In alignment with The Mandate of His Excellency Bao Liang Emperor of Brightlake, National Constitution of Brightlake, National Law of Brightlake, & Brightlake Imperial Decree on international diplomacy, protection of national citizens, protection of national interests, economic development, scientific advancement, cultural exchange, & national efforts in realizing peaceful world, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Empire of Brightlake carry out the mandate by actively engaging in international forum and establish diplomatic relations across the world.
Brightlakean Government represented by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Empire of Brightlake is inviting all respective delegations of the world to set up permanent diplomatic mission on Brightlake Capital City of Xin Bei. Empire of Brightlake was founded on 1662 after the fall of Great Ming Dynasty to prevent the Manchurian Qing Dynasty taking over Chinese Islands Territories such as Taiwan, Hainan, and another smaller islands. From the early mission to fight back Manchurian Qing Dynasty and take over mainland under Han Chinese authority, Brightlake evolved as ruling authority of Chinese Archipelagos. Brightlake authority successfully set up stable government across archipelagos, increasing peoples life quality, and defend the region from Japanese aggression. Brightlake entering modernization as constitutional monarchy after the rising of republic movement in mainland. On 1926, Empire of Brightlake and Republic of China (ROC) government agreed that Mainland, Hong Kong, & Macau will be under ROC authority and another archipelagos will be stayed on Brightlake Authority.
Empire of Brightlake respecting domestic affairs of other nations including ideology, political stance, national defence, governing bodies, and other domestic affairs while working together with partner nations in constructive manners. Several information about embassy as stated on Foreign Affaris Ministerial Decree No. 19/1972 :
- All embassies will be located in the capital city of Xin Bei
- All embassies deemed as extraterritorial of respective nations
- To embrace multiculturalism within Brightlake, embassies must be build with traditional architecture style of respective nations with minimal traditional architecture features of 30 % (percent) from total embassy building
- Weaponry will be limited for security purpose including pepper sprays, tasers, batons, pistols and assault rifle
- Vehicles may be armoured but not armed
- All machine guns, bombs, laser rifles, high power grenade launchers are also consider prohibited
- For practicality reason embassy may have local staff with appropriate numbers and functions
