Like a Vatican Pope position? It depends to my knowledge you must be born in the Vatican to become Pope and I'm not sure if any African was born in Vatican. But I am sure that it is possible for a African to become Pope.

Tfw there are more requirements to become a state legislator than to become the leader of the Roman Catholic Church.

I don’t know where these strange ideas about being born in the Vatican to be pope, but that’s not how this works.

Just thought I should share that.
Ffs, Christ likely wasn't actually born in December, either. The only reason we celebrate it then, is cause Pope Julius I decided it should be so.
