Far too short, at least right now. Also has he done anything that affects other nations? So what if he's evil to citizens that don't actually exist, if he hasn't influenced any other nations is it really that big a deal that he gets a big fat condemnation?

I think that is the idea, I would vote for it.

He absolutely deserves it, were he to be a Dictator the world is doomed, even if he just ruled over Luxembourg.
