"I will agree to the terms of Kashmir, and the Creek Crisis. But about this alliance.... We are not socialist. We would like to have a mutual defense pact with you, but not the Comintern, as it would lead to the relations with the West to be abolished. The Anti-China issue.... we will stand with you on that." Azad said.

"Well, then Mr.PM we bid adieu, for we have to move to Afghanistan. As we know Afghan is a Communist-influenced nation we hope that they would join the Comintern. We respect your choice. We would like to pass through Peshawar, do you authorize our visit to Pashtun people of Pakistan? And before we leave, can we sign a mutual defence pact."
Mr Prasad, Pakistan has agreed to all of out terms except that of the Comintern. We are asking permission to move to Afghanistan. How is Moscow going for Nehru?

Moscow, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

Joseph Stalin agreed with the Chairman's thoughts. First the coup in the Soviet aligned Mongolia, a bombing in Berlin blamed on the Soviets, and now the British plane shot down within miles of the 38th parallel. "It does seen that the West are provoking us, instead of speaking to us. But there's not much to expect from the same people who allowed the Third Reich to continue existing." Stalin thought about the proposal for a second but quickly accepted it. We have a deal," he replied. The addition of Hokaido appeared to be a good thing to accept.

A group of KGB officers escorted Nehru to the building where the conference was to take place. Stalin ordered the KGB near him to also escort Secretary Okubo and himself to the KSB building. The Red Army was putting on an ostentatious display for the three leaders, with parades and music playing loudly. There was also large portraits of the three men hanging everywhere you could look.

United Nations, Soviet Ambassadors

Chairman Shvernik and his deputy arrived at the conference rather late, and after seeing the heated argument between the ambassadors, the deputy whispered "This looks rather tense, Chairman."

"What else did you expect?" Shvernik replied, raising his eyebrows. He adjusted his suit and promptly walked into the room. My apologies for our late arrival. We we're busy conducting defense drills in the USSR to avoid an attack by you capitalists, which I know you want to instigate so desperately."

The deputy gave Shvernik a sidewards glance, a signal to take it easy. Stalin instructed them not to antagonize the West any more then necessary, but it seems the Chairman disregarded that statement. A rather bold thing to do, especially with the current political climate in the Soviet Union. The deputy spoke up. Excuse the chairman. Despite our strained relationships, I believe a compromise can be made here, but that won't happen if we're too busy screaming at one another across this stage." The deputy sat down along with Shvernik, and handed him several documents. Shvernik adjusted his glasses and reread it for the umpteenth time. "We stand by our Japanese and North Korean allies, and will not allow you imperialists to continue your smear campaign against us. Let us read the facts, shall we?

The deputy smirked after Shvernik's statement. As if on cue with the Japanese ambassador, they were going to read out the intelligence gathering done during Operation Barbarossa and the Red Army's advance into Nazi Germany. The chairman continued, "The fact that you Americans would rather have the Nazi remnants in power instead of an, well I know... REFORMED government, really shows your true colors. Now as I'm sure you already know, the Nazi "protection squad", or SS as you began to call it, has committed what can only he described as crimes against humanity. We have seen first hand the crimes those Nazis did to us. He had up photos of the victims of the Holocaust, both Jewish and Russian aligned. "You know that it was us, the Soviet Union, that bore the brunt of the Werhmact's rath. We were the ones who lost millions fighting a war while you Western "powers" stayed away from major confrontations. You also know of the prison camps we found and have documented. What I just want to know is this: Why was a premature peace treaty signed without our knowledge or consent, even though this affected us more? Why couldn't you have just gone with the unconditional surrender, which you all wanted before the end of the war?"

The Chinese have been intentionally provoking us. The coup in Mongolia is a prime example. And while we're on the topic, why aren't you westerners reprimanding China for their violation of the charter? Chapter Seven of the United Nations charter? This was a violation of international law, and we demand an appropriate response."

"We also would like to see if India can attain permanent member status. Or are you all going to be against this only because they're communist?

"China opposes any attempt to make India a permanent member of the U.N Security Council. My country only supported the coup in Mongolia, it was military officers in the Mongolian military that executed the coup. It happen because they were tired of their government being a puppet to the Soviets. Mongolia will be a independent country free from communist influence." Ambassador Su Li announces to her fellow Council members.

From : Maurice Thorez, Marseille, France.
To : Wilsheeve Stalin, Madrid, Spain ; Joseph Stalin, Moscow, USSR ; Jawharlal Nehru, Nes Delhi, India ; Secretary Okubo, Tokyo, Japan.

Dear Comrades,

What China has done in Mongolia, Indochina and Okinawa is innacceptable. We shall act if the west does not punish Chinese acts.
However, I do not want any world war to occur.
I heard about capitalists winning elections in the Filipinos. I'm pretty sure there's Chinese ingerence. Filipinos have communists rebellions in the south. Well, how about we support them? We could send some money, weapons or troops to make communists brothers win.
I'll wait for your opinion before any action.
Greetings from Marseille,
Comrade Thorez.

Soviet Union, Moscow

Secretary Okubo was more than happy to take part in such parades - even if the People' Republic of Japan was more moderate than Stalin - they were more than willing to listen to his advise or warnings. Seeing, as despite Japan having managed to become a communist state, reform their economy, rebuild their infrastructure, economy and armed forces - they were still vunerable to the same issues that had plagued the old Imperial Japan. Namely a decent ground army and a lack of mineral resources.

Most of that had been solved by getting their raw mineral resources from the USSR, a thing that had been frozen due to the actions of Imperial Cabinet in the earlier moments of the 20th Century. While the Red Army would handle any land invasions that might come up. Thus, in a way - Japan needed Stalin, in a bit more sense than in reverse. As while the Japanese Pacific Fleet had been rebuilt and had taken some very crucial and painful lessons from the fighting against the Americans - while the home island remained untouched and couldn't be invaded, due to the zeal of the people remaining although having been shifted from piety to the Emperor to piety to the Socialist Ideology - it wasn't strong enough to completely dominate China alone anymore.

As they took part in the parade, yet also exchanged some words. "The warlord, Chiang Kai-Shek isn't wasting time, attempting to re-assert dominance over China. I feel, he might overextend himself and give us an opening - there are some of Comrade Mao' former brethren remaining in the countryside. Perhaps the KGB could supply and cause some issues to his 'enlightened rule'?"

UN Headquarters, New York

The woman from Japan grinned at Ambassador Su Li - having caught the woman like a mouse in a rat-trap. "So you admit it honestly, to everyone and the world - that the Republic of China, honestly and deliberately instigated a destabilization of the region of Mongolia?" she stated, words told by the woman herself.

"I vote for China to be stripped of it's role and status as a member of the United Nations Security Council - seeing as they are not upholding their charge of 'maintaining international peace and security' in the world. They have openly admitted, they supplied hostile actors - whom had overthrown the government, who had been in place since 1924. Let we remind the people, until that point Mongolia had been an underdeveloped, stagnant economy based on nomadic animal husbandry. Farming and industry were almost nonexistent; transportation and communications were primitive; banking, services, and trade were almost exclusively in the hands of the Chinese."

"It had been Comrade Stalin himself, who took the country and helped build it up into the structure it had now. Plus, it was agreed upon by your leader Chiang Kai-Shek in 1945 as the representative of the Republic of China's recognition of Outer Mongolia's independence..." she spoke, citing documents that Chiang himself had signed. "So not only has China proven itself unwilling to abide by international standards - it has blatantly violated the UN Charter for 'sovereign independence' but also it's own national commitments as well. In a desire, to continue it's imperialistic desire to re-unite its 'lost provinces'."

"Give the People' Republic of Japan - one good reason, why we should continue this farce, that is slowly becoming similar to the League of Nations? Where members did what they desired, and nobody was being held accountable? Why should we or any other state that prescribes to the political system known as socialism even remain here?" she finished - directing the question mostly at Ambassador Austin. Since at this point - he would have to offer some concessions or resolutions - or end up looking like an international fool for supporting Fascism and not upholding the rules of the United Nations. Since why would the Communists hold back, when it was obvious the Capitalists weren't.

"Your country would have done the same thing if a Democratic government was overthrown in a communist coup. Japan has no right to tell China what it can and cannot support just as China can't tell Japan what it can or cannot support. China supports democracy because it works and will continue to work for centuries to come. Pot, meet kettle." Ambassador Su Li says in response to the Japanese Ambassador accusation

"What attacks has China launched on other countries because I see none. The only time China has deployed it's military is to help the Philippines, which asked for my country' help, put down a Communist rebellion which I suspect you are willing to back. Don't go accusing countries of attacking other countries without concrete evidence. As they say in my country and other democracies, innocent until proven guilty.Su Li responds to the French Ambassador's accusations.

"You and your Japanese friends must be insane if you think we will willingly forsake our greatest ally in East Asia over a few minor impasses. Communism is by far one of the greatest evils to ever blight the human race and they should be commended rather than condemned for doing what they can against it. It is an ideology which destroys culture, people's faith in God, and takes from those who produce to give to those who do not, creating mass poverty and famine. This is to say nothing of the hypocrisy of communist governments - especially yours - continuing the colonization of Indochina and swathes of Africa in the same manner as the Third Republic despite Marxist doctrine calling for otherwise. Of course, we are not here to speak of this. We are here to work out a solution that will prevent us all from bludgeoning each other to death. Representatives of our government and Mr. Kai-Shek had a discussion recently, and we will do all that we can to prevent our allies from carrying out such rash actions in the future. In the meantime, we ask that you hold us to standards no higher than those which you hold yourselves to. Thank you." Holmes said, sitting back down.

Windsor, United Kingdom

Today, in the town serving as the administrative centre of the British Reconstruction Authority, representatives of HM's Foreign office and the governments of Portugal and Belgium have hammered out the Treaty of Renewed Anglo-Belgo-Portuguese Friendship and Co-Operation. For the first time since 1918 the three countries have entered a special military alliance with the other, and the Royal Army is expected to open bases in both countries soon to pre-emptively protect the bastions of capitalism and tradition on Continental Europe from communist aggression. The three countries have also signed a special agreement with regards to free trade of steel and coal between the three, to both allow for British investment in both countries and further progress the reconstruction and renovation projects on the home isle. A more obscure clause of the treaty also allows for free operation of both Royal Intelligence and the Royal Mounted Police within the borders of both Portugal and Belgium to aid local security forces in weeding out leftist dissent.
