants to cast a spell to make one and have some fun but we wouldn't refuse LGBT people if they visited
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? N/A, everyone is middle schooler so no one adopts

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Legislation is being negotiated. The current law allowed same-sex couples to register as a couple in front of a notary as they are couple with less rights than married couples. The law is being amended to allow the marriage of same-sex couples and equal rights with heterosexual couples.
Also the law that amends against homosexual discrimination is expected to be passed this year.
If no, why not? It has had hard oposition by the society most conservative sectors.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? by now the 5 provinces do not equal samesex marriage to heterosexual marriage.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? unknown less than 1/100 says opently that is homosexual, but is common to stay in the closet.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Yes,
conservative sectors have more power. So changes are slow.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? No.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? No.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? With the current law homosexual could adopt as single parents.
The most controversial point of the law being negotiated is homosexual adoption.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Gay marriage is legal in Major Ruritane, civil unions are a bad substitute for gay marriage in Southern Africa, and in Sacaline and Tierra del Fuego, homosexuality is completely outlawed.
If no, why not? The values of those provinces are conservative, and a lot of people in the lesser provinces believe homosexuality is a mental illness. The government of Ruritane decided it was best to let those regions decide for themselves in a position like this.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Southern Africa, Sacaline (Sakhalin), and Tierra del Fuego.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? 3.1% of people are out of the closet.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Ay, it is a fight in the legislative body between Christians and Jews. The (Reform) Jews are for gay marriage, and the (conservative) Christians are against it. The Jews have a slight majority, so gay marriage stays legal.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes, but only trans people. Don't forget the T.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Yes.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Only if they kiss in public.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Yes in Major Ruritane, no in the other provinces because of mental illness.

If no, why not? "Gay rights" is largely irrelevant as a social issue - our culture is more or less tolerant of homosexuals and their behavior within clear boundaries, the extent to which varies by region.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? No legislation exists on the subject.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? Average estimates are around 3%.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Gay marriage is not considered to be a pressing issue by any prominent political parties, though it is mentioned in the platform of the Justice Party (the furthest left mainstream party by most accounts, espousing democratic socialism and social justice). As a result, legislation has not been passed for or against gay marriage in any areas.

If no, why not? See above.

Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Marriage is considered to be dictated by the central government, so provinces or cities don't have the authority to enact legislation on the matter. In the main section where marriage is discussed, it does not technically mention the gender of the parties involved, which ZwəMəǯaśa, the only LGBT organization, has said justifies state-sanctioned gay marriage. However, none have been performed to date, and the state has yet to comment on the validity of this argument.

What percentage of your population is homosexual? 0.4% of citizens report being openly gay or bisexual, but the actual number of gay and bisexual people is probably much larger - many are probably still in the closet.

Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Kilhosz has a variety of religions, with a plurality of citizens practicing Islam. Although Islam is generally known to be quite harsh with LGBT people, the attitudes in Kilhosz about Islamic teachings are quite moderate, and not many Muslims support the state enforcing their beliefs. This may be because they live in a society with a large number of Christians as well, so they are both tolerant to other religious ideas out of necessity. The result is that Islam's influence (or Christianity's) on legislation is fairly small. Most homophobia instead rises from ignorance and general societal desires of conformity.

Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? Only one case has been brought up about this, where a transgender girl in a Kewakri middle school named Amlya was not allowed to use the girls' restroom by the school faculty (even though the girls at the school didn't even know she was transgender, and most said they didn't mind her using the girls' restroom). Because she hadn't actually done anything to harass anyone at the school and few people said they were uncomfortable, Kewakri Province ruled that she would be allowed to use the bathroom of her choice, and that has so far not been contradicted by any other province. It is unclear whether it is legal to discriminate against LGB students, but ZwəMəǯaśa say that the constitution's blanket condemnation of discrimination against people for immutable traits extends to sexual orientation.

Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? One case of a gay man being verbally harassed during a job interview after he mentioned his boyfriend ruled that the employer was able to choose not to hire him on the basis of his sexuality, but that the harassment he experienced was unjustified, so the offender was fined. No legislation has been passed on the matter and that is the only case that has come up to date, so it is assumed that it is acceptable for employers to discriminate on the basis of sexuality (though it is completely unclear whether they can discriminate against transgender candidates).

Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Private enterprises may refuse service to an individual for any reason unless they are ruled to be "essential services"; however, those are typically provided by the state. State services cannot discriminate or choose to refuse service.

Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Joint adoption is unavailable, since that requires marriage or a legally recognized partnership, but one person can adopt a child and it is fine is they raise it by themselves or with a partner.
