PAFNA-OSM Aesthetic Revamp Delights Subscribers With More "Eye-Comforting" Interface
Asahi Shimbun
January 17th, 2019

Softworks company Jid-One Co. has recently been contracted by the Federal government's official release agency to 'revamp' its interface. State-officials hope the new interface comforts long-time supporters of the network both nationally and abroad; as well as incoming subscribers.

In a press conference, Head of Government Fernando Lawrencio III expressed his support regarding the new agenda, "[An agency] that never changed its approach in reaching-out never changed anything.", he was quoted saying. Many in the Party also hope the revisions would put the isolationist People's Republic into a wider position to illustrate the happenings and revolutionary activity happening within its borders.

Congressman and War Veteran, Ren Hui, Resigns From Congress of Soviets
Pulitika
January 17th, 2019

Shockingly, senile Asian Communist Party member, Congressman, and War Veteran, Ren Hui, has announced his intentions to resign from Congress and political affairs as a whole for reasons concerning his detrimental health conditions.

Ren, 80-Year-Old former Colonel for the National Democratic Front, served under both Chinese and Soviet armies as an intelligence officer. He has been credited with the interrogation and infiltration of several key military bases from behind enemy lines in Hokkaido. He also commanded a Scout Company for the Red Army during the Battle of North Borneo, and has been credited with at least 51 confirmed kills as an infantryman. He has served 2 terms as a 'liberal' Congressman under two different Secretary-Generals, and has legislated both the Environmental Efficiency Act and the Offensive Communications Act as a prime leader of political and socio-economic reform.

Ren has been advised rest by health authorities, and he has taken the initiative of preparing for retirement by resigning his post, ruling himself unfit for further service. Just earlier this year, Ren was assuaged by 2 cases of severe heart attacks. While doctors refuse to disclose the criticality of his condition, many suspect that his well-lived life may come to an end by natural means at almost any moment.

In an interview, he stated plans to live with the rest of his family in Xi'an together in their ancestral home. The Federal government is currently undergoing the process of approval to Ren's sentiments. Ren's resignation has put the general public in distraught, having been one of many famous politicians and veterans who have or are in danger of passing-away this year due to health risks and old age.

In his place, the Deputy Prefect of the Xi'an Elective District, Deng Min, will take his place as incumbent Congressman until the November Midterm elections.

Socialist States Are More Democratic Than Capitalist Ones
Yinchuan Rose
January 19th, 2019

Recent news of statistical development has captured the effectivity of Pan-Asiatic governance in terms of expanding the reaches of democracy. The workers are now in control of their own production, emancipated by our Party's policies. We have, undoubtedly, baffled the world. We; evolutionary successors of Trotskyism, grounded in Marxist-Leninism, guided by Xi Jinping Thought and a thousand other varieties of thinking, in accordance to Maoist teachings that a thousand ideas must contend-- have struck doubt. Some, even those self-proclaimed 'Leftists' have called our Federation 'capitalist in nature', or have accused our national fathers of being 'Orwellian' megalomaniacs faking a World Census.

Of course, the idea of Socialism being naturally incompatible with democracy is not in any way, an old idea; so let's get historical claims out of the way first. Let’s consider the Soviet form of Democracy in 1936 versus the Western form. At the time, Britain had an unelected House of Lords (still does), while Canada had, and continues to have, an unelected Senate. Of 500 million inhabitants of the British Empire, only 70 million, or 1/7th, lived in political democracies. South Africa denied suffrage to its black population. In Canada and Australia, aboriginal people were not allowed to vote. India had no political democracy at all, and was governed by the British civil service. The United States denied civil rights to its black citizens, who lived in a state of oppression. In contrast, suffrage in the USSR was universal, hardly the tyranny by comparison with the West that Stone and Kuznick would have us believe it was.

The various peoples of the U.S.S.R were unified. Starvation and illiteracy were unknown throughout the country. Agriculture was completely collectivized and extremely productive. Preventive health care was the finest in the world, and medical treatment of exceptionally high quality was available free to all citizens. Education at all levels was free. More books were published in the U.S.S.R than in any other country. There was no unemployment, and there still isn't any. For all these miracles, can we truly say it is inherent to some subordinate-based racial or cultural aspect as others will point out? No. Of course not. The secret lies in a political system that challenges itself to make up for its past mistakes: the People's Democracy, or, the Dictatorship of the Proletariat.

The truth is, the People's Democracy is less radical than Western media poses it to be. Philosophy has evolved significantly over centuries, however, Western philosophy has largely dominated our thinking. Logic and analytical thinking are not the only instruments to derive truth from facts. Dialectical thinking is an ancient but highly relevant mode of thinking that is employed to seek truth when analytical thinking fails. It neither produces a 'society of laziness and starvation' nor forces its workers into labor. It seeks to use Democracy to determine felt solutions, converse to incomprehensible theories which now comprise the Soviet and European thermidor, as well as the age-old Capitalist West.

The objective of analytical thinking is to render a statement as true or false. Such thinking ignores both context and historical materialism of an event. To put this into context, let us ask ourselves a timeless and boundless question. Is the Pan-Asiatic States authoritarian? Technically, yes. That in itself is analytical thinking, based on only isolated demonstrations.

Dialectical thinking, on the other hand, helps us to synthesize two opposite but equally true statements by examining the context and the historical totality of the event in question. Radical analysts would perceive a world where a coconut- being both hairy and capable of producing milk, logically speaking in their own light, as mammalian as a cow would be; the attribution of certain principles to that of which it should not be applied to. Under dialectical thinking, we tell you that the question aforementioned is nonsensical, and should not have been asked in the first place.

As we say as well, that socialist states are more democratic than capitalist states is equally true as the statement that socialist states are authoritarian. In dialectical thinking, when a question has two equally true but opposite answers, we seek to change the question itself. For political society as a whole it is no longer of individual liberty that we seek but of individual security. With the right to education, healthcare, housing, and jobs, life in socialist states is far more secure than life in capitalist states where poverty, hunger, homelessness, healthcare costs, house rent, and unemployment are rising rapidly and severely incapacitating the working class. As Stalin had said,

“It is difficult for me to imagine what “personal liberty” is enjoyed by an unemployed person, who goes about hungry, and cannot find employment. Real liberty can exist only where exploitation has been abolished, where there is no oppression of some by others, where there is no unemployment and poverty, where a man is not haunted by the fear of being tomorrow deprived of work, of home, and of bread. Only in such a society is real, and not paper, personal and every other liberty possible.”

In dialectical thinking, the meaning of words is interpreted differently. The “dictatorship” of the proletariat in Marxist theory does not mean a ruthless, soulless dictatorship of an all-powerful dictator who exploits the people for personal gain but instead the dictatorship of a State that represents the working class, instead of the ruling class, and which exercises authority only to keep counter-revolutions by the ruling class in check, or to fight off external aggression, as it works to remove economic class distinctions in society. The dictatorship is literally, that of the people dictating the political system-- not the political system dictating the people. Such a truth would be ironic even, considering that dictators; American, Japanese, and Soviet have all been toppled throughout the 20th Century, by the people of Asia.

It is this dictatorship of the proletariat that has enabled the Pan-Asiatic States to build a society that is far healthier, happier, more optimistic, and secure than capitalist societies. If that is your definition of a dictatorship, then perhaps all nations should strive to be one.

Head of State Sonya Ruogang Yoon-Sook outside the Kremlin

Pan-Asiatic States Secures Seaborne Iron Trade Route With Soviet Union Via Vladivostok
Bagumbayan
January 20th, 2019

NEO-SINGAPORE—Secretary-General Abra has affirmed local industry in the State of Nusantara that cheaper raw materials through a new diplomatic agenda negotiated by the central government will connect the regional archipelago with the Socialist superstate, the Soviet Union. In a Press Release earlier this afternoon, the state office and Moscow representative to the regional consulate, Olena Svyatoslavivna Dzyuba, announced mutual support for the brokered deal. With transportation costs slashed, overall manufacturing costs of ironwork commodities are expected to be brought down as well.

The signed treaty is part of the local initiative to recover from the economic mayhem that had caused an import-export deficit late last year. After securing the political support of the Congress of Soviets, as well as the economic backing of the State Development Directorate, the Secretary-General has gained new confidence that Nusantara's industry could get back on track in competing with its rival states in the span of a few months time. Federal officials have also affirmed this new market prediction, and are eager to see the region recover from its 'economic dark age'.

The Soviet Navy has also commented on the situation, guaranteeing a steady exchange between the two authorities; remarking an incident of raiding, such as the recent one near Cuba, would be 'humorously impossible' under the Iron Curtain of Soviet protectionism. Secretary-General Abra has affirmed this on the part of the Pan-Asiatic States as well, citing the deal as a 'huge favor' on General-Secretary Putin's part.

The scheduled arrival of the first materials through this new route is projected to be at 7:00 tonight.

Head of State Yoon-Sook Turns Her Back On American Government Shutdown
SAKDAL!
January 20th, 2019

The Head of State has released her Anti-American sentiments once again after an address to the Congress of Soviets. The beginning of the government shutdown in the U.S has raised much quarrel about immigration and emigration, with, for the longest time, many Pan-Asiatic sympathizers in the U.S pleading for political action against the Trump administration over incidents of diplomatic aggression, such as the still relatively recent refusal to renew American compliance with the Parisian environmental accords. With the government on shut-down and many Americans on food stamps, these concerns have been brought to the Sixth Administration once again.

In her address, Yoon-Sook has described these incidents as a 'load of karma' and that direct retributive action would be nonsensical when the targeted nation was bound to collapse in on itself. Despite guaranteeing the Pan-Asiatic States' neutral stance on the intrinsic matters of the United States, the Head of State has still been vigilant of the issues. She has called upon the American workers to utilize the virtue of Juche self-reliance to stage a counter-strike on the refusal of pay of the American proletariat, citing "No pay, no work".

"Neutrality to [political retribution] is a two-way street—if America were to swept by a heaping storm of revolutions tomorrow morning, neither would we be obligated to aid the surely [incumbent] government."

Signs of Brewing Border Conflict Stirred Between States of Siam and Nusantara
Nguoi Viet Daily News
January 27th, 2019

Earlier this month, Maha Vajiralongkorn, current cultural figurehead, King of Siam called-on sentiments to the Federal government for a cession of the Malaysian peninsula to the Siamese State. While the administration, officially, continues to condone this 'counterrevolutionary' activity, worrying support from Congressional delegates who have pledged their support for the Neo-Sakdalista movement has inspired more physical manifestations of their irredentism.

At 1400 Hours today, Siamese marchers calling-on the cession of Kangar crossed the border without warning or a permit. Malay-Nusantaran Border Patrol fired three warning shots until the crowd dispersed. Thankfully, none have been reported dead nor injured, however, Press Secretary for the Office of the State-Soviet of Siam has called this incident a national disgrace; blaming the 'reactionary' response of the State of Nusantara for the entire incident.

Protests in other cities near the Nusantaran border with Siam have also sprung-up, with at least 4 others related to irredentism occurring between January 4 and today's events. The delegates of the State of Nusantara to the State Congress of Soviets has now passed a paranoid proposal to enact a temporary interstate immigration ban on the State of Siam, fearing further escalation. The Head of State, in response, reminded both sides this afternoon in a press conference, to settle their differences more diplomatically.

Fear of the Neo-Sakdalista Movement growing in its other views has heightened due to the day's incident, and many ideologues have noted that this may be a dual-edged sword; with support for the movement meaning parallel support for the Federation's more militaristic policies to threaten the Imperialist West into diplomatic pacification. Some regard this as a cynical negative. Nonetheless, a radical shift in International Affairs may soon be on the rise, and many have speculated that the time will soon come to determine whether the Sixth Administration will align themselves for or against the movement; and with that allegiance, the fate of the nation itself.

Harsh Reaction to Mindanaoan Referendum To Pass Bangsamoro Organic Law
Bagumbayan
January 27th, 2019

The Bangsamoro Organic Law, also known as Bangsamoro Basic Law and often referred to by the acronym "BOL" and "BBL" (Filipino: Batayang Batas para sa Rehiyong Awtonomo ng Bangsamoro), provides for the establishment of an autonomous elective and political entity known as the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, replacing the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM); in the Philippine Region of the Pan-Asiatic States

Legislative efforts for the establishment of a Bangsamoro autonomous region was first proposed and deliberated upon by the Philippine delegation to the State Congress of Soviets in 2013, but failed to pass into law. The issue was taken up once again in 2016. The legislation was de facto ratified by Congress as an 'Exclusive Locale Law' by the Philippine cell of the Asian Communist Party on July 23 and 24, 2018 respectively. The bill was finally signed into law by State-Soviet Maria Leonor "Leni" Gerona Robredo on July 26, 2018.

As an organic act, the Basic Law aims to abolish the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and provide for the basic structure of government for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, following the agreements set forth in the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro peace agreement signed between the Government of the Philippines and the terrorist Moro Islamic Liberation Front in 2014.

A plebiscite was held on January 21 (for ARMM areas) and will later be held on February 06 (for Cotabato and the 6 municipalities of Lanao del Norte, including areas who petitioned to join the Bangsamoro), creating the proposed Bangsamoro Autonomous Region and formally abolish the current Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

However, much resistance to the democratic process has been faced. Several adversaries in keeping order had failed to be met, with fringe groups, such as, allegedly, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, who continue to believe the law to be a racially exploitative puppet-law, attacking ballot-centers and raiding government offices. At least 6 terrorists have been killed, 2 wounded, and more than 26 arrested on the grounds of treason to the democracy of the Federation. One incident even involved government personnel local to the region, a stout believer in Islam, tearing-up the ballot of a female compatriot on religious grounds. The man has since been arrested and the Law ratified, along with many others, but many continue to question the stability and the state of democracy in the region.

While some call for heightened Gendarmerie presence, Federal officials believe this may only worsen the problem.

Crackdown On-Schedule: Audit Season Begins
Bagumbayan
January 31st, 2019

As the previous year's budget closes with both resounding jovial tones for some, and humiliating dejection for others within the Congressional halls of the Federated People's Republic; the National Audio Office (NAO) begins its annual campaign to bring subversive elements overlooked by the system into the limelight, and hopefully, into justice.

While the General Appropriations Act Early Release Audit yielded no significant results earlier last years, signs of corruption had already made itself known from during after the original Congressional draft up until the agreement signed by the 4000-man assembly in December. According to Vice Secretary for Audit, Eoh Dong-Wook, the situation confronted by the Ministry can now be described as "picking up the breadcrumbs on Hansel & Gretel's trail". Many of the proponents from local government; town hall officials, Mayors, and prefectural officers alike, have placed both truthful and fallacious blame on Federal officials. NAO has declared that it will 'work tirelessly' until fringe personalities are struck, but will not tolerate raw libel either.

Insofar as major incidents are concerned, the Office reports two scandals already revealed to the public between December and today. The first of which being a two-month long unregistered shipment of falsely manifested supplies to a warehouse in Italy conducted by the prefectural central health official of the Ayeyarwady Region, Burma; later revealed to be a money-laundering scandal which had slipped through Federal eyes by bribing key bureaucratic officials. 13 arrests have been made, of which, Zeyar Yaza Linn Min, the agitating official; and 12 others, consisting of 4 'regular' members of NAO itself, and 9 prefectural officials. The captain-secretary of the line, Bo Kyaw, is also under investigation. It is estimated that at least 400,000 NP was smuggled out of the country, with only 2,000 NP having been recovered so far. Zeyar now faces execution, reported The Intermediate People's Court of Ayeyarwady yesterday evening.

The second instance had apparently been going on since 2015, known to the public only since two weeks ago; by Head of Government Fernando's appointed ambassador to Northern China, Ambrioso Du. Du, now described as a megalomaniac in hindsight, had fueled his own political agenda by misdirecting select transportations of hospital supplies throughout the region and 'coercing' them into unloading their cargo for his personal storage. The painkillers were both sold off the Black Market, and freely distributed to 'cooperative' State Officials. It is estimated that profits since 2015 have reached at least 4M NP through Du's intricate 'mafia-like' system of smuggling. While his companions remain under investigation, with the 40 different cases being charged on the 200 possible suspects involved with the entirety of the crime possibly being elevated to The Supreme People's Court on the grounds of varying crimes ranging from homicide to high treason, Du's own execution has already been scheduled for February 11, 2019.

Congress of Soviets Votes Nay For Repeal GA#418 “Safeguarding Nuclear Materials”
Yinchuan Rose
February 3rd, 2019

NEO-MANILA—The Congress of Soviets, acting with a majority resolution of 2240 - 1760, decreed in a Press Release at 7:00 this morning, that the Federation has, with the will of a democratic people's referendum, decided to act in defiance of the at-vote World Assembly, General Assembly proposal to end the enacted laws concerning the armament of nuclear weapons, as stated in General Assembly Resolution #418.

Primarily brought to the table by Opposition Leader, Congresswoman Huo Shui of the Golmud Region, reasons detailing the lashback include the faith of the legislature in the Nuclear Energy Safety Commission, whose backing is solidified by increased investments by the State Development and Planning Commission towards what they are calling 'peacekeeping through quasilegislative action'; and believing in the same credence of safeguarding nuclear 'defensive protocols' in-place on the Western edge of the Pacific Ocean.

The SDPC's agenda to increase Federal funding towards the volunteer committees set-up by the GA has been successful so far, and many of the yields harvested have, insofar as recently, increased Asian reliance on international democracy. The benefits of communal space programs and medical tourism missions have given the World Assembly enough prestige to earn the support of funding this new 'Safety Commission'. The Federation has always valued the existence of WMDs as a barrier for oppressed nations to be able to stand-up against elements of Neo-Imperialism, and the existence of such a commission would surely strengthen this worldwide agenda.

Critiques of the Sixth Administration's national value towards nuclear armament, such as 82-year-old Pacific War survivor, Huang Aleksander, have pointed out that these actions are merely an ironic facade to showcase the Federation's 'peaceful will', considering that before the Israeli-Asiatic War, the Federation had voted to embargo the Zionist State on the grounds of possessing nuclear technology.

Mr. Huang's sentiments had not gone unnoticed, especially with the Pan-Asiatic States allegedly 'lining' the coast of Melanesia with WMDs facing the Western hemisphere; which for many, only confirms Huang's words in an interview earlier this week:

"The Pan-Asiatic States is a two-faced democracy, indecisive and reactionary. These are, unfortunately, the consequences of our so-called 'beloved' ochlocracy."

Secretary-General Addresses 11th Congress of Soviets On "Aggressive Foreign Market Policy"
Pravda Asiatica
February 3rd, 2019

This scheduled open-address to the Pan-Asiatic Congress of Soviets was made this afternoon at 18:00, from the Federal Congressional Hall. All 9 State-Presidents were summoned and present, as well as 3987 of the 4000-man legislature. All PAFNA-OSM-registered congressional media personnel were invited and present.

Presidents of the Federation, Mabuhay!

Congressional prefects, Mabuhay!

First and foremost, the honor is to you-- beloved members of this grand hall of the people's democracy, heroes of the people, soviets of the proletariat; it is to all of you that I commend the foundation of the policies to be reported and their varying scales of effectivity. I congratulate the daring, the bold, the opposition, the mediators. The long hours we have paid in service of the people have brought us to where our Administration has taken us today. We stand, as Asians, united and strong in our markets; we have grown the seeds lain by our forefathers, we are here to reap their fruits. In part, let this celebration be jovial in the spirit of what we have done and what we still may do.

Yet, indeed, the past few months have been both devastating and grueling. We have, nonetheless, faced many adversaries. The internal stability of the Federation had been threatened time and time again; with Nusantaran industry only barely escaping certain economic doom, with the irredentist movement clashing with the supranationalists, with schisms with the West continuously becoming more and more agitated by fringe politics and those who would call our achievements weak-willed, with strife and debate in how we consciously deliver peace abroad and in the Middle-East-- I do not blame any Asian who, for a moment, believed this entire scrappy, resounding structure of bureaucracy to collapse in-on-itself upon the door merely being kicked-in by some seemingly gargantuan crisis.

But, we in fact, have lived, for better or for worse; I stand on this Nara podium still with confidence and pride in my black banner, under the white sun of magnanimity. That is because our foundations stand strong, our foundations which push-out these many typhoons of crises under the premise of prosperity.

Of those who have called our time done, who live to see us fail, we see a common pattern; cynics who critique our achievements as un-socialistic. They pertain to our advancements in the field of competitive trade; competition ushered in by our comrades who sit with us today-- comrades as dauntless as Xi Jinping, with his 'One Belt, One Road' initiatives in China; comrades as empathetic as Joko Widodo, renewing bonds in the North with the Soviet Giant; comrades as relentless in their commitment as our beloved, youthful Head of State, Sonya Yoon-Sook, herding this legislature into the future.

Let these achievements not only be a phraseful of commendation, for as I detail it, let it be a construct of the initiatives I had set earlier in my term to expand the international aggressiveness these Pan-Asiatic States have shown in fighting capitalism through its own game. Of those critiques-- we say this is the legacy of Lenin himself. This is Socialism with Asian Characteristics, this is Neo-Maoism; this is the new model of the revolutionary war. Should we fall into a closed tyranny of reliance on our autarky alone, we will sever ties to Europe and the Soviets; we will fail the Western working-class, who, when all is said and done, remain working-class, who we should be inspiring by showcasing the power of our industry. Specifically, as it stands, I believe firmly that import-export deficit of the Federation do not fail as a whole because of the competitive quotas put into motion since the beginning of this great alliance, that of which I have labeled 'conservative' for defending!

And yes, incidents such as that of in Nusantara are bound to occur, but in its totality, the vanguard model has created states that continue to outproduce the rest of the world. It is not ironic, nor a bane of Socialism. It is functional socialism, socialism still when fields remain mowed in collective ownership, socialism still when availability of basic needs are free for the people, socialism still when our men and women are guaranteed employment-- socialism still when our citizens do not freeze to death because of a deficit in homes, an overloaded bureaucracy, or overpopulation!

As our living heroes have done their part, allow me to do the same. As your Supreme Representative and Diplomat, chief of this Sixth Administration, I declare that a new foreign policy of continuing this modern tradition be put into place, officially. Let it be made public, and known-- these are our new aspirations, this is what we are working towards. Let this be a phraseful neither, and I promise that as these talks are commencing, the [Asian Diplomat's] Cadre are working at their prime to build relations of trust in Cuba, Venezuela, and the [Soviet] Union stronger; let it be known that as the United States continues to build walls, we shall build bridges.

We will not abandon our Socialist aims, neither the will of the democracy. For the beauty of the revolution in Asia lies insofar as each step we have taken in building our Communist future has aided millions in the process. Let us waste no time blaming which on whom, but learn from each forefathers' shortcoming and create a society better than yesterday. We have not grown the garden yet, comrades, but let us feast on the bounties of our harvest as they stand!

Let the cynics cry, let the banners fly, let Asia never falter!

Salve, Patria!

A topography of the Kingdom of Jaragupta

Jaraguptan Miner Flees Imperial Regime For Pan-Asiatic States
Bagumbayan
February 5th, 2019

THE KINGDOM OF JARAGUPTA—A resource-rich yet impoverished island-nation in the Northeast Wishton Sea, the country, a minor player in world history, was brought into the limelight of the (Pan-Asiatic) State Congress of Soviets earlier today after a daring appeal by one of Jaragupta's own working-class; now a Pan-Asiatic refugee and a whistleblower against his own government, 39-year-old contractual miner Esharveer Mahil.

Esharveer was reportedly found by tropic villagers unconscious on a dinghy off the coast of Melanesia, dehydrated and sick. The locals, after bringing him to a local hospital, were soon to determine that the man was not Asian, nor from around the territories of the Pan-Asiatic States, and was taken into custody and questioning by the Ministry of State and Public Security, in accordance to the strict anti-immigration and anti-emigration policies of the Federation.

However, the shocking truth would soon be unveiled to the authorities after he iterated his gruesome narrative, later passed-on in an interview by Melanesian State-Media newspaper company, The Dili. Accusing the Jaraguptan Government of allowing severe human rights violations, Esharveer states that he was first coerced into working for a royal-held mining corporation when, as one of the countless job-desperate citizens of the Kingdom, he signed-up for the local tripartite employment board; after which he was transported to the rural island of Savaal, and forced into what can only be considered as modern slave-labor as a miner.

With the Shahi Rhakavali, the Kingdom's Royal Guard, personally patrolling the islandlet for the corporal holding, workers were subjected to 19-hour labor, and were not permitted to leave until their 9-month contract had been fulfilled. Mr. Mahil was subject to Savaal to strip the local caves of guano, reportedly not even being supplied with the proper equipment on most days. On such occasions, he was expected to use his own hands.

A shipment of new workers from the capital gave him opportunity to escape, allegedly by sneaking into the cargo hold. He was later nearly caught, but managed to escape on the ship's liferaft, a small wooden dinghy. Losing count of how many days it took to Melanesia, he approximates it to be more than two weeks; living-off occasional raw fish.

His case was brought-up in an appeal to the Congress of Soviets today, where he was quoted saying:

"The people of Jaragupta are slaves in their [own] homeland, is the world to standby and watch?... I am here because of those who cannot be, who remain with mouths shut and hands bleeding."

Prime Minister Karam Anagatya of the Jaraguptan Government has officially questioned the truth and motives behind the alibi of Esharveer Mahil, calling it "dramatic showbusiness". However, the story has already triggered a call for justice within the internal political affairs of the Kingdom itself. Both the Hamikh Nationalist Liberation Army (HNLA), the Sikh Nationalist rebel faction, and the vocally Marxist, anti-government Hamikh Democratic Liberation Front (HDLF) have shown empathy; considering the case not only to be an exposé, but one of many, thus instead, a sign that the civil conflict in the country should be escalated with the aid of higher extranational bodies.

Whether the story holds true or not, talks within the Sixth Administration and the State Congress of Soviets have already commenced on determining the next best cause of action, with many believing the case should be brought to the recently-formed allied coalition, the International Socialist Congress.

It has become evident, above all else and if anything, that the affairs of the Kingdom may not go unpunished under the eyes of Father Asia.

Domestic Transportation Discount For Students Standardized Federation-wide
The Voice of Nusantara
4 February 2019 6:32 NMST+ | Neo-Manila, Pan-Asiatic States

In a Press Release today, the Congress of Soviets ratified a Federal Act, "Nationalization of Student Transportation Incentives Act", to nationalize the practice of giving student discounts for domestic utility vehicles, such as trains, buses, and even planes. With a victorious referendum placed 3640 - 360, the proposal by the prefectural representatives of Chongqing was met with little resistance; those of which who did have been bashed as "#BudgetConservatives" by social media.

The practice had already been put into place in select states by the SDPC as local policy operating under the juridstriction of the State-President and his/her economic committees. Now that the practice has become standard, with discounted fees ranging depending on a newly-released taxation manual that takes into consideration quality and capacity of the public vehicle, many students feel that their academic life can finally breathe easier.

BPC district organizers aid a Sino-Vietnamese bride in Taiyuan.

February Igarashi Soirées Held Nationwide
Neo-Manila Post
February 15th, 2019

Alongside traditional springtime activities being held throughout the country, annual Igarashi Soirées have been organized by the Bureau for Population Control (BPC) in-line with the month of love. With the clonal resurgence campaign declared "in full-swing" by State-President for the Japanese Soviet Socialist Republic, Kazuo Shii; the Bureau has been undergoing the arduous task of formulating statistical unions between the youth of the Pan-Asiatic States and ensuring that those relationships maintain healthy for both the couple and the nation in order for the new clonal children to be brought upright, and with the time-honored values of the great Eastern society.

While a national mechanization and release of statistical unions by the Bureau remain postponed until the end of the month, existing couples, specifically those in the academic sector, who face a last hurrah before their final examinations, now enjoy themselves in the springtime through the various local community gatherings organized by both the Party and the Bureau.

As a premonition to proms held during the graduation months, the soirées have enabled our young individuals to meet experienced products of the Igarashi System and be learned in the proper values they must uphold through both moral and ideological guidance by their peers and family.

This year, in line with the theme Science of Love (恋の科学) a national focus has been made to continue the fruitful resonance of an initiative to save Japanese society from underpopulation and ultimately, prevent the economic setbacks brought upon by what experts are calling the "demographic winter". Interuniversity organization Omoikane Foundation, for example have decided to further personalize events attributed to the calling. Surveying (vital to the process of the BPC), running help hotlines, and organizing lectures are its primary duties. The same can be said for the 200+ student organizations working under the umbrella of the Bureau.

It is nevertheless economically sound. As long as the Pan-Asiatic eugenicist assembly-line remains immune from further attack by fringe Neo-Kuomintang elements, as the government has promised; the springtime is expected to be a long, rejuvenating one.

Leskya Begins Joint Military Training With PASAF
Neo-Manila Post
February 24th, 2019

Last February 9, 2019 at 4:48 p.m, Neo-Manila Standard Time (NMST+); the Sixth Administration announced that The People's Socialist Union of Leskya had contacted the Federation to introduce plans for further diplomatic advancement, namely, an embassy and trade engagement.

Today, the Secretary-General's office announced that the construction of 2 (two) new military bases were also underway, and were to be completed this afternoon with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to be conducted by the Secretary-General himself, along with other invited Leskyan officials, and the staff of the Ministry of Defense.

The agreement brokered was to set-up 2 (two) military bases, Camp Tang Jingsong and Camp Apolinar Velez. Respectively; one para-marine one in Oragrad, and another Jungle-oriented one in Cagayan de Oro. These are to be exclusive training facilities for further Asiatic-International military development, and the state-of-the-art infrastructure initiative is said to be vast and complex, equipped with the world's most modern tactical utilities.

With the Pan-Asiatic States having only recovered from the last war against the Israeli State, and Head of State Yoon-Sook continuing her alleged 'tiger-like campaign' of 'bullying' other countries into meeting the various economic and political demands of the Federation; surmounted by the recent incident in Jaragupta, which continues to produce massive upheaval and calls-to-arms, have we truly seen the extent of Pan-Asiatic ambition in the 21st Century?

International Socialist Congress Now In Session
Yinchuan Rose
February 25th, 2019

BRATISLAVA—Delegates from all across the world's workers' states have congregated after months of planning. It is yet to be seen what advocacies this alliance may put into motion, but Pan-Asiatic delegate Jiang Xuegang, acting Party Secretary of this new UN-like Marxist bloc, holds much ambition and praise for the coming days. In a communique with the central government, the senile representative stated that he was "[confident] in the desires of the quasilegislative body to pursue and further the cause of international revolution."

While many Anti-Trotskyist critics, Jucheists, as well as Neo-Sakdalistas, have voiced dissent to the Pan-Asiatic States alleging high authority over another multinational alliance apart from the already strong Communist Internationale and the Soviet-Asiatic Alliance; many are hopeful that this constituency in this partnership with many other devoted followers of progressive ideals will benefit the Pan-Asiatic economy, geopolitical influence, and prestige on the world stage.

(Excerpts from The Cardwith Islands, whose national body has constituted the current de facto chairman of the Congress, lay the foundation for the league as follows)

The International Socialist Congress was formed a few years ago in order to organize active socialist parties into one unified assembly with the collective power to push back reactionary, fascist and imperialist efforts across the World (Multiverse). It was also decided that this would be the ruling body of the ISVC, the multi-national military/interventionist force organized to throw Imperialist forces out of the Cardwith islands and, later, to aid Marxist revolutions and bolster leftist governments under siege, everywhere possible...

The ISC continues to expand and the representatives of the delegate parties of the world now hold session regularly to discuss the threat of reactionaries and imperialism, as well as what socialist nations and parties are most in need of humanitarian and military assistance or other intervention. Many other topics, both mundane and internationally challenging, are regulated by resolution within the Congressional chambers, as well as the smaller Central Committee chambers.

It has been reported from reliable government sources that the Congress has now engaged in 'significant' diplomatic talks. While we remain unsure of the nature of these talks at the status quo, many have suggested that the talks may be correlated to the recent crisis in Jaragupta, as several constituents of the ISC, including the Pan-Asiatic States, have already issued sanctions, cease-and-desist orders, or have given informal remarks expressing distaste for the regime during the last few months.

Whilst cynics remain up-in-arms about the Sixth Administration's sudden leaning towards interventionism, mostly on-par with the Head of State's continued call to action, escalation with the young island-nation may seem closer to occuring than some would take it to be.

Rinpek Socialists Up-in-Arms
Neo-Manila Post
March 1st, 2019

The Republic of Rinpek—a small country founded January 1, 1950 in the uninhabited and unclaimed Rinpek Valley. The Republic gained the attention of the Pan-Asiatic States earlier this week during a massive uprising of its working-class.

Dismayed by the inability of the Democratic Centrist Party to meet the demands of an underemployed citizenship undergoing an economic crisis, a popular revolt threatened the presidency of their Prime Minister, Harold Musk, when crowds of Socialists demanded Leftist representation within the Republic's halls of government. This rally was timed to appropriate support for Peter Movek's Socialist Party for the upcoming local elections.

While DCP officials cited relevant factoids reassuring the public that their party will continue to fight for control over the nation, several third-party nations, including the Asian Communist Party of the Pan-Asiatic States have denounced and supported some of the more important political figures of Rinpek.

The Pan-Asiatic States remains resolute in its support for the Socialists. Whilst rumors of a snap election remain rampant, the Secretary-General of the Federation has cited confidence in the solidarity of Rinpek's masses to avoid such a democratic tragedy, and put forth fair-earned votes in favor of a Socialist future.

Pan-Asiatic States Initiates New Eurasian Freight Train Route
Bagumbayan
March 3rd, 2019

ZHENGZHOU—Pan-Asiatic States adds a new route to its Asia-Europe freight train service, as a freight train made its maiden trip from Zhengzhou for Liege in Belgium on Sunday. The service exclusive for cross-border e-commerce is the first of its kind departing from the capital of central China's Henan Province.

According to Zhengzhou International Hub Development and Construction Co. Ltd., it is the first freight line in the country to operate under customs surveillance code "9610" for cross-border e-commerce.

The "9610" surveillance code, added by General Administration of Customs in February 2014, allows e-commerce retailers to deliver goods separately and declare all imported and exported goods collectively.

The new service is expected to help solve problems related to delays in cargo traffic and logistics tracking, according to the route operator. Asia-Europe freight trains made 6,363 trips in 2018, surging 73 percent from 2017, connecting 59 cities in China with 49 cities in 15 European countries.

New Federal Legislation Declares New Clark City As Exclusive Economic Zone
The Voice of Nusantara
March 2nd, 2019

NEO-MANILA—The State Development and Planning Commission announced this afternoon that the newly developed 'New Clark City' is to officially be a registered Exclusive Economic Zone for foreign investment and multinational corporations.

Residents of the newly-constructed settlement will remember that the city had only been named an urban development earlier last year, as part of State-President Robredo's initiative to expand and decentralize the heavily cluttered regions in and around Metropolitan Neo-Manila.

As an emerging market, a deliberation with the plenary, local district assembly referred to the State Congress of Soviets a little more than two months ago that the development be opened-up for international investment to bridge thinly-stretched budget gaps vital for the strengthening of other Federal programs.

While tariffication has been reduced to a bare minimum, and the deregularization of imported commodities within the archipelago continues as part of the national expansion of economic elements; local taxation, which has not let up in 10 years, continues to be at an all-time high.

Nevertheless, the Secretary-General has promised his coordination with the SDPC and the multiple socioeconomic development advisory councils located from region to region will soon justify the stretched-out budget derivation.

It also remains to be seen whether productivity gaps noted last week will have any significant impact on this stout policy.

Markov Group Buses Soon To Serve Neo-Manila, Sapporo
Neo-Manila Post
March 6th, 2019

The Pan-Asiatic Economic Zone Authority announced earlier today that the New Transeurasian public transportation company, the Markov Group, has signed an economic agreement to further develop private-maintained public transportation routes, specifically, a bus transit operation, in Neo-Manila and Sapporo.

The Secretary-General has released a statement thanking New Transeurasia for their confidence to invest in the Pan-Asiatic States and urges other foreign investors to do so as well. The economic compartmentalization of the sector has lightened the burden of the State Development and Planning Commission, and the re-construction of Sapporo in particular can further be sped by the support of third parties.

The contract approves the construction of 12 different routes in Neo-Manila, and 4 in Sapporo. The upsurge of vacationists this summer is the audience which the SDPC hopes to cater to, and this new investment is sure to bring the beaches and commercial centers of the two cities closer to the homes of the many Asians soon to blow-off some steam this month.

As part of one of the 28-year-old nation's most intricately coordinated and expansive economic agendas yet, this development remains under criticism by many vernacular Maoists, as such matters tend to be. While the 'capitalization' yielded to and will surely be yielded to again in the future phases of the agenda is striking, the Secretary-General is confident in the full support of the masses in this endeavor, especially with taxation-lessening plans which are rumored to be carried-out soon.

With the focus on both international and national transportation being carried-out on par to Xi Jinping's One Belt, One Road initiative; the hitherto forces subscribe to market predictions that the quick and accessible trade of goods and people will be a competitive actor in the coming days of economic strife.

Vocal elements of the Congress of Soviets and citizens alike are at least glad that social and economic development remains vibrant in the country.

Gudfrey's Trading Co. Leverages Pan-Asiatic Exports
Caixin Global
March 6th, 2019

Among many other capital construction works happening this month is the development of a commercial complex and trading post under Gudfrey's Trading Company. The SDPC has reportedly deliberated a grant from the budget's foreign aid allocations to further their agenda and operational capacity in the Pan-Asiatic States.

Released accounts state that the economic forces of the Pan-Asiatic government has chosen to redirect significant portions of its 2018 resource surplus to the benefit of the company, to gain better investment opportunities that encompass a global market.

The surplus in the limelight includes 40 million m^3 worth of Semiconductors at a price fixed at .20 NSD per m^3; 1,149,773,071.104387 dry metric ton units of Iron at 66.1 NSD per dry metric ton unit; and 20 million Barrels of oil at 56.46 NSD per 42-gallon Barrel.

Gudfrey's also released their part of their contract today, citing that shipment dates, frequency and pricing had been approved for all items offered by the State Development and Planning Commission. Their profit prediction listing states that Semiconductors may sell at $8 Million NSD monthly, and $96 Million NSD yearly; Iron at $75,999,999,993.1 NSD monthly, $911,999,999,917.2 NSD yearly; and Oil at $1,129,200,000 NSD monthly, $13,550,400,000 NSD yearly.

The export facilitations are expected to boost profit margins for the Federal treasury even further than has been in the past weeks.

Pan-Asiatic States Answers Call-To-Arms By New Narsia Government
Neo-Manila Post
March 7th, 2019

CROMWELL ISLAND—An island territory acquired by New Narsia in 1849, has been assuaged by a mass-mobilization of Fascistic rebels, who are reported to have orchestrated a massive terror-campaign against the local democratic government and mainlander communities. As of March 7th, casualties have racked-up at an all-time high, with 25,000~ of the nation's population reported have either been gravely wounded or killed by fringe insurgent militants.

The situation had been observed by vocal elements of the Federal Congress for quite some time now, during past instances wherein insurgent leaders had attempted small attacks on the New Narsian countryside, and made threats to rise-up against the mainland government.

Now concerned that the flames of an island insurgency could soon become a full-blown civil war which may lead to a victory for Fascism in the region, and remaining autonomous to desist orders by third party quasilegislative actions of international peacekeeping bodies, the Federal Congress has issued a proclamation of intervention in favor of legitimate government forces in New Narsia.

As cited on the Secretary-General's official release, "a favorable resolution to answer this call-to-arms has succeeded under a majority backing of 3080 - 920 of the members of Congress, with 5 of the 7 State-Presidents of the Federation vying to support interventionist policy. The Pan-Asiatic States has chosen to employ a policy of proxy war against foreign supporters of the insurgency and are ardent to restore peace and order for the victims of the war. We are hopeful that this new directive will be swift in its deliverance of justice and liberty, as we enjoy today in our home country."

With the fact that the idea of intervention had been led by a key advocate of foreign intervention by the States, Head of State Sonya Yoon-Sook, the same advocate of the war in Israel, whose intentions to promote the Trotskyist World Revolution can be put into reasonable enough doubt; many dissenting voices from both within and from outside the Asian Communist Party continue to demote another conflict to which Pan-Asiatic soldiers are to die for and in. Many are also disheartened by the Federation's support for the avidly Capitalistic government of New Narsia as an antithesis to the Fascist rebellion.

While Third Positionists, such as Congressional opposition leader Sawada Jin, continue to point-out that collaboration with the self-proclaimed 'independence movement' would have been the best course of action, continual crimes of aggression and against humanity by insurgent forces, as well as their attacks outside core-territorial boundaries (on mainland New Narsia) prove otherwise; illustrating that the dangerous rebellion is active in their initiative to thwart democracy and instate a tyrannical and terrorist rule.

Nevertheless, the Ministry of Defense reports that Pan-Asiatic units are already collaborating with the democratic government to cut-down the rebellion in its youth.

Summer Heat Dries-up Major Dams
Neo-Manila Post
March 12th, 2019

Several major dams across the Federation; particularly, across the Southeast Asian territories of the Federated People's Republic have been subject to the month's hot climate. The unexpected temperature hikes have been attributed to global warming by several officials from the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources, and the yearly hikes are only expected to increase if left unhindered.

In the Tagalog Soviet Socialist Republic, Melanesia, Nusantara, Siam, and Indochina; dams drying-up have put urban residents on high-alert. Many cities, such as Kuala Lumpur and Neo-Manila, the biggest among others, have already experienced water shortages in the past two weeks. Distraught residents have expressed the magnitude of the situation to struggling local authorities, and while efforts to ration water supply has been taken, the crisis has taken its toll on local small-scale industry.

Anika Lou, 28, manager of a local beauty parlor in Bangkok, attests to this. For the service sector which runs on the foundation of the public water supply, the situation has led to entire shops having to shut down their operations until further notice, as in Anika's case.

"The parlor uses these hoses which are connected to the city's main tank", according to Anika Lou. "We cannot reconnect it to any other source without securing a permit.", added her assistant in an interview yesterday.

More serious cases, such as in that of Jakarta General Hospital, are even more concerning. According to the hospital's manager, Kôzuke Masanobu, chemo-dialysis procedures were re-scheduled, putting patients in-need of it on-schedule, and immediately, in serious danger. Priorities for vital state-monopolies have been given to ensure that such critical situations are avoided.

Local fire departments are also on standby near forest reserves susceptible to solar-triggered wildfires, in case of a possible incident.

The Pan-Asiatic government, including the Secretary-General himself, ensures that all steps to regulate, contain, and solve the water crisis are being taken.

Secretary-General Abra Reinstates Use of Former Pen-Name, "Comrade Abra"
Neo-Manila Post
March 14th, 2019

In a recent press release today, the premier of the Federated People's Republic of the Pan-Asiatic States, Guanyu Abramovich y Florante Jr., proclaimed that the use of his former pen-name for the Pan-Asiatic revolution, "Comrade Abra" (Tagalog: Ka Abra), was to be added in formal communiques of the Pan-Asiatic States henceforth.

The Secretary-General has authored many books, political pamphlets, and articles for the nation even before his participation. Akin to other Socialist leaders, such as Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov's use of 'Lenin' and Ioseb Besarionis dze Jughashvili's 'Stalin', his use of 'Ka Abra' was the denotation written on many of the protesting works for the States. It comes to no surprise then, that he has deemed it favorable once more to use this pseudonym to continue the struggle for national security and workers' liberation.

He also implores allied world leaders, and even the general public to address him as such on casual occasions. It is noted that the Sixth Administration has made rather interesting advances in the field of creating more 'down-to-earth' political officials since the beginning of the regime, such as the reversion and popularization of addressing Pan-Asiatic officials by their common name and position-prefix rather than their surname.

Nevertheless, it is expected, whilst not necessarily a rule of thumb, that formal usage of his name will not use 'Comrade Abra', such as in news articles, general addresses, SONAs, and various legal documents as to avert confusion.

Congressional Aspirant Kumi-Kispe Maru Questions Melanesian Militarization
Bagumbayan
March 17th, 2019

KOMO, Melanesia—once a quiet and sleepy city was first awoken by the thundering boots of Pan-Asiatic marches and their accompanying Missile Trucks, now wakes up to the daily protestation of citizen-activists to put an end to the increasing military presence on their island.

The military stunt conducted by the Federal authority, beginning since last month, was first part of the Secretary-General's initiative to re-arm the nuclear silos within the island, which in itself had been heavily criticized by anti-militarists, pacifists, and detente activists. However, unofficial reports now cite the spike of several long-range ballistic weapons to have exceeded normally mandated regional garrisons.

The statement of the Sixth Administration on the issue had initially been one in accordance to the Jucheist policy of Songun, that the operations conducted were being effected as a reactionary reminder to the United States of Asia's military readiness, after incidents involving convoy raiding suspected of having been American intent (although no concrete proof has been released by either side) were learned of by the Federation. The Secretary-General's strong-arm policy on international trade seemed to coincide with the Head of State's Trotskyist tendency in this instance, as legislative action to increase military funding over the past few months spiked.

Under the leadership of Congressional aspirant Maru this afternoon however, mass student walkouts were effected by the campaigning citizenry. The protests, which have been going-on since the beginning of March, are only expected to get worse. Plans for military testing and exercises to be conducted in several 'key strategic positions' as cited in a recently-publicized report by the Ministry of Defense has involved a large portion of the state's environmentalist advocators as well.

With the continued slander of Pan-Asiatic reputation by Anglomir and Kjalaraa, many fear that investors will seek to rebuke their assets in the Pan-Asiatic States. The question remains prominent, is the strong-armed agenda of the administration one worth pursuing to ensure that investments within the Federation are protected by the infamous Pan-Asiatic Armed Forces, or is the agenda ubiquitous and faulty, scaring-off the foreign sector rather than inviting them?

March 19th, 2019

VLADIVOSTOK—In a bellicose move by the Russian National Bolshevik Party, free ports in Vladivostok were seized at around 6:24 PM today as part of a General Strike initiated since Saturday last week. Workers, under the support of the Vladivostok Mayor and Soviet assembly, as well as even local police authorities in the area, were called-upon by agitators to set-up a perimeter blocking the transfer of goods from the docks. Whilst none are reported to have been hurt in this display, and with the agitators appearing to be pacifistic and unarmed at this moment; news has already reached Moscow, and General-Secretary of the Soviet Union, Vladimir Putin, has ordered the perpetrators to cease and desist under the presupposition of the mobilization of riot police and further escalation of the conflict.

General Strikes had already long been called-for by the National Bolsheviks, after a series of shady transactions were leaked to the Soviet public by anonymous hackers (suspected to be NazBol sympathizers by Russian press) through secret digital documents detailing a clandestine lowering of Western import tariffication in exchange for the demobilization of American military units in Iran.

Last Monday, Putin had admitted to parts of the transaction, stating that the process was for the "stabilization of the situation between the Soviet Union and Iran". Almost overnight, disagreeing workers' collectives throughout the Union began to organize significant opposition in the State Congress. However, this reformist move was deemed a farce by vocal advocates of the National Bolshevik Party.

Historically, the NBP believes in the National Bolshevik ideas that arose during the Russian Civil War, such as those from Professor Nikolai Ustryalov, who came to believe that Bolshevism could be modified to serve nationalistic purposes. His followers, the Smenovekhovtsy, who then came to regard themselves as National Bolsheviks, borrowed the term from Ernst Niekisch, who was a German politician initially associated with left-wing politics and later, the National Bolshevik ideology.

With the solidification of Strasserite ideas in Europe, Trotskyist clamp-downs on National Bolshevik ideals were conducted around the same time the 1995 Cultural Revolutions were being enacted in the Pan-Asiatic States. With many National Bolshevik congressionals having been purged from the ranks of the All-Union Communist Party, the National Bolshevik Party remains resolute in its stance of support for Neo-Stalinist ideals rather than status quo popularization of Trotskyist ones. Because the current National Bolshevik Party cannot run for traditional electoral politics, it has been the legacy of the National Bolsheviks and will continue to be the legacy of Anti-Trotskyists in the Soviet Union to promote such bellicose actions in order to affect the sociopolitical sphere.

Polls conducted in November have cited a sudden influx of those in support of the National Bolsheviks since 2010, despite the repeated attempts to silence advocates of the movement. According to prominent officials of the new sect, the blockade will continue until the transparency of the Moscow government with its people on the transactions is achieved. However, many constituents of the Party seek to seize several other ports to put-forth the isolationist and self-sufficing needs of the Russian National Bolsheviks.

At this moment, the stand of the Pan-Asiatic States on the matter remains yet unknown, as no statement has been given, despite Vladivostok's historical significance. It is noted that Vladivostok was the city where the Vladivostok Conference was conducted, essentially outlining Soviet involvement in Asia, and thus, the eventual establishment of the Pan-Asiatic States. Neo-Sakdalista advocates are calling this apathy to the situation a great irony.

However, without proper organization and employance of a pacifist endeavor; many expect this insurgency to meet its end soon, especially upon the arrival of riot police to reinforce the city's garrison. Despite this, we, the Neo-Sakdalista Movement, actively support the situation in the Soviet Far-East. Believing in the integrity of a strong, nationalistic government to be the foundation of a grand people and a culturally vibrant society; we stand by our allies in the National Bolshevik Party.

We call-upon the Federal authorities to take action and reach-out to the insurgents in Vladivostok. People of Asia; the time is upon us to shackle our chains and resist the neo-imperialism brought about by Trotskyism! Let Socialism in One Country prevail!

All glory to the oppressed peoples of the world! Death to Revisionism!

TIPRI Bridges Urban-Provincial Education In Laos
Neo-Manila Post
March 19th, 2019

The Indochinese District Assembly approved a new ordinance outlining edicts for the rehabilitation of the state of education throughout the Laotian region of the Tri-Interregional Popular Republic of Indochina. The outline included guidelines to create more suitable learning facilities and provide rural provinces with more modernized academic equipment to be imported from manufacturing establishments in the Tagalog Soviet Socialist Republic, matching the academic standards of those in the urban centers.

The Ministry of Finance is currently reviewing the outline and organizing funds for the initiative. The comprehensive State Ordinance includes the rehabilitation of more than 23 Elementary Schools statewide, and the creation of 17 new ones; as well the importation of a yet unlisted number of computers, books, gadgets, discs, and television sets.

It was to no surprise that the ordinance was passed without any significant opposition as vocal advocates of the movement were allegedly 'following in the footsteps' of TIPRI's State-President, Nguyễn Phú Trọng, referring to a speech he had given on an official visit to the Inner Mongolian region for the Chinese-Indochinese Socioeconomic Development Assembly earlier this month, when he was quoted saying; "Our city graduates are returning to their provincial homes. This means an influx of intelligible citizens with a passion for their families, and home prefectures. Thus, mechanization of our educational assets should be a priority, as this means a huge opportunity is bestowed upon us. We need to encourage a mentoral system. The city will raise the province. The province will raise the nation."

An additional statement was made by the State-President earlier this morning upon receiving news of the ordinance's initiation, citing that "development opportunities in the countryside are a premium comparative advantage for the Indochinese region".

The majority of leaders of the Indochinese District Assembly remain resolute in their belief that enacting more legislative accords that deal with citizen specialization rather than immediate industrialization will mobilize the economic agenda of the Pan-Asiatic States as a whole, in a safe, socialist environment.

SDPC: No Debt Crisis Coming For Foreign Investors
Caixin Global
March 18th, 2019

In light of recent events involving the sudden influx of economic revenue for the various Pan-Asiatic state-enterprises, many investors have been inquisiting the officials of the Federation regarding the status of the foreign sector. Leading economists such as Władysław Lapin believe that the Pan-Asiatic States is heading for a debt crisis due to the massive spending habits being effected by both the central Federal government and the composite autarkic authorities.

SDPC State Commissary Ryang Dong-Wook refuted such claims in a popular video released to the public this afternoon. The video, produced by the agency to address the primary concerns of international investors regarding the status of the various investable economic sectors of the Pan-Asiatic States and the future of trade and industry according to the mandated policies of Secretary-General Guanyu, cited similarities in governance as the agenda of that of First Secretary-General of the Federation JMC Sison during his campaign to rebuild the Pan-Asiatic States following the fallout of the Third Pacific War.

The video has been highly criticized by foreign netizens for surmounting a 'cult of personality effect' around the current administration. While some investors remain tedious in their lendings, polls by several organizations illustrate that locals are beginning to see the Sixth Administration for what it wants to be seen as: a herald of the 21st Century Pan-Asia.

Whilst speculation for the next steps in steering the nation to further prosperity remains vague at the moment, confidence in the capabilities of the executive have never been higher, and whether such excitement is misplaced or not remains to be seen in the products of such endeavors.

SAGANOSEKI: Old Uranium Mining Region Shuts Down After Collapse Accident
Nguoi Viet Daily News
March 20, 2019

Japanese State-President Kazuo Shii confirmed in a Press Release this afternoon that a list of Uranium mines in the state's Saganoseki region will be permanently closed due to an accident that had occured last night; March 19, 2019. The shutdown will prevent state-enterprise Yonezawa Development Corporation from conducting any more extraction procedures. Dismantling of the equipment and processing for the re-assignment of the miners have already begun. Because of the region's complex structure and antiquity, despite the state's best efforts being poured into the deconstruction of the facilities, Yonezawa's spokesperson reports that the entire initiative may take approximately more than a month, around 40 days or less.

Uranium, the nation's most powerful energy source, was allegedly mishandled by workers of the mines. The highly combustible material became, whether intentionally or unintentionally, handled in an uncontrolled temperature when coolant devices were faultily, and un-dutifully, uninspected. Manifests suggest that the coolants had long missed its routinary inspections, and corporate authorities are conducting a full investigation into the matter. At 11:00 PM, raw Uranium from sections of the underground exploded and collapsed the lowest levels.

At this hour, names of those responsible for the accident remain yet unreleased, and their fate remains unknown. However, authorities are certain that none have gone injured, missing, or killed, during the night's events.

Several conspiracy theorists believe the act to be of terrorist origin, such as by the Neo-Kuomintang or other fringe organizations, however, lack of evidence and claimants of responsibility refute it otherwise.

CRISIS: Armed Protests In East Timor, State-President Nearly Killed In Mob-Attack!
Neo-Manila Post
March 25th, 2019

DILI, EAST TIMOR—Rallying deterrence activists who have been on-strike in Melanesia for nearly a month now have taken to armed protestation! At roughly 6:41 in the evening today, heavily armed personnel stormed protest-barricades and nearly shot the State-President of Melanesia, Kerika-Rebia Kasi.

Parallel to the events in the capital, insurrectionists across the East Timor region attempted to storm key ports following the rallying call of the uprising that had occured in Vladivostok, where it had been conducted by the Russian National Bolshevik Party. The attack in Dili was timed during a military parade being conducted in honor of the militarization, which leads many to believe the attack was targeted as an act of terrorism against the Pan-Asiatic States.

The plan, based on recovered documents, was to do what had been done in Vladivostok but through armed means, with masses holding the ports hostage until the government gave into the demands of demilitarization.

The mastermind of the uprising remains unknown despite many rather believing the idea of the lack of one (and that the attack was a skirmish more than a premonition with loose coordination), yet officially, an investigation is already underway under the authority of the Ministry of State and Public Security.

No official claims to the attack have been made, and the official government statement on the issue remains that the attack was in no way, a coordinated assault, but rather, a minor skirmish conducted between a few distraught citizens carrying personal firearms. Following the uprising, well-known abolitionist terror-cell, the Neo-Kuomintang Army, paid 'tribute' and took advantage of the anarchy in the region by releasing a propaganda video on social media stating that such an uprising demonstrates the sheer fallibility of the Pan-Asiatic States to terrorism, and the government's incapability to address the major concerns of the people.

While officially, both uprisings have been quelled at this time, and the propaganda video suppressed, the entire nation has turned its eyes on the Southeast Asian state, questioning how the flames of rebellion had been fanned into a violent pyre in the first place.

March has been shrouded with much controversy surmounting the issue of the rearmament of Melanesian lands, as for most, it had been an issue of protecting the State's autonomy within the Federation, and the presence of Federal military units, having bypassed Congressional limits through an executive decree, on the soil of an autonomous state, had long been seen as an act of violation against the 'national characteristic' of Melanesia. Despite this, vocal activists were more avid of the termination of the militarization through more legal manners, such as congressional aspirant Kumi-Kispe Maru, who had also nearly been killed by the hostilities this evening.

Thus, residents were taken by surprise when at 6:41, the furious mob begun its sporadic attack towards an official Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces convoy conducting a parade-march on Americo Tomas Avenue, near the Office of the State-President, in Dili. An esoteric order was passed-on to the officers of the military through their radios. Minimal casualties were permitted on the civilian side. The tanks began to vacate at this time. Insurrectionists opening-fire downed multiple casualties on the Army's side, who desperately took cover, awaiting the gendarmerie.

In the chaos of the moment, protestors nearly killed the State-President of Melanesia, as a small group was able to flank the gendarmerie from behind and nearly storm the office. According to post-action accounts by the gendarmerie, the mobsters' approach through the lobby's back entrance was halted when a few agents were alerted by their footsteps. A short firefight was conducted when two members of the group attempted to open-fire on the gendarmerie agents using surprisingly military-grade LMGs. The State-President was soon after, escorted to the helipad and airlifted to the capital, where he remained for the rest of the encounter.

On the avenue, reports indicate that the protestors ripped the guns off the slurred evacuation of armed men quickly. This hour-long affair would take place until riot police could quell the resistance to a stalemate. At 7:41, pushing on both sides of the spectrum took place, each side charging like batteries. Leaders of the rebellion began hauling vodka cocktails to subvert the advancing shields of the gendarmerie. The initial attack saw 5 dead on both sides and 18 arrested.

At 7:30, in the Estádio Municipal de Díli, Kumi-Kispe's initially pacifist rally was brought ablaze by a planted bomb, an explosion shattered an entire wing of the gendarmerie, setting fire to a few others. Gunshots succeeded the bomb, and the fighting had begun here as well. Whilst the Congressman barely escaped with his life, 3 Brukean journalists (including popular reporter Kidan Zalelew of the Dubian), and a cameraman were caught in the blast radius. 6 well-trained and well-equipped insurgents carrying modernized submachine guns fought with fervor but were met with echoing LMG suppression. After an hour of intense gunfire, and 2 of their comrades badly injured, the hostiles surrendered with their arms raised and their weapons on the ground.

The third insurgent choke-point in Dili alone was a Catholic prayer-rally in the Capela Sagrada Família. At this church, the perimeter was quickly secured, and the rallyists quickly surrendered. Each were inspected, and the gendarmerie faced no resistance. An order was placed: suspected whereabouts of the insurrectionists were raided based on eyewitness accounts. Several interrogated witnesses guide them underneath the sewers. The gendarmerie disperse around the area and discover plans to bomb 4 more ports around the area of East Timor. The plans are terminated and many more conspirators are arrested.

At 12:00 PM of the 25th, the situation was declared to have been quelled, and cleanup of the carnage commenced. Throughout East Timor, including attacks from both the ports and in the capital, it has been recorded that 34 have been killed and over 200 arrested await trial for the crime of conspiracy against the local government. In the ports of East Timor, many of the insurgents simply gave-up when they had run out of ammunition.

Many question whether the situation has truly been extirpated. Head of State Yoon-Sook has stated in an interview, that the Neo-Kuomintang "may have been right" to call-out the Pan-Asiatic States' mistakes. Many questions regarding the seemingly precise coordination of the attack remain unsolved, but many are more concerned that this may be a sign of weakness for the solidarity of the Federal governance capabilities which have long been prided upon by the Pan-Asiatic States.

Pan-Asiatic States Rejects Deterrence Talks Proposed By West American Union
Neo-Manila Post
March 21st, 2019

The Jules Sevier Long-Range Missile Detachment Base

Pictured above is the Jules Sevier Long-Range Missile Detachment Base, and the Fort Frontier complex as a whole, is the crown jewel of the West American Treaty Organization (ራብ አሜሪካን ህብረት), which the Royal Republic of Bruke has ceded membership to. Only a few years before, West American Treaty Organization member states had debated amongst themselves whether the Long-Range Missile Detachment should be scrapped, along with the International Satellite and Missile Defense, as relics of a more perilous age.

This afternoon, their Treaty Organization, with Tamru Negasi, Bruke's newly-elected Prime Minister leading them, issued a declaration aiming for an agenda to deter Pan-Asiatic military build-up: to have missiles of their own pointed towards the East (which had been the original plan when Jules Sevier and the other bases were first built, and standing WATO policy up to today) would not be conductive to easing tensions. According to Brukean articles, the decision was made as such: the L-RMD was to be stood down, and an offer of hosting a summit was be made, in the hopes of spurring some kind of detente between East and West, citing:

We are deeply concerned at the prospect of Pan-Asiatic deployment of long-range ballistic missiles pointed at the United States- doing so would inevitably put the whole of the Americas at risk, the West American Union included.

We have, at this critical juncture, chosen not to have our forces in a state of prolonged readiness- as a sign of good faith and good will.

The security element of the West American Union, the West American Treaty Organization, at our request, will make sure that the Long-Range Missile Detachment stands down- the first time this has occurred since the program was created nearly 50 years ago.

With the goal of facilitating a lasting peace for the world at large, we will make our governments available to host a summit between the Pan-Asiatic States and the United States of America.

However, the Pan-Asiatic Sixth Administration, with the support of the Federal constituent executives, have issued their own proclamation rejecting any concession of nuclear armaments, especially of ballistic missile silos in Melanesia. This counter-declaration made shortly after the preceding order has been reprinted by the Neo-Manila Post:

SONGUN—an ideological crusade that is derived from the Four Military Lines policy implemented 1991, first in Korea, then throughout a nation learned of the unprepared-for catastrophes dealt by the Third Pacific War. The doctrine's aim was to arm the entire population, fortify the entire Federation, train every soldier to become a cadre and modernize the entire military sector. It is the idea that national independence, sovereignty and prosperity is dependent on being organized and well-armed. It is a tradition of this Federated People's Republic.

Under no pretext should arms and ammunition be surrendered; any attempt to disarm the workers must be frustrated, by force if necessary! That is the dictate of Karl Marx. The Kautskyite advocacy of “disarmament”, which is addressed to the present governments of the imperialist Great Powers, is the most vulgar opportunism, it is bourgeois pacifism, which actually—in spite of the “good intentions” of the sentimental Kautskyites—serves to distract the workers from the revolutionary struggle. For this advocacy seeks to instil in the workers the idea that the present bourgeois governments of the imperialist powers are not bound to each other by thousands of threads of finance capital and by scores or hundreds of corresponding secret treaties (i.e., predatory, plundering treaties, preparing the way for imperialist war).

We reject any attempt to disarm revolutionary, Pan-Asiatic society. The Sixth Administration hereby inform the general public that a General Deliberation to concede or not was initiated at exactly 5:00 this afternoon, 21st March, in the People's Year 2019. The West American Treaty Organization's good intentions disregard the diplomatic, class-based disposition of the Pan-Asiatic States. An overwhelming 7 out 9 State-Presidents have voted non-concession, and to continue, instead, the militarization, training, drills, and experimentation of military assets in the Melanesian islands.

Ms. Maria Leonor "Leni" Gerona Robredo, TSSR: Nay
    Mr. Kerika-Rebia Kasi, USM: Nay
    Mr. Joko Widodo, FNN: Yea
    Ms. Mani Rojumanong, TIPRI: Nay
    Ms. Cho Nandar, BSSR: Nay
Mr. Nguyễn Phú Trọng, TSSR: Yea
    Mr. Xi Jinping, China: Nay
    Mr. Kim Jong-Un, DPRK: Nay
    Mr. Kazuo Shii, JSSR: Nay

Special notice must be given to the negative stance taken by the State-President of the Unitary State of Melanesia, Kerika-Rebia Kasi, who, under the powers bestowed upon her by the People, has initiated this special deliberation in the first place, leading the opposition to the propounded antithesis. Any concession or compromise of the Pan-Asiatic States towards its WMD programs, any foreign-influenced demilitarization, nor any quasijudicial action taken towards the disarmament of the Federal military will not be tolerated by the constituents of this democratic government.

With the goal of securing the sovereign interests for the people of Asia at large, we strongly oppose any summit short of the United States' admission and consequent apology of their plots to sabotage Pan-Asiatic trade in the Atlantic. We will continue to arm the proletariat for the sake of independent self-realization. We will continue to host Naval and Aerial exercises in the regions deemed strategically compromisable by the Ministry of Defense.

Finally, we demand that all nations concerned respect the democratic process of the Pan-Asiatic States. We stand resolute.

Wèi Rénmín Fúwù!

While it remains unclear whether tensions between WATO and the Pan-Asiatic States will bear any escalation, Asians remain cautious of the situation.

PAS Normalizes Relations With Victorious Sampornese Revolutionaries Through Official State-Visit
Bagumbayan
April 16th, 2019

The Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the approval of the de facto Minister of Foreign Affairs, Secretary-General Abra, has approved the conduction of a state-visit bound for the newly-constituted Jamahiriya of Samporna, a socialist archipelago which the Federation hopes to normalize relations with following the deposition of the old monarchistic government and the establishment of the new 'Peopledom'. On April 16, 2019, at 1:57 PM, delegates left the tarmac of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Neo-Manila, and set their course to meet the new proletarian committees who have declared sovereignty over their war-torn nation.

Last April 8, the Office of the Sixth Administration released a statement congratulating the success of the Socialist revolution in Samporna, in a public dispatch entitled 'Normalizing Political and Economic Relations With the Jamahiriya of Samporna, Addressed to the People's Congress of the Jamahiriya'.

The Jamahiriya of Samporna, a young nation, won its independence only recently when the last of the Sampornese Royal Army was detained or executed by the revolutionary government. However, the nation has long since been a place of culturally-connected peoples, with its origins rooted in the Sunni Islam faith.

The dispatch outlined the position of the Asian Communist Party on the recent affairs of the Samporenese government, hoping to re-establish the trade routes (with even a possibility of expansion of such endeavors) which the two nations once shared. The dispatch also outlined the mutual construction of embassies between the Jamahiriya government and the Federated People's Republic. A few days later, The Popular Conference of Samporna responded with an invitation to the Secretary-General to personally visit their nation on official state-visit to further the agenda of the terms indicated by the release, which has been promptly accepted.

Eyewitness accounts and footage indicate that on the way to the airport itself, paparazzi trailed the Secretary-General's limousine, and on the way to the executive airbus, it followed his footsteps, showing that media attention on the historic summit is still reportedly at an all-time high.

Despite this, to the citizens of the capital and of the Federation, the summit seemed only a little off-putting. In our interviews of public opinion on the matter, many cited that the summit was 'out-of-place' and that the Pan-Asiatic government should focus all efforts on the immediate economic problems before aiding the affairs of distant lands. On social media, many netizens express their distraught at the Trade and Industry Commission's offer to lower tariffs in favor of the Sampornese government, a point raised in the original dispatch sent by the Federation. One such netizen even stated: "We shouldn't tend to somebody else's plants if our own backyard is on fire."

The Pan-Asiatic States, after all, is in the middle of major crises. The Federation must deal with affairs of utmost international importance, such as managing the country's position in the International Socialist Congress, and reconstructing damaged resources, both collateral and physical, in their own territories of East Timor (following the armed protests of March 25). But, in a press release, the Secretary-General had insisted that:

"The affairs of this Federated People's Republic should not limit itself with the mere development of productive forces at [home] but should be ready to embrace long-term styles of thinking [...] especially when in regard to allies of the Socialist cause."

One motivation for the pursuit of the agenda, despite the difficulties on the home front, which the Secretary-General had referred to, was Samporna's access to a sizable oil reserve. The Trade and Industry Commission has already stated that these reserves are in the best interest of the Pan-Asiatic States' fiscal policy and military expansion. The Commission has drafted much incentives and well-priced bargains for the acquisition of this oil, and many locals of the Federation fear that these prices are more strenuous to the interests of the Federation than they should be.

Agenda for the upcoming summit between the two nations, as proposed by Zhan Yahui-Molotov Sr., the Secretary-General's Undersecretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aside from trade matters, may also include discussions on the political atmosphere of the world in regard to each nation's socio-political problems, possibilities of exchanging government advisers to observe, report, and humbly comment on the overseeing of Socialist affairs in both nations, and the creation of Party consulates alongside ambassadorial consulates throughout major cities in both the Pan-Asiatic States and Samporna.

While the future between the Pan-Asiatic States, long a friend of the revolutionary struggle, and Samporna, remain yet unknown, many are optimistic about the possibility of more cordial relations.

Brukean People's Party of the Republic 'Political Consulate' In Neo-Manila Now Open to the Public
Eastern Press Universal
April 16th, 2019

Image
The insignia of the People's Party of the Republic, Bruke

Image
An old photograph of the People's Party's leader, Sefanit Fasika, who recently lost the elections for Prime Ministership in Bruke

NEO-MANILA—Jovial celebrations are being held on Ortigas Avenue beginning from 4:54 PM today until around 8:00 tonight. The Internationale fanfare is played by the Beijing Marching Band, listened and subsequently applauded to by the Socialists of the era, including the Pan-Asiatic States' own Head of State, Sonya Ruogang Yoon-Sook.

The celebrations are in-honor of the establishment of the 'Political Consulate' of the People's Party of the Republic, a Brukean self-proclaimed 'Libertarian Socialist' party. Agreements between the Party and the Federation had occurred a little over a month ago, wherein the Federation expressed support for the Party's recent struggling agenda to protect factory engineers from exposure to dangerous chemicals, to put the criminally negligent Central and Metropolitan Utility under the control of its rank-and-file, and to form workers’ cooperatives.

The work of the People's Party is supposedly being carried-out on all fronts local, provincial, and federal. The aim of the consulacy was therefore to provide the Party with what expertise the Asian Communist Party and the general Asian community could provide, acting as a private channel of communication between the Party and the People's Republic's government in Neo-Manila.

However, it is also meant to benefit the Asian masses as an educational channel, as cited in the original dispatch relayed to Brukean People's Party officials last month:

One of the purposes of the political consulate which we are hoping to put-forward is its role as a socio-cultural consulate for Pan-Asiatic academics pursuing Brukean studies, specifically, of Brukean Socialist studies offered to university students and Party members (both veteran and aspiring) pursuing law, international history, political science, anthropology, and other such studies which have outlined Bruke as a subject of political discourse.

The consulacy is open to the public, and its offices are readily available to students interested in pursuing Brukean political history or general culture as their college degree. For the more average person, the building also harbors a small interactive museum in its basement abridging and putting on-display the many conflicts and struggles the Brukean people have fought to attain, as well as their many major footprints on history. The museum features copies of old photographs, reprinted documents, articles, timelines, videos, and placards bringing the socialist and sovereign struggle of Bruke to life.

While some intrigue has been ascertained by officials concerning how vocal support for a single political party in Bruke may affect international and official affairs with the democratic country, the Sixth Administration has already implied that it wholeheartedly would rather suffer any minor fallout of the situation rather than allow such earth-shattering ideas never to be brought under the Asian sun.

CONFIRMED: Pan-Asiatic Training With International Socialist Volunteer Corps Underway
Yinchuan Rose
April 24th, 2019

NEO-MANILA—In a Press Release by the Office of the Sixth Administration, Office of the Secretary-General; the Pan-Asiatic States government confirmed that the contingent offered by the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces to the International Socialist Volunteer Corps has been in joint training sessions at an undisclosed location simply referred to as the "ISVC Arctic Warfare Training Center" for a hitherto undisclosed period of time, since the Federation's initiation into the International Socialist organization a little less than a year ago.

As can be recalled from the commitments of the nation to the International Socialist Congress around the same time, the organization of an international military for protecting Socialist interests across the world plays as a new important prospect in the dynamics of Pan-Asiatic foreign intervention abroad. With the definitive initiation of Pan-Asiatic units into the ISVC, it has become clear to the general public that the pragmatic arm of the Socialist Congress is on its way to becoming primed and ready to accomplish its objectives, as outlined in its charter.

The resurgence of a counterbalance against capitalistic and right-wing intervention groups such as the Santiago Anti-Communist Treaty Organization has brought hope to many Asians, but while some see this as a maneuver to counteract and not to incite, skeptics remain pessimistic. One local Korean newspaper, the JoongAng Daily, commentated on the historic formation of the ISC as a 'new medium and theater [for] expansionist states to regress the political well-being of another'. While it should be noted that the article's author, Ho Soo-Yeon, is a known Juche scientist in the Korean state, interviewees of the Yinchuan Rose believe Mrs. Ho's words could never be more apt.

With capitalist v communist tensions arising in many Third World nations in South America (as in Venezuela), and in other pacific nations, such as the Kingdom of Jaragupta; many see intervention as being but a few political footsteps away, and that the garnering swords of the ISVC will soon turn to one or more of its 'enemies'. And with other major world powers, such as the Cardwithian, Gylian, Diarcesian, and Divine Great Viet governments all having been confirmed to be participants of these training gatherings as well, the prospect of another class-war does not seem unlikely to occur within the next decade, or perhaps even, year.
