It's centered around the Rostav system, which generally is based off Russia and Eastern Europe in general (how original!). The main planet has a more industrial Soviet aesthetic and theme rather than the more Cossack-like Vostroyans or the criminally underdeveloped Valhallans. Its home to the Rostavan Riflemen Regiments of the Imperial Guard, which again differ from the Vostroyans and Valhallans in that they are more akin to the Cold War Soviet Army (massed mechanised and armoured formations), and that they are specialised in fighting Tau (so a Cold War Soviets vs NATO analogy of shorts). The system also houses the Ursine Hunters Chapter, who are more or less reasonable marines with an Eastern European twist, mostly in regards to names (basically the VDV to the Rostavan Riflemen's Soviet Army).
Here are the two very WIP (and equally poorly written) entries i've done so far:

I'd love some feedback!
It's a fun bit of homebrew you gave there. Any intentions of making a minis army with this?
Thanks! Sadly enough i've never played the tabletop or collected any minis for a number of reasons. But if i ever start collecting i might actually do that.
