Does anybody have a seed for MCPE/Windows 10 Edition version 1.11.0.23 with a village and pillagers? I can't find one.

I don't know of any seeds, but if you have commands on you can do "/locate village" and it will give you the coordinates.

I've been playing way too much Minecraft 1.7 heavily modded with the Feed the Beast package. And now I want to go a bit leaner. Can anyone suggest any good mod packs that work with 1.12 or 1.14 to me? Requirements are that they include basic tech stuff like IC2 and some sort of pipe system to go along with it, computercraft (although I can add that manually) and stuff that goes relatively well with those but little else. I really just don't have the energy for another megapack with 1000 mods I won't ever use.

Alternatively just suggest me some good mods that go with IC2 and BC (or replace them). Also any good mods in general that you think are fun. Like if there is a mod that expands cooking a lot I'd love to see it.
