Welcome Back to the Dawn of Champions Tournament, televised by the Cosmic Entertainment Company. We do seriously apologize for the technical difficulties of the last tournament, which caused our fighters to be trapped inside the factory dimension forever, however this time thanks to our rescue team saving those poor lads from dying from age in a toasty dimension they will rebooted back to the start of a brand new battle royale to win a mysterious prize that shall crown them, the Battle Emperor, the greatest warrior that has ever lived throughout the entire multiverse! Our new dimension shall be Chucksville, an almost endless city that puts the floating gardens of Babylon to shame! By its colonial architectural beauty and of course, the biodiversity of various flowers and other plants from around the omniverse! We hope to see you, gladiator from nowhere, join the fight soon and become the most feared and revered gladiator alive!

1. Your Challenger cannot be too OP. The main idea of this is a fair and enjoyable experience, not your all-encompassing God Of Death coming down and obliterating all of the other Challengers.
2. If you apply, stick to it! Don't chicken out or leave us on read-this'll be fun!
3. Don't be a sore loser. When and if your Character dies, don't get upset. You have an extremely low chance at winning this. Your Challenger is going to die sooner or later.
4. No Camping. If you just chill on some secluded rooftop and have a snack, you're not going to win. Even if you're the last Alive, you didn't fight for it. We have recognized the right for long-range to freely blow the brains out of their opponents from far distances.
5. Magic, non-OP Superpowers, and advanced Tech is absolutely allowed. However, you need to keep in mind we could have contestants from the Roman Times. Be fair.
6. No Scanning or Tracking. You must go dark for this challenge. And, knowing where everyone is ruins the fun.
7. Be Original! Boring Characters make for boring game play. Get wild with you Challenger!
8. The most important of all, have fun!
9. You can retcon your characters from the Old RP, which was experiencing technical difficulties.

Personality: Soft spoken cowhand

Bio: Daniel Clay was born in 1848 in the small settlement of Orange Creek, about 100 miles north west of Grand Basin The Chuck. For most of his life he was a farmer and cattle driver. In the 80s he was deputized in Orange Creek but continued to drive cattle and grow crops until one day in 1897 when he stumbled across a weird rift in the air while driving a herd of cattle towards Grand Basin. When he rode his horse on over to investigate it he touched it and was sucked through a wormhole/rift to places across the multiverse. Through his inter-dimensional travels, he continues to look for a way back in his own time period and in his correct country. Along the way he has seen many new things that he previously couldn't comprehend and when he heard about a grand battle he figured that maybe as a prize for winning he might be able to return to his own time period and universe. As such he saddled up Bonnie and signed up for the fight.

Erika doesn't fare too well in close combat. Furthermore, she is terrified of artillery, so if you have a light mortar or even rifle grenades, she might freeze or break for it.

I'll just compare it to Astre.

Rachel: She's roughly half of Astre's speed for strangely enormous strength and durability which allows her to withstand cannonballs (still hurts like a bitch)

Pascal: He's about 3-quarters of Astre's speed and strength, but more durable (Low-caliber bullets can't inflict lethal wounds, but can cause bleeding)

Lysander: He's Rachel's speed and has physical strength about twice as strong as an average bodybuilder. As for durability, he is twice as durable as an average human.
Lysander's Puppets: Made of metal, they require anti-material weaponry to pierce though their joints are somewhat fragile. For speed and strength, they are about equivalent to Lysander.

Drawbacks & Limitations: Mentioned above.

Weaknesses: Mentioned above.

Equipment and weapons:
All are wearing the following armor: Pauldrons, forearm and back-of-hand plating, knee pads, and boot plating on front of leg, and a light breastplate. Rachel, however, instead wears full gauntlets, full greave metal boots, and a heavy cuirass like a conquistador's. Rachel also has a pickelhaube. Regardless, their armor is as resistant to bullets as modern bulletproof equipment.

Rachel: Wields a zweihander blade with a secondary hilt, and has a pair of flintlock pistols.

Names World Video Boxing League (WVBL

Number of teammates 13 (Glass Joe, Von Kaiser, Disco Kid, King Hippo, Piston Hondo, Bear Hugger, Great Tiger, Don Flamenco, Aran Ryan, Soda Popinski, Bald Bull, Super Macho Man, Mr. Sandman)

Powers: General: Enhanced reaction timing and also incredibly durable. As in bullets will have only some effect on them. Melee attacks, though, will do the trick greatly.

Glass Joe: He's incredibly easy to take down and has an extremely slopping boxing style. Like, he's lost 99 times and only had one win, probably against a man with no arms and legs, and he barely got out of that one. Just watch his protective boxing helmet, though, it's about as tough as a modern US army kevlar helmet.

Von Kaiser: Always on alert, the guy had military experience and used to train boxing in a military academy. He's got a good boxing technique and an enhanced reaction time, but you could still lay a few good hits on him. Fairly durable.

Disco Kid: Flexible and agile, this guy also has a wonderous fighting capacity, with a good amount of strength akin to a bodybuilder, but his technique relies on him being flashy and often incorporates dancing, which can leave him exposed to many good hits.

King Hippo: Extremely strong and hard-hitting, he is a gargantuan hulk of a man, at least 7 feet tall, and can punch as hard as a gorilla.

Piston Hondo: Fast enough to catch up to a bullet train, and probably has toned his arms to be as fast as well. Be careful you don't get ORA'd.

Bear Hugger: Big eater, can heal himself by drinking from his jug of maple syrup, has strength akin to that of an adult male grizzly bear. He can also talk to animals.

Great Tiger: Uses illusion, teleportation, levitation, telepathic and invisibility magic (The invisibility is only temporary, for up to five seconds). Also can transform his gloves and hands into balls of fire when he's 'ready'.

Don Flamenco: Uses uppercuts to take down charging bulls and also is incredibly charismatic. Has a technique that resembles that of a bullfighter mixed with a boxer, allowing him to be quick and also artful at dodging.

Aran Ryan: Likes to play dirty in his fighting technique, meaning he will utilise headbutts, shoulder bashes and even roundhouse kicks. Carries horseshoes in his boxing gloves, and also what would be a flail made of a concrete-filled glove tied to a rope. He's also a masochist, so pain won't phase him.

Soda Popinski: Think Ivan Drago on steroids, but along with those those steroids are six bottles of soda pop that can enhance his speed and strength, and can also heal him. That'd be Soda Popinski.

Bald Bull: Has literally the strength, durability and anger of a full-grown bull, believe it or not. Also has the same masochistic persona as Aran.

Super Macho Man: Has the build of quite possibly one of the world's most bulkiest bodybuilders, and also the ego of one too. Fights more professionally than the others, in a manner, but his ego and charisma can sometimes get the best of him.

Mr. Sandman: One of the toughest men in play. Has a punch so powerful it can level a concrete building, and also a non-gimmicky fighting style. Going up against him in close combat is suicide unless your name is Batman or someone stronger.


Drawbacks & Limitations:
General: They have no way of engaging in ranged combat, and have no defense against magic sans maybe Great Tiger, and also don't really work as a team, but rather a group of fighters against each others. The mercenaries possess peak, if not superhuman capabilities with most of their weapons being in the Wall-Small Building level range, to the point where the Soldier and Demoman can use their own explosive to propel themselves. Heavy and Soldier often have the greatest strength in them. Scout is also given standard super speed, making Usain Bolt look like a snail. The mercenaries sans Medic have immunity to Soul Manipulation, due to the Medic surgically implanting the mercenaries' souls into themselves

Drawbacks & Limitations: While they may have reduced harm from rockets and bullets, usually blades and magic will still hurt them.

Weaknesses: The mercenaries, while based in a team, usually cannot co-operate as one, and sometimes like to hog the glory for themselves. They are also usually either idiotic, insane or bloodthirsty.

Heavy often has nightmares about dying in battle, but quickly laughs them off as 'noone can kill Heavy'.
Demoman often drinks because he doesn't want to face the massive withdrawal that occurs from drinking for decades on end. His liver is quite possibly the strongest in the multiverse.
Scout is said to 'hate doctors', and also according to rumors from Spy, that 'rainbows make him cry'.

Skills: Demoman is known to be an expert in crafting and working with explosives despite his constant drunkenness, the Engineer is a mastermind in creating machinery and gadgets as well as good on the banjo, the Medic can work as a doctor if he ever decides to bring his morals back, Heavy has a PhD in Russian Literature, Sniper can skillfully play the saxophone and the didgeridoo and Spy is wonderful at couples dancing

King Hippo: Extremely strong and hard-hitting, he is a gargantuan hulk of a man, at least 7 feet tall, and can punch as hard as a gorilla.

Piston Hondo: Fast enough to catch up to a bullet train, and probably has toned his arms to be as fast as well. Be careful you don't get ORA'd.

Bear Hugger: Big eater, can heal himself by drinking from his jug of maple syrup, has strength akin to that of an adult male grizzly bear. He can also talk to animals.

Great Tiger: Uses illusion, teleportation, levitation, telepathic and invisibility magic (The invisibility is only temporary, for up to five seconds). Also can transform his gloves and hands into balls of fire when he's 'ready'.

Don Flamenco: Uses uppercuts to take down charging bulls and also is incredibly charismatic. Has a technique that resembles that of a bullfighter mixed with a boxer, allowing him to be quick and also artful at dodging.

Aran Ryan: Likes to play dirty in his fighting technique, meaning he will utilise headbutts, shoulder bashes and even roundhouse kicks. Carries horseshoes in his boxing gloves, and also what would be a flail made of a concrete-filled glove tied to a rope. He's also a masochist, so pain won't phase him.

Soda Popinski: Think Ivan Drago on steroids, but along with those those steroids are six bottles of soda pop that can enhance his speed and strength, and can also heal him. That'd be Soda Popinski.

(Magic is from The Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim)
Becasue of the nature of political ascension in Skyhooked with it's serie of clannenges, all five concul members have almost peak abilities and skill in combat and ability to wield almost any weapon. (Much faster, stronger and smarter than a regular human) Beside that, each member has his own set of powers.

Stan Dixon: He is one of the best gunslingers in Skyhooked, which makes him extremely fast with guns. Also can cast spells of destruction and conjuration. He is able to cast this: Frostbite, Ice Spike, conjure Flame atronach. (Flame atronach is pretty weak and can be easily killed, but still can be a distraction)

Casey James: He is pretty strong and fast and possesses cat like reflexes. Also knows some spells: Flame, Firebolt, Fireball, Mora's Boon.(Fully restores health, mana and stamina)

John Walker AI: His robotic body can't get tired and feel pain, and is much more durable than organic one. He also has an improved processor, which can keep him focused on many events. Also, he has an array of sensors and modes such as: Regular vision, infravision and echolocation (See invisible enemies). And he has a hacking module, which allows him to hack enemy electronics and control them from a distance.

Bjorn of Steel: A tough viking and an immortal veteran of countless wars and fights, he possesses combat skills far beyond even most well trained human fighters, and can take blows, which kill ordinary people. Also, he can enter berserk trance, which increases his strength, speed and stamina. Also, he can't feel pain in that state.

First Leader Seth: Harsh life under the tyrannical regime and need to face insane odds during the revolution have hardened him both physically and metnally. He feels only half of the pain, and also knows how to inspire his comrades.

Drawbacks & Limitations:

Stan Dixon and Casey James both need mana to cast spells. The stronger spell, the more mana it consumes. Mora's Boon doesn't need mana, but can be cast only once a day. (Tournament won't last more than a day, right?)

John Walker AI is a robot, so EMP grenade or something else, which is meant to be used agaisnt robots, can damage or destroy him. Also can be hacked, although, in that case, he will shut down at the last moment. Also, on his "death", his reactor will explode.

Bjorn of Steel can and will go berserk should the need arise, and will automatically go berserk on the verge of death, however, in this state, he is almost uncontrollable (still won't attack his comrades) and won't retreat no matter what. Also, it's not for long, and when his battle trance is out, he will become severely exhausted.

Weaknesses: (If applicable)

Stan Dixon's liver, which soaked up lots of alcohol is a spot, where hit will get really ugly.

Casey James can be easily distracted, or not pay enough attention to surroundings.

John Walker AI: If he takes damage to circuits or wires, he will have to reroute, which will take part of his processing power or time. Multiple damages may clogg his robo brain completely.

First Leader Seth: He has a few old wounds, which will cause him extreme pain, if he gets hit in those spots.

Stan Dixon: .357 Revolver (Alien Isolation), Winchester rifle 357 magnum, bowie knife, bulletproof vest, two dynamite bundles.
Casey James: UZI SMG, Golden Desert eagle, sledgehammer.

Bjorn of Steel: Tempered, rich, engraved viking sword, hatchet, shotgun, steel armor, bear pelt.
First Leader Seth: 7.62 Custom made assault rifle, which shoots bursts of 3 bullets, molotow cocktails.

All council members possess good skills in many different and varied areas, due to meritocratic polcies of challenges. They also know five most prominent languages on the Enthorean (Main) Island in Skyhooked. Languages are: English, Spanish, Russian, French, Danish.

Stan Dixon also knows some chemistry, as he was a moonshiner before he came to power.

Casey James knows alot about theology, as he was taught by the Refreshment Cult best theurgists and scholars, alos knows alot about science too.

John Walker AI knows almost all languages and can do even most advanced calculations perfectly due to... well... being an AI.

Bjorn of Steel is not only a brute warrior. During his long, long life, he also tried himself in many fields and earned a few grades in different subjects and sciences. (No, despite his life he is not a good historian... he confuses many dates and events, well... because he was hit in a head too much. His intellignece is still pretty nice and high though.)

First Leader Seth: Despite his education being pretty informal and fragmented. (Old regime didn't promote literacy.), he still managed to know alot about diplomacy and such.

Powers: Hallucination: the ability to vanish or just create a false form.
(To make this less OP than it sounds there's a 8 post limit cooldown by that I mean my posts not others)

Last stand: pretty much Deaths reason for being an actual skeleton meaning they can be worked down to the bone and still maintain life to some extent.
Drawbacks & Limitations:Their equipment is possible to break.

It only takes one clip to deal with the dark hand, laser based rounds will pass right through.

And the hallucination cloak wears off if close.
Weaknesses: Normal human weaknesses
Equipment and weapons:
Both are carrying a tool as most Lowbloodians call a darkhand, practically a force shield the size of a buckler.
It is also used as a life drain if contacted to someone's skin.

Oni: A Metal set of special Lightweight armor, and Twin greatswords AKA Jaws of death

Low: He's wearing a mid weighted set of armor reminiscent of what his old knights used.
And his weapon is a scythe, the one Death used to be exact. (And no it doesn't one hit.)
Death:Using a super lightweight set of just his regular outfit, also using his sythe but a gold version.


Personal Information


Country:Both from Lowblood

Personalities:Oni:Close up and chaotic when fighting but calm and collected over all.

Low:Cold and bitter

Bios: Both have served as King of Corpses. Proving to be deadly in battle.
They are simply here to have fun.

Low and Death are actually using a body that is not of his own rather working as a host over a puppet of a willing servant.

Extras


Fears/Phobias:Nothing really important. Anxiety if any.
Skills: Oni is stealthy and often times uses his knowledge as a former assassin in battle but is visibly changed when it comes to his fighting style.

Low&Death: is a bit of a well balanced allrounder. He attacks in a flow that is similar to the way one dances. A deadly combo when Death is in proximity.


Theme:Any darksouls boss theme, just any. Or any song from carpenterburt thatll work just as well.
