I would also like to ask to inherit the rank & records of Banija, similar to how I did so for cricket.

I know it's not general succession(as this application is specific to rugby and cricket, and has already been accepted for cricket), but it makes IC sense in this context. Back then, the Busoga Islands were part of Banija, though the sport was largely only played on the Busoga Islands. And now, of course, the Busoga Islands are an independent country.

If you look at my roster from RUWC 26, it can clearly be seen that it was established before the establishment of the Islands as an independent nation, and established ICly. Their independence is mentioned in quite a few places.

Down the hallway and to the left. On a more serious note, as the title of this thread would indicate, this is the signup thread. Signups are posted in the... signup thread. Unless you say otherwise, I'll take your question as an expression of interest in participating and include you as having signed-up.

I would also like to ask to inherit the rank & records of Banija, similar to how I did so for cricket.

There are no objections on my part, although anyone else is free to voice an objection if they have one. Prospective hosts should take note of this and make sure the rank is transferred and applied appropriately.
