It's 1931, and human culture has reached an absolute low, technological advancement has been halted after the Intelanian Civil War, and as the great empires of the War wane in power, new powers call forth. From the barrels of rifles and artillery to flowers of fire in the sky. Lord Mousetrap hasn't fully recovered to its height back before the War, but instituted a semi-fascist government where they kept their monarchy and they have near-absolute power over the military and economy, one of the many reasons of their failure to win decisively, and their bitter rival Squeaktown has been torn apart into 3 entities from the invasion of Finland, internal struggles, and colonial rebellion. The 3 entities were Swedary, Squeaktown's remaining possessions ruling over Scandinavia, Prussens ruling over Germania, and much of France and England, and Nsisha, holding all of Squeaktown's remaining colonies, Scotland and Copenhagen, Denmark. Intelania and it's successors have been wiped from the map by their own civil wars and natural disasters. New Killer in Indo-China was ended by coalition and their allies, even with much support from Intelania. On the bright side, Kiperia reverted to their pre-War ways and survived, or more like avoided the postwar catastrophes and disasters.
But in the air is a funny feeling another conflict would break out, between most likely Lord Mousetrap, to restore lost power and Prussens and their allies, one even more devastating then the War, however possible. Hopefully this conflict will not break out
