Well, for one, Italy should've had better infrastructure, and properly military training. Their army was pretty weak in WWII to the point they had trouble with their own invasion of France in 1940.

And Hitler didn't invade Russia in the winter. Barbarossa started in June.

Honestly, they were pretty much done after Sealion turned into a damp squib. And it's debatable if that would have even have had a chance at succeeding anyway.

My opinion is that they couldnt win as nazis. If they were a different ideology they could used the Slavs in the western Soviet Union to their advantage.

Copying Napoleon and not allotting enough time was a dumb move. Napoleon got beaten even when Russia’s military was outdated and weak. The Soviets grew stronger from previous years.

Well, if you look at the economic, and political background of Germany at the time, the Nazis had a pretty good chance at winning over German sympathy because of their anger towards the former allies for being so harsh with them over Versailles

You defeat a superior enemy by denying them battle, so denying them war is a guaranteed win.

In addition to not invading Soviet Russia, getting the assistance of the Spanish would have helped immensely, especially early in the war. At attack on Gibraltar and cutting off British maritime access to the Mediterranean would have given the Germans a much easier time subduing the likes of Cyprus, Malta and Northern Africa. In the end however I don't see anyway the Axis could have won the war, even if they had acquired nukes (they're only helpful if you have some way to get them to their target, the German's would have had to cross an entire ocean, while the American's would have only had to cross the English Channel).
