Note: When a verb can logically only be done by the sapient using/piloting/holding the object in question, then the appropriate demonym for the number of sapients is used.

Capitalism, Socialism, and Communism are ECONOMIC SYSTEMS. Stop conflating them with political systems.

I don't think there's a particular need. The two threads haven't run concurrently, and it's clear the new thread - which has a substantive new point for discussion - has replaced the old thread.

If someone does try to revive the old thread, we can simply lock it.

Regional Council-style RPs are fine in the Nationstates forum, and the OP is certainly trying to RP it as such for the region of India. Two replies not entirely grasping the concept of IC/OOC doesn't feel actionable quite yet, but is something to keep an eye on to see if it's able to recover, or if it takes a downward spiral into an RMB-worthy thread.

Given they've taken to discussing ceremonies over telegram, in combination with the rest of it, the preponderance has gone to OOC regional governance - which isn't for the forums. As such, I've locked it.
