In details, he has proposed Joint Army and Naval exercises in counter-balance to the upcoming Chinese-American Army Drills in Asia.

Thus, as Secretary of Japan - I propose we see fit to organize a joint military exercise between both our Army and Naval Forces - to counter-balance this upcoming threat. While our history has been rather bloody, due to the actions of the reactionary Imperials whom sought to annihilate your people and rich culture - we hope, to mend those wounds and come together as Comrades-in-Arms.

If you think, the time isn't right or that some wounds haven't healed - then that is fine by us. As we will honor the self-determination of the people of North Korea and will only come as invited guests and never as conquerors again. As we understood, how the Imperials had abused and tortured the people of Korea for years. In exchange, we would be more than happy to increase economic cooperation instead and improve trade between our two nations.

So much of Germany's hard earned money was being transferred into bank accounts that were already in reparations and Jews protested in favour of some kind of compensation for the action of his predecessor. "Oh Adolf, look at what you've done." He said as he buried his face in his two hands, the peer pressure from everyone was so great that not even a general like him could bear the stresses. His sulking however was interrupted by an SS officer barging in through the door, saluting and handing him a letter before instantly leaving without a word. Bringing Germany back from the ruins of war was a hard task and our Germania has not fully recovered however we as a people have bounced back with our military and economy a great deal. The Republic of China sends a stern warning to the DPRK that South Korea is to be left alone as China has guaranteed South Korea's Independence.

A new radio broadcast has shown Kim il-Sung as saying: "The bourgeois of China think they can intervene in our affairs, and to try to stop the world revolution from spreading to South Korea! Be brave comrades, the revolution will rise in China once again, even if it takes several losses! New Democracy must come to pass! Mao's dream will never die, even if he lost in China! I hope someday, the workers and peasants in China will overthrow the evil bourgeois dictatorship that is controlling the Chinese government, and may the spirit of the Revolution be with us all!"

Soon after, North Korea made preparations for war with China as well, deploying 100,000 troops to the northern border, starting with 1,000, and by every day, the North Koreans attempted to quickly increase their troop count on the border.

Chiang is going over paperwork when his intelligence chief walks into his office looking grim, "You might want to look at this sir. It has to deal with North Korea and Japan." Looking over the report for 10 minutes, Chiang says with glee, "Looks like they are afraid and I wouldn't be suprised if Stalin is shitting himself because we have allied ourselves with the Americans. I wonder if the Americans and South Koreans are willing to a combined wargames in Manchuria."

The years after the Second World War had been a rather...strange experience for the Soviet Union. They had been attacked by Nazi Germany in 1941 despite a non aggression pact, and were on the way to toppling the Nazi regime until the Allies (for reasons still unclear to Stalin) accepted a surrender agreement that seemed more favorable to the Germans than to Russia. The Soviet Union literally lost millions fighting a war, only to be blindsided by a western cop out in the final days as total victory was within grasp. Since then, Stalin kept Soviet troops in the already occupied zones and formed pro Soviet communist governments to countries east of German and north of Greece. Stalin never did completely trust the new German government that had not been purged of Nazis, or the West for not even letting him know of their intentions. Relations between the USSR and the west completely broke down afterwards, and Stalin focused on the far east. The Red Army blitzed what remained of the Japanese army on mainland Asia, especially Korea. But Stalin was once again shocked by the US' use of two atomic bombs on Japan. He decided to speed up nuclear research and assisted the People's Republic of Japan in their rebuilding. The US and USSR agreed to split the Korean peninsula on the 38th parallel. With China falling to the capitalists, Stalin felt compelled to create a communist regime in the Soviet occupied zone of Korea. But now, tensions were even higher. The USSR tested an atomic bomb in 1949, ending the American monopoly on nuclear weapons, although it had the effect of creating the possibility for a third world war. Stalin knew this, and was hesitant to push the West any further than he had to, due to the fact that the USSR was still recovering from world war two. And because of this, Stalin warned the North Korean government of early military action.

The Soviet Union is aware of the growing tensions in Asia. However, the capitalist sympathizing Chinese will be a major threat, and any action against South Korea will be met with Chinese intervention. Our intelligence agencies have detected a large number of Chinese troops on the border of your nation, and we cannot in good faith support an invasion of the South just yet when you are threatened. The Soviet Union will send troops to North Korea and will have our navy stationed in the Sea of Japan. If everything else fails, then we have our final option; the atomic bomb. This may deter China from intervening but the United States may not back down. As a result, we would like to schedule a conference with representatives from North Korea, Japan, and the Soviet Union. This conference will be a signal of our cooperation and will establish a formal alliance in the far east.

The increasing number of Chinese forces on the North Korean border is incredibly worrying to the Soviet Union. North Korean independence is fully guaranteed by the USSR, and any action against them will be met with an equal response on our end. I'm sure China, after fighting a brutal civil war, would like to avoid another war on Chinese soil. We will continue to support North Korea, and don't forget that the USSR is the world's only super power along with the United States with nuclear weapons.

Following the three telegrams sent to the nations that most concerned Stalin at the moment, the Soviet Union began making moves in the Sea of Japan and the border with China. Thousands of troops that were not stationed in the Eastern Bloc are now knocking at China's doorstep, and the navy began patrolling the seas between the Korean Peninsula and the People's Republic of Japan. Aircraft carries armed with strategic bombers and a few hundred cruisers and battleships were near Japan. Stalin had not hoped for a war this soon, but he wasn't backing down now.

It was a great moment in North Korea as the PRA had come to meet with their counterparts in the first ever Asian Cooperation and Support Games.

As a gesture of good will and faith, the delegates from Japan had brought along a special gift. Namely the Chrysanthemum Throne itself, that had been removed from the Imperial Palace - now the People's Assembly.

Namely, a symbol of oppression - now it would be the first target to be demolished as a show of solidarity and cooperation between the two former enemies.

As Kim Il-Sung was granted the honor of firing the first artillery shell at what had once been the symbol of Korean oppression. Now he had the great privilege of enacting symboling justice upon the old burgeoise symbol of Imperialism.
