On behalf of Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Yekaterina I of the Imperial Federation of Retiva, and Her Most Honoured Government, the Imperial Foreign Ministry wishes to express its interest in establishing an embassy in the Ancient Empire of Kylarnatia in order to expand the diplomatic network of the Imperial Federation across the world. As the world continues to stumble forward, every nation will need friends in dark times, and these dark days are never quite beyond the horizon.

This missive bears to you the message of our Rt. Honourable Minister of Foreign and Maredoratica Affairs, Mme Renée Lépicier. In the light of recent events in the country, need to exchange diplomatic missions with select nations has arouse. Her Majesty's Government wishes to send a full fledged diplomatic mission to Kylarnatiae comprising 2 security staff, 8 diplomatic staff and 1 service staff with the aim of corroborating bilateral ties and representing the monarchy in the aforementioned sovereign state.

By the power vested in me, I appoint M. Anton St-Pierre as the head of the soon to be formed Mizia diplomatic mission to Kylarnatiae who shall henceforth be referred to as Ambassador Rt.
