The possibility of banning raiding has already been discussed and discarded, as it can be hard from a moderation stand point to differentiate between raiding, and someone just winning a delegacy. At least, thats what I understand

Very informative Gameplay article. Could be made nicer by better formatting and paragraph structure imo.
