My Advice is Fix (or Edit) your Campus Establishment Application, and Rename the Contracting/Construction Company to Our Affiliated Contracting/Construction Companies.

According to our Affiliated Contracting Company, Pinewood Builders, That Medan Putera Campus is only had 4-6 Floors Total and Bandar Raja Campus will had 9 Floors in Total and to be Completed after the Holy Week (April 5).

The Reason why we Rejected you is You had a Campus Already and Your Contractor is Department of Education in a Another Campus Project, However, You Couldn't Re-Submit your Application because You had Campus in Ongoing Construction. There is no Advice About this, But you can Wait until the Campus was Done!
