Primary Objective: Find clues that could help uncover what exactly happened to the streamers


Secondary Objective: Find the bodies of the streamers

Risk Assessment: Multiple personnel already dead in the first 2 days of Unit Zero's deployment into the Zone. A catastrophe would be an understatement. Though insiders who know the Zone would know that the Zone is the most dangerous place on the planet, the governments don't want explanations, they want results.

With limited material to go on, Unit Zero have no choice but to deduce the location where the streamers were last seen alive and retrace their steps there. The chances of finding bodies are highly unlikely but searching the crime scene would be a good first step to the investigation. The hard part is getting there and back. Alive.

Mission Name: Extraction Zone


Location: Moscow


Primary Objective: Secure the air-dropped supplies and extract dead/injured personnel from the Zone


Secondary Objective: Repel any OPFOR that may be attracted to the dropzone

Risk Assessment:

A Vanquarian C-17 is scheduled to make the next air-drop into Moscow. The city plaza has been selected for its open area as the dropzone. However, the fact that the items in this drop are of particular quality and fragility, it will be a low-velocity airdrop onto the dropzone.

Unit Zero must establish a firezone in the plaza and secure the supplies they requested. But Unit Zero must hold out for longer than usual for a VTOL and supporting gunships will also be inbound, their purpose being the exfil dead/injured personnel.

This mission will not be a walk in the park, all combat personnel are advised to prepare for sustained engagement.

Special Mutated Specimen Profile

Name: The Burrower


Age: Unkown, presumably old based on the many scars spotted on its body.


Type: Mammilian


Habitat: Abandoned tunnels, underground(the creature is highly mobile, and it's home changes based on the location of its prey)

Intelligence: High, similar to that of an orca.


Abilities: Extreme strength, ecolocation, burrowing, underground breathing


Known Information: Although the existence of this creature has been known for a very long time, very few videos or photos have been taken of the creature, leaving researchers blind as to what the creature looked like. In 2015, scientists finally got a look at the creature, and based off of the photos, they were able to discern all of the know abilities and tendencies of the creature designated as "The Burrower". The creature is extremely strong, seen ripping through asphalt and concrete in order to get underground, where it lives and moves at speeds up to 40km/h(24.9mph). The creature is a pure carnivore, hunting and killing many of the other creatures in the city of Moscow, where it resides. There have been reports of the "humanlike" mutants fighting this creature, which has provided into even more insight on how it fights and hunts. The predator is extremely brutal and sadistic with its prey, both in hunting and execution. In one specific case, the creature chased down a mutant, making it run for miles until the smaller creature collapsed from complete exhaustion. Then, the Burrower slowly let the mutant bleed out, causing it immeasurable suffering as it died, making the creature survive for as long as possible until finally being devoured.

The Burrower has increased hearing and smell, although its eyesight is not as developed. The creature relies highly on its other senses to find and eliminate its prey. It has sharp, razor-like claws, tough hide covering the back and the head, a strong tail, very long legs, and double set of sharp teeth. The only major weakness that researchers were able to discern from the creature is that its torso does not appear nearly as protected as the aforementioned hide, meaning that that area could be potentially vulnerable.

Known Information: Aldigo is believed to be the progenitor of the Canetis Cervus species, with minor discrepancies in physical appearance to its brethren. A majority of these sightings were disregarded as nervous hallucinations, but do coincide with the appearance of the creature which towers over its others at 220cm tall. Sightings entail strength capable of lifting cars, bending metal bars, running over 40kmh, and resisting small arms fire. Aside from displaying greater abilities than the rest of its kind, Aldigo holds a superior position among all other Canetis, capable of calling multiple to its side regardless of pack origin. Every encounter so far with the creature has resulted in multiple casualties, however, it is rumoured to spare those who leave behind an offering; especially food. Aldigo displays great foresight, capable of quickly adapting to various threats. If you believe this creature is closeby it is highly advised to form a circle facing in every direction, bring along firearms with high stopping power, to wear ear plugs of a high NNR rating, and to immediately fall back to a safer position.

Background Information:
Born to the plains of Central Deutschias, Kroeger was a farm boy, living and working among the massive crops and fields, the breadbasket of the Anowan states. A hard work ethic and a sense of public duty made the boy well developed and well thought of by his peers. When he was eventually conscripted, he would find quite a proficiency as a marksman, years of shooting rodents in the fields of him home finally catching up to him.

He would serve four tours in Kubati during it's civil war, distinguishing himself several times over it's duration, returning home before serving with the 2nd Cavalry during the 2nd Helsan War, and again during the Grunalian Civil War. As of current he holds the record for longest confirmed kill in the Anowan Army at 2,376 meters, obtained in 2006.
