APALLED at its utter hypocrisy in saying it is opposed to authoritarianism and fascism, yet itself being highly authoritarian and opressive,

Hereby condemns Pacifica Founder.

You're probably going to have to add more examples of misconduct than that. Also, the region's WFE appears to say "the only free, democratic, and non-authoritarian Pacifica in NationStates!" which is different than saying that they're the only democratic region.
