OOC: The wording makes some of the clauses incomprehensible, and also you duplicate (and at a quick look, contradict) several existing resolutions. I suggest you search the Passed Resolutions thread with all the necessary keywords to find the resolutions.

I have no idea what this means.
While she had no regrets about throwing the lever to douse her husband's mistress in molten gold, Blanche did feel a pang of conscience for the innocent bystanders whose proximity had caused them to suffer gilt by association.

So this legislation applies only to people meet the following criteria
A) were drafted or conscripted into compulsory military service
B) completed only a single year of said service
C) are in a foreign land.

Elyreian citizens are conscripted for 4 years. How do you manage that?

Appears covered by GAR #201 "Habeas Corpus", specifically "DEMANDS that detention shall neither be arbitrary nor shall continue if deemed illegal" I also believe GAR #37 "Fairness in Criminal Trials" and GAR #229 "Access to Courts" cover proving detainee guilt and innocence.

ChoenStan wrote:(B)a 1 The right to remain silent - the right to remain silent during interrogation and not to cooperate However, the interrogators will also have the right to exercise diplomatic tools to break the right to remain silent

Appears covered by WAR #37 "Fairness in Criminal Trials", "INSISTS that the accused and their representative be permitted to confer in private as regards the facts and presentation of the case, and that no part of such a conference may be revealed to any third party without the explicit permission of the accused"

If you mean passing of the current legislation your are proposing, that is covered in GAR #2 "Rights and Duties of WA States".
If you mean that WA states must adhere to the law in and of itself, also covered in the above and GAR #374 "The Rule of Law".

You're requesting that a citizen who has completed compulsory military service to no longer be allowed to serve in a military conflict? Or stating that the detained citizen cannot be forced to serve the nation that has detained them? Because that'll be covered by all of the above AND WAR #18 "The Prisoners of War Accord" I believe.

Elyreia stands in opposition of this completely senseless and redundant legislation that provides nothing that isn't already covered elsewhere, better.

"Yes, he argues the bill is useless because existing legislation already covers everything you're attempting to do in this bill, and does it better."

OOC:
Regardless of that, this bill would need extensive work to get it into a remotely passable shape. I understand that English probably isn't your native language. However, NS is english-based.
Proposals need to have at least a basic grammatical structure. And while I wish you luck with the improvement of your proposals. This is not the proposal for it.

OOC: If this is ever going to see the light of day then it needs some substantial editing, as in its current state it would likely fall foul of the comprehensible English rule. I can see...something...in it, but a lot of the precise meaning is lost at the moment.

OOC:I would have an opinion on this if I could read it. I’m guessing that an ample portion of this is illegal though.
