Lesser Bavaria's first and only international Gaming Studio, Lucky Rabbit Game's has twenty-two domestic titles and a single pending Internationally available title. Formed in 2488 B.K.F (After Kingdom Founding) the Studio was able to quickly dominate the niche market for Lesser Bavarian games. Utilizing a variety of different consoles, domestic titles were sold in the city and to the wealthy-eventually enough capital was raised for Lucky Rabbits CEO to apply for Fledging Business Subsidies. This solidified Lucky Rabbits position and enabled them to begin selling to a much broader audience.

Lucky Rabbit is a public company and Studio, originally funded by Venture Capitalists Natasha Ralkinham and Darek Stonecutter. It currently employs around 950 employees with that number steadily increasing as the Studio has grown. It has or intends to develop games for more than eight different consoles.

Stazenberg Studio

The Stazenberg Studio, previously Ghurtz Office #5 was purchased at a price of 350,000 Bavarian Markes. With a 150,000 budget for remodeling the studio, the Stazenberg Studio was transformed into a building of modernity and foreign stylings when compared to the ancient buildings that dot the rest of the Capital. Set alongside other prominent tech providers, it has shown a new trend in the Kingdom of Lesser Bavaria.

The Stazenberg Studio has produced over twenty titles for the domestic market. It has contracts with the Capitals only game retailer TwoCard™️ giving it exclusive access to the niche Lesser Bavarian game market. The Stazenberg Studio is the single Studio building for Lucky Rabbit. Its titles include:

-Broken Money | Description: Developed over the course of three years as Lucky Rabbit Games first title, Broken Money focuses on the struggles of a shattered and weakened Mafia family in the fictional city of Itagea. The Oslux Crime Family once dominated the streets of Itagea, reigning unchallenged in the criminal underworld. Ten years ago the Don's most trusted capo gave away valuable and condemning evidence to the local police force in exchange for vast sums of money. The Capo Iban broke away from the Oslux Crime Family and quickly took control of Itagea after a month of brutal street warfare. Protagonist Yipan, who was among those originally arrested on Iban's testimony has finally been released from Prison after ten years. Assassins targeting Yipan end up killing his father by mistake. Upset and angry, Yipan takes up the mantle of Don for the Oslux Crime Family and sets out to take back the streets of Itagea.

Broken Money is played from either a first or third person point of view. It is a sandbox with the Oslux Crime Family being customizable in terms of its clothing and the ethnicity of its members. Broken Money is available in English, French and Spanish currently. It is a single player game, though there are plans for an online mode to be released as a free update should the game sell well enough. Development Cost was 31,200,000$ NSD and intended pricing is 45$ NSD | Boxart, Screenshot | Consoles Released on: Nothing / Pending Console Releases: Isol™, Mana, Mana Prime, Hyper Three, Hyper Digital, Hawk, NIN Beast, NIN Gaming Box, NIN Next, Dragon Fire

Game Development

The Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio is willing to develop game's at the request of foreign nations and companies, for a price. If you are interested in contracting Lucky Rabbit to produce a game there are a number of different contract types.

This contract gives full ownership of the completed game to Lucky Rabbit Studio's. Lucky Rabbit will act as both the Developer and the Publisher and will pay for the full cost of the game. It will maintain full control over the title. This is ideal if a group or individual would like to have a game published in their nation but do not want to pay for its creation, marketing or sale.

Game Budget: /LEAVE BLANK\
Game Description:
Boxart (Optional)

This contract is for a game to be developed by Lucky Rabbit but published and owned by another party. There are two major methods which are typically used, though Lucky Rabbit prefers to use a version of Royalties. Through this contract the Publisher agrees to pay for 25% of the Development Budget. After the game is developed and released, Lucky Rabbit will earn a higher royalty on the title until the remaining 75% of the development costs are recuperated, after which the Royalty drops down substantially, typically to 2-5% for every sale. If the game is exclusively sold on a single console or in a single country, starting Royalties will be higher. Delete parenthesis.

A letter from Dracul Publishing

Postby Zorcor » Thu Apr 11, 2019 8:39 pm

Dear Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio,

I, Michel Cepticiye, CEO of Dracul Publishing. We are another Game Making and Publishing Company. Let me be frank Dracul Publishing and the greater company of Luther Enterprises have deemed Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio very valuable. We wish to buy the entirety of Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio, we have valued your company at $3,000,000. This is taking into account the pride of being Lesser Bavaria's first and only international Gaming Studio. Please write back with your answer.

Yours truly
Michel Cepticiye, CEO of Dracul Publishing

Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio, Lesser Bavaria, Stazenberg, 477 Main Street, Box #52

Addressed cordially to Dracul Publishing

From the office of Board Member James Cardworth and the Board of Directors for Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio

We, the Board of Directors here at Lucky Rabbit Gaming have received a peculiar but humble letter from Michel Cepticiye, CEO of Dracul Publishing. The letter is brief and quickly outlines an offer to purchase the entirey of Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio's for a price of 3,000,000$ NSD. It includes recognition of Lucky Rabbit as the first and only domestic Game Studio in Lesser Bavaria, a fact that still remains true and may remain so for some time.

The Board of Directors has discussed the offer and have unanimously agreed that such a sale is impossible for a number of reasons. The first reason that Lucky Rabbit is a public company. 51.8% of the Studio's stock is owned by a small network of venture capitalists led by Natasha Ralkinham and Darek Stonecutter, who initially funded Lucky Rabbit's creation. Additionally only 14% of the remaining half of stockholders have expressed a willingness to sell their stock. It is impossible for Dracul Publishing to obtain a majority and therefore Lucky Rabbit cannot be taken over as either a wholly owned subsidiary nor a regular subsidiary.

Additionally the offer is far, far too low to be acceptable even if Lucky Rabbit were a private company. Most games developed by Lucky Rabbit have exceeded a 3,000,000$ NSD Budget. Because our domestic titles are sold online to PC's, we still generate revenue from all of our domestic titles. While we can't disclose our exact yearly revenues for this coming year, they will exceed 35,000,000 and have done previously in past years.

Thus we must politely refuse your generous offer. We will however be open to future cooperation with Dracul Publishing in order to bring about better profits for both of our companies. The Lucky Rabbit Gaming Board of Directors has discussed and agreed that, should Dracul Publishing also agree, Lucky Rabbit will sell the right to develop and publish Izahl 2 to any one of Dracul Publishing's Studio's. Izahl 2 would be a sequel to Izahl: The Magic Age, which sold well domestically but was never made available to an international audience.

Izahl: The Magic Age
will be released on further consoles and made into an international release at some point, irregardless of whether a deal is made between Lucky Rabbit and Dracul Publishing. Should Dracul Publishing express interest in developing Izahl: The Magic Age's sequel, then details pertaining to the original title can be discussed-including genre, plot, original pricing and financial information. Should Dracul Publishing decline our offer, we would still like to express our willingness to work with Dracul Publishing in the future.

Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio

Dear Mr. Cardworth:

We recognize that your company is well known for creating games for all major gaming platforms, and therefore we believe in the potential to bring these games to a wider audience. Accordingly, AED would like to propose a partnership with your company, whom we wish to collaborate with us in bringing quality games to our Mana and Mana Prime gaming systems. We believe our services can complement your products well in this endeavor.

To be more specific, we are interested in Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio developing exclusive games for the Mana platform. Architect Entertainment Division will act as an observer during these games' development. Should this partnership go through, we have a list of requirements to make sure these games will be a success for both our businesses:

 1. Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio will be tasked with the development of an exclusive title for the Mana platform, playable on all Mana consoles.
 2. This title will be available on our current consoles (Mana and Mana Prime), as well as our upcoming future console. Architect Entertainment Division will provide the SDKs for it in the soonest time possible, as well as technical training regarding the architecture of these SDKs. In return, strict confidentiality must be maintained regarding the development of this game, as well as the hardware provided in the SDKs, until further notice.
 3. Ideas for the game's mechanics, story, and visuals must be pitched to Architect Entertainment Division regularly.
 4. This title must be enhanced for Mana Prime.
 5. The physical copy of the game must not cost less than $40 or more than $60.
 6. Architect Entertainment Division will underwrite the costs of development for these titles, allowing your developers to take on large projects should they choose to do so.
 7. Lucky Rabbit Gaming Studio will get 80% of the profits from these games while Architect Entertainment Division receives the remainder. Note that this does not count any cuts given to licensed retailers.

Should you be interested in this partnership or have any questions in this regard, please feel free to contact our assistance department or send me an email to my address. We would be happy to assist you. We hope to hear from you soon in the future.

Sincerely,

Aleksi Mäkelä

OOC: Btw I have accepted your app in the Mana storefront; expect your game there to be announced shortly. It'll take a little while to make the Mana cover for your game. Also this letter is a retroactive post, meaning that this was sent some time ICly in the past.

Oh my god…
The Mac you are using is outdated. Apple won't even accept your App Store apps.
No wonder no-one has ever heard about you in Havarlands.
