If they are born outside the UK, they are eligible for citizenship and will receive it upon returning to the UK at least once. If a person is born to non UK citizens but reside in the UK, they will not receive citizenship until at least one of their parents has. Foreigners must reside in the UK for a period of five years, speak English at an conversational level and take a Citizenship Test — which includes Brytish history, language, government and so on. The test must be written entirely in Brytish English. Upon finishing the test and swearing an oath to Queen and Country, they are granted citizenship.
Do any of the following criteria limit the right to vote or necessitate a higher value for a vote in your country?
Citizenship: Yes. Only citizens may vote in either general, local elections or referendums.
Age: Only those above 18 years of age may vote.

Race: Brytish citizens — regardless of race — above the age of 18 may vote.
Education: One’s education does not matter in voting.
Occupation: One’s occupation does not matter in voting.
Wealth: One’s wealth does not matter in voting. One vote for all.
Property: Property does not matter in voting. A homeless man and a woman who owns five properties have the same valued vote.
Tax: Tax does not matter in voting.
Is disenfranchisement a valid punishment in your nation's penal code? Yes
Is voting mandatory in your country's elections? No

General Information
Your nation's full name: | The Senate and Freeborn Landholders of Ephyra
Your nation's full population: | 255,034,586, as per count of the last census
Your nation's type of government: | Timocratic unitary republic

General Elections
Are General elections held in your nation? | Yes, although their status is ambiguous.
How often are elections held in your country? | Elections are held every ten years.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in General elections? | 10-15%
What percentage of your eligible population participates in General elections? | 80-85%
What function do general elections have in your nation? Please, put an X in the criteria(s) that elections can be held for
General Government [ ]
General Legislature [ ]
Other | Ephyral decennial elections serve to introduce new members to the legislature, the Senate, and elect members already existing to higher offices on the ladder of power. The executive and legislative branch of government are not fully distinct, as the Archon (head of government / state) serves as both the elected leader of the Freehold, but is also a member of the Senate, most senior member, whilst still beholden to its decisions. Other positions elected do not hold official roles in government but promote their seniority within the Senate, granting them the ability to run for the next highest office, and reflecting in them a level of satisfaction and confidence held by the voting public.

Regional Elections
Are Regional elections held in your nation? | Yes.
How often are regional elections held in your country? | Annually.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in Regional elections? | 30-40%
What percentage of your eligible population participates in Regional elections? | 60-70%
What function do regional elections have in your nation? Please, put an X in the criteria(s) that elections can be held for
Federal State Government [ ]
Federal State Legislature [ ]
Regional Government [ ]
Regional Legislature [ ]
Other | Annual elections of each municipium serve to elect a number of officials within both citizen and Lykosian (semi-citizen) settlements and their territorial possessions whose role is to act similarly to the national Senate on a more localised level. When the Senate passes laws onto the assembly it is these annually elected 'councils' (supervised by appointed officials from the state) who represent the approval of these (Lykosian councils have no such power), as well as referring local information, complaints, and motions up to the Senate for discussion, or to the provincial governor if a matter of administration. For Lykosian settlements and provincial free settlements (an even lower designation with varying rules on a case by case basis), election to the offices available in these annual elections provide a path to full citizenship, and serve more as a tool of Ephyralisation than any representative interest.

Referenda
Are Referendums held in your nation? | No. Proposed laws are subject to an acceptance or rejection by the assembly of the people. Referendums do not exist because they are not needed.
How often are Referendums held in your country?
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in Referendums?
What percentage of your eligible population participates in Referendums?
What function do Referendums have in your nation?

The Right to Vote
What percentage of your population is eligible to vote? | Depending on the election between 10 and 40%
Are all votes valued equally in your elections? | No. Freeholder first and second class citizens have their votes count for double within the voting tribe bloc structure to prevent tyranny by majority.
How is citizenship determined in your country? | A full Ephyral citizen is he or she who is born to a citizen mother and father, indicated by the bearing of an Ephyral clan name, and the opportunity to earn the right to vote or familial subordination to those who can.
Do any of the following criteria limit the right to vote or necessitate a higher value for a vote in your country?
Citizenship: | Yes. Non-Ephyral citizens cannot vote in the elections of the Senate. The right of lesser regional voting is afforded to Lykosians and provincials who meet these further qualifications.
Age: | Yes. The age of majority, sixteen, is required to cast a vote as an adult. However, those who have not yet completed military service cannot vote regardless of age.
Gender: | Yes. Women may not vote or stand for office.
Race: | No. Ethnic or racial ancestry has no basis in the legitimacy of a vote.
Education:| Yes. The illiterate or mentally retarded are disenfranchised.
Occupation:| Yes. Military service is required to cast a vote. This obligatory service must be completed without dishonourable discharge. Those men engaged in professions deemed 'immoral' may also be subject to circumstantial disenfranchisement.
Wealth:| Yes. Tied to property.
Property:| Yes. Those who do not possess enough of a physical stake in the nation to warrant registry as a Freeholder of fifth class are denied suffrage until risen in worth.
Tax:| Yes. Tied to property.

Is disenfranchisement a valid punishment in your nation's penal code? | Yes; particularly for crimes deemed against the people at large, not against an individual.
Is voting mandatory in your country's elections?| No. However those who are able but don't are viewed as poor citizens by their peers.

Orestea takes citizenship and enfranchisement very seriously, having been ruled by a wide variety of uncaring colonial powers for several generations. Citizenship is a right, as is voting, though citizens must be represented by a national ID (a driver's license, for example) and therefore in national records. Approximately 11% of all Orestean adults do not fit this criteria, typically by choice and typically traditional rural villagers, but due to the appealing state welfare this is an increasingly unpopular position to take. Children are not allowed to vote, and there is no upper age limit.

Every two years, an election is held, though which one alternates based on the four-year terms of the elected representatives. If a Presidential election was just held, in two years a National Parliament election will take place, and two years after that, another Presidential. Referendums are held for legislature when voted for by Parliament or as a Presidential order.

The exact answers to the questionnaire are below:

General Information
Your nation's full name: (The) People's Republic of Orestea
Your nation's full population: 1.624 Million
Your nation's type of government: Democratic Republic

General Elections
Are General elections held in your nation? | Yes. Popular elections are held every four years for the office of President, which alternate with Regional elections every two years.
How often are elections held in your country? | Every four years per Presidential election.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in General elections? | 89% of all adults are eligible for both national and regional elections.
What percentage of your eligible population participates in General elections? | A turnout of ~70% is considered average.
What function do general elections have in your nation? Please, put an X in the criteria(s) that elections can be held for
General Government [X]
General Legislature [ ]
Other (please specify)

Regional Elections
Are Regional elections held in your nation? | Yes. Regional popular elections are held every four years for regional representatives, which alternate with Presidential elections every two years.
How often are regional elections held in your country? | Every four years per Regional election.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in Regional elections? | 89% of all adults are eligible for national and regional elections.
What percentage of your eligible population participates in Regional elections? | A turnout of ~80% is considered average.
What function do regional elections have in your nation? Please, put an X in the criteria(s) that elections can be held for
Federal State Government [X]
Federal State Legislature [ ]
Regional Government [X]
Regional Legislature [X]
Other (please specify)

Referenda
Are Referendums held in your nation? | Yes. National referendums may be held if 33%+ of National Parliament representatives endorse such, or as a Presidential order.
How often are Referendums held in your country? | They are held when necessary, however no more than one referendum "group" may be held per two months.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in Referendums? | 89% of all adults.
What percentage of your eligible population participates in Referendums? | This heavily fluctuates. The lowest recorded referendum turnout was 32%. The highest was 98.7%.
What function do Referendums have in your nation? | Referendums are used when at least one third of elected representatives, or the President, believe a piece of legislature needs direct democratic decision by the general populace for any reason, including massive impacts to way of life, or potential differences in opinions between the populace and their elected representatives. Referendums are limited in their power however; as an example, a referendum cannot be used to impeach any member of political office.

The Right to Vote
What percentage of your population is eligible to vote? | 89% of all adults.
Are all votes valued equally in your elections? | All votes are counted equally.
How is citizenship determined in your country? | Citizenship may be granted by birth within national boundaries, birth abroad by Orestean parents, or a complex foreign application process. This immigration process is known to have several "fast-tracks", IE for foreign investors or those pledging service to the military.
Do any of the following criteria limit the right to vote or necessitate a higher value for a vote in your country?
Citizenship: Yes. Non-citizens are not allowed to vote in any elections on a regional or national level. Whether they can or not within their local communities is decided by those powers.
Age: Yes. Citizens must reach the age of political majority, and receive a national ID of some form, to be eligible to vote. The age of political majority is 18.
Gender: No. The citizenship process is not hindered by gender in any official form, and non-binary options are available for printing on official documents.
Race: No.
Education: No. While technically the citizen must be literate enough to understand the necessary papers to gain their ID and status as a citizen, in practice blindly signing the forms and answering verbal questions will suffice.
Occupation: No. Even the President votes, and it is a small tradition to report on their heading to their polling place of choice to vote.
Wealth: No.
Property: No.
Tax: No.
Is disenfranchisement a valid punishment in your nation's penal code? | No. While incarceration for national-level crimes (essentially, murder, kidnapping, terrorism, etc.) originally disenfranchised the prisoner for the duration of their sentence (but not during their trial), this was recently overturned in a popular referendum.
Is voting mandatory in your country's elections? | No. Voting is not mandatory, and voter turnout rates occasionally reflect this during referendums. A running joke in the Orestean political sphere is that if nobody turns up to your referendums, they'll turn up in force at your election to kick you out for wasting their time.

General Information
Your nation's full name: The United Kingdom of Anglo-Lorraine
Your nation's full population: ~ 90.000.000
Your nation's type of government: Constitutional monarchy

General Elections
Are General elections held in your nation? Yes.
How often are elections held in your country? It depends on the political questions of the day. When a Motion of no confidence is passed by either of the Houses of Parliament, the Government must resign and call a General Election. If no such thing happens, it is required under statute law that the Government (through the Crown) dissolves Parliament and calls a General Election at least each five years.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in General elections? ~ 80%
What percentage of your eligible population participates in General elections? Usually > 75%
What function do general elections have in your nation?
General Government [X]
General Legislature [X]
Other [ ]

Regional Elections
Are Regional elections held in your nation? Yes
How often are regional elections held in your country? Once every four years.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in Regional elections? Depends on local statutory law, usually ~ 80%.
What percentage of your eligible population participates in Regional elections? Usually ~ 50%
What function do regional elections have in your nation?
Federal State Government [ ]
Federal State Legislature [ ]
Regional Government [X]
Regional Legislature [X]
Other [X] The regional legislatures also nominate members for the Senate, which is an influential advisory body to Parliament. Therefore, the electors indirectly also choose part of their Senators through local elections.

Referenda
Are Referendums held in your nation? Yes, although there are a lot of restrictions on situations in which a referendum may be held. For example, the initiative must first have the support (indicated by signatures added to petitions) of at least 15% of the (local) population. It then also requires permission from the (local) government, and in particular that of the Justice Secretary.
How often are Referendums held in your country? De facto almost never. Perhaps one every fifteen years.
What percentage of your population is eligible for voting in Referendums? The same as in the (local) elections.
What percentage of your eligible population participates in Referendums? Usually > 80%
What function do Referendums have in your nation? It depends. There are two variants: advisory and binding. It is for the (local) government to decide which of the two will be chosen, but, due to political reasons, if a referendum is held, it is de facto considered to be binding whether or not it legally is.

The Right to Vote
What percentage of your population is eligible to vote? ~ 80%
Are all votes valued equally in your elections? Yes
How is citizenship determined in your country? By statute law. The principle is that everyone who is born on the lands of Anglo-Lorraine is a citizen, as well as those born overseas but when both parents are citizens already.
Do any of the following criteria limit the right to vote or necessitate a higher value for a vote in your country?
Citizenship: No
Age: Yes, only those over 21 may vote.
Gender: No
Race: No
Education: No
Occupation: No
Wealth: No
Property: No
Tax: No
There are some other factors that do play a role. For example, those in prison are not allowed to vote. Convicted felons may also not vote in the first general election after they served their prison sentences. Another group that cannot vote are those suffering from a severe mental disorder (this has to be certified by a body of experts and then approved by a specialised court of justice).

Is voting mandatory in your country's elections? No

Kabzeel, meaning "God's Gathering" in hebrew, is a federal, dominant-party, socialist(non-marxist)constitutional monarchy with a rich Jewish heritage dating back to it's creation in 845 CE. Today, it spans almost the entirety of Eastern Europe and is the largest predominately Jewish and female-led state in the world as it follows the doctrine of "Royal Socialism", a paternalistic conservative ideology with an emphasis on socialization, social ownership, and conservative feminism. Its relationship with Israel is noticeably rocky, but this is due to the ongoing complications between Kabzeelian and Israeli Zionism.
