Let me be clear that I am not looking to go to war with Nari but will do what I must to secure the border of this country from scum like the ISN" after interviewing locals the majority opinion is that while they might not exactly like the Osaks it is much better than being under control of the ISN. BARKADIAN PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Gabriel Holub, True Pine, has formulated an extremely ambitious plan to not only reconstruct Corticis, but to make it the grandest city in all of Sverna. The Council building, destroyed completely in the explosion caused by Firdeck and his desperate group of cowardly traitors, is to be replaced by something far grander. A modified model of the proposed structure at the world fair will be used. The structure will be more modern compared to the old one, which had aesthetics 50 years outdated. It will stand 15 stories tall, in the same exact spot as the old building. A memorial to the old government structure will stand outside, so that the memory of the old building isn't lost to the older generations. Other plans for the city include improved public transportation, such as increased number of bus routes and underground railway systems, hopefully covering the whole city. Sufficiency in food and electricity are also planned, but it is doubtful that said goals are achievable in the near future, without incredible amounts of spending and research.

Kolonian relations

Kolonia being back is not a good sign for the Barkadian nation or even things as far as global stability. Military deescalation planned by the previous government, as with other civilian plans that would benefit the entire globe, must either be stopped or slowed, in order to focus on military defense of our nation. The Barkadian public is more disappointed instead of mad. Most had expected for the North to thaw, and become a more peaceful environment for the hundreds of millions of citizens. But Barkadia must return to the military path. Funding or membership will not be cut further, and spending will be examined to see if a higher budget is once again viable. Gun legislation in Eastern Barkadia might become looser, in order to help deter Kolonian invasion further. Only the future knows what will result of our re-escalation.

Late at night, a car with two Barkadian soldiers inside pulls to the side of a road parallel to a beach, covered in a thin blanket of snow. A man in casual clothing, except for the pistol holster and rifle slung over his shoulder, stands next to two bodies, wet and starting to decay.

"Excuse me, sir. You're that Stolska CP guy that needed some soldiers."

"Yes, I am the one." He sniffles. "Normally, us CP people can handle washed up bodies, but, these aren't bodies. Look at the uniforms they are wearing."

One of the soldiers glances at the shoulder patch. It's a Chikaran patch, soggy like the uniform it's on.

"The hell?"

"Right? Why would Chikaran soldiers wash up on our beaches? They're tied up together, too. Take a look at both of their heads too, in the back."

Both soldiers flip the bodies around to be on their stomachs, and discover two holes in the back of their heads, with dried blood inside.

"These bodies were dumped. Write that down. Whatever happened, Chikara or whoever, executed and then dumped these soldiers into the Meridan Sea."

One soldier pulls out his phone and types into a document.

"We're gonna definitely need someone to do an autopsy, too. I would assume that this isn't the only trauma inflicted on the soldiers."

The CP pulls out a dab pen and takes a hit.

"Grass, right now?"

"Look, I didn't necessarily choose graveyard shift when it was supposed to be -15 out as well. I also have the experience of seeing decaying foreign soldiers. I can take a hit or two."

"Whatever, dude."

"Alright, let's get the bodies into the truck, and take them to the hospital. CP, come with us and help out. We need to get autopsy results."

The soldiers and the CP load the body and drive off into the city.

Stolska Command, 4 and a half weeks ago

The same two soldiers from last night stand in front of the commander of the local forces, debriefing her on the discoveries found yesterday.

"So, soldiers, what's so particular about this again?"

"Ma'am, these bodies are ones that belong to Chikaran soldiers. They were tied together, washed up on the beach."

"And they were executed too, not just drowned or shot randomly." The other soldier adds.

"We got an autopsy at the hospital. Two bullet holes in the back of the head, caused by 9mm rounds fired at point blank from the back."

"The soldiers also had internal damage, caused most likely by intentional harm, tortured probably. Specific bones broken on both of them. Bruising under the eyes and teeth missing too."

"Who would've done this? And how did Chikarans from Timbera get here?"

"We don't know that, ma'am. I think we might have to alert higher powers to this, too."

"The Barkadian Intelligence Command?"

"Probably. Thank you for this information, gentlemen. You are dismissed."

The two soldiers walk out of the room. The commander picks up the phone and dials the BIC.

A sunny mid-afternoon day, the intersection Mid St & Roding Rd. The calm traffic on the roads of the capital city of Nari, Neran, as well as housing the Serrian ambassador in the Embassy in a gated area on the North-West section from the intersection. Nearing lunchtime is a car speeding up Mid St's sidewalks and pavement towards Roding, the lights turn red yet the vehicle continues driving. witnesses of the incident sited that the driver yelled out ("خداوند بزرگترین است") "Allah is the greatest" repeatedly until the collision. Afterwards, the car rammed the embassy as well as detonation within the vehicle causing further damage. Within a few minutes, emergency services arrived as well as media as the incident's aftermath was recorded to the interest and horror of the audience. 14 deaths occurred (including Terrorist) of Serrian, Nari & Edusan citizens, multiple injuries including the Serrian ambassador. Fortunately, the building didn't completely collapse, preventing more casualties.

Edusa, even with the help of the Serrian state, wouldn't be able to afford such aircrafts in the current state of things. Another big factor is the advancement of the program: we have all the data, we have two prototypes and a third one in production, even if they aren't 5th gen aircrafts, way more advanced than our current D4s."

"Aren't we putting our nation's aerial sovereignty at risk by voluntarily going for aircrafts not featuring any stealth equipment ?"

"You know, when it comes to not be seen, there's two ways of doing it: being unseen by reducing your signature like most 5th gen aircrafts do or we can go the other way around and blind the enemy, that's what we are going for. One TU-95 will be sent to Qusmos. One TU-95 is will be sent to Edusa. Five TU-95s will be sent to Kerthenia. The rest of the TU-95s are still up for sale in working order.

Greetings.

Once again our nation has been attacked by violent extremists. Last week, bombs were detonated outside the peaceful Serrian embassy in Nari. At Mid Street and Roding Road in the capital city of Neran, a car bomb killed fourteen Serrian, Narese, and Edusan nationals. No major structural damage to our fortified embassy occurred, however the attack is still taken as an act of war. The Serrian Congress of Archdukes convened in an emergency meeting with the Grand Master present, as well as all the Cardinals. Under the approval of the Minister-President Sofia Moretti, the Serrian government had entered a state of war with the Islamic State of Cancodia. In these troubled times, our Lord has united our people in a quest for justice. We shall not be divided and conquered by hostile ideologies such as the ones that motivated this horrible attack. Our government as well as our people will not stand for such ruthless and disgusting violence.

Action was taken swiftly and immediately. The newly commissioned carrier, DDS Fratelli Di Serria, was quickly dispatched away from its global tour and sent to international waters near the nation of Nari. Acting on intelligence given to Serria by the wartime-only foreign intelligence service (FSIG), the leader of this violent militant group, Amir Baeshad-Aleman, was located through our brave intelligence officers, who breached their cyber communications. Cross-referencing multiple sources, a location and a time was confirmed. Multiple P.301 fighters were launched from the Fratelli di Serria, and two guided bombs were dropped on the isolated targeted compound. Based upon all data available before and after the strike, it is to our belief that no civilians or possible prisoners were killed.

According to the temporary war declaration passed and approved by Our Government, after two more weeks of surgical-precision targeted strikes against leaders of the enemy will end unless passed again. Serria does not wake to war easily, as we are a peaceful nation that does not wish conflict with all nations. The Grand Master, after the killing of Baeshad-Aleman, has requested a premature summoning of the Congresses to possibly end the conflict now, as the message has been sent.

New Vellina law follows Carabinieri precedent, requires police cars to carry "rumbler" sirens

Last year, the Congress of Archdukes mandated that all Carabinieri vehicles be updated with new, rumbler sirens to increase detection for disadvantaged people of sight or hearing as well as all others. The upgrade was predicted to cost a few million dollars, however leaks from the government have suggested that delays and manufacturing issues had led the program over-budget and off time. However, the Vellina dioceses decided that they were able to overcome the issues learned by the Carabinieri's attempted national installation. Both programs are expected to finish within the next year. The manufacturer of the rumbler sirens, VNF, did not answer our request for comment.

Seventy-four percent of Serrian citizens polled nationally stated that they liked the new sirens, and that the tactile feel was an improvement or previous sirens. Edusan infrastructure investments see action

Ever since the ratification of the post-Edusan unification constitution, Serrian companies have poured investments into the nations' war-torn infrastructure. Humanitarian efforts by SMOS already had created the ground work for more large-scale infrastructure projects. Destroyed bridges, schools, and other buildings have already begun the process towards reconstruction. Upgrades to existing infrastructure are also planned. Numerous corporations, such as Verrani, CADS, Biggoti, and others are flocking to the nation and already have plans to build large factories to employ thousands. The Joint-Economic Zone with the Eusonian government is also predicted to increase investments into the nation as its economic ties to the wealthy bordering CDN nation are strong.

Tallest Building in Cresada faces major delays

Construction has halted for the third time in Bahoya on the International Development Tower, currently contending to become the second tallest building in Serthenia after the 802 meter Alanson Spire. Previously expected to top out by summer 2019, the project may now last into 2020, with many investors becoming wary of the project's future. "When I put my money down for this, I didn't expect to wait through four years of delays." Says Luis Avarro Kerman, a member of the engineering firm VeloTech, one of the building's many investors.

When first unveiled, the then-Cresada Development Tower was a point of pride for the nation, with the President himself declaring the project "A beacon of progress, a sign to show the world that Cresada has become a first-class center of business." Since then, however, the construction has faced many delays, starting just a few months into work when the main investor and primary tenant, Cresada Development Bank, withdrew almost 40 percent of its planned offices, leaving the building without financial support, and forcing the buildings owner, CDTgroup, to perform major restructuring. Yet more delays came when a major member of the now IDTgroup, Sebastian Mateo Kerman, was arrested on charges of fraud and corruption due to his role in the disastrous launch failure of Cresadasat 2, the nation's second attempt at launching a home-built orbital rocket.



This latest delay comes once more from investors, but relates far less to Cresadian economic politics. Instead, investors have grown wary following the destruction of the Osak Sky Tower by terrorists. "I need to be certain that my people will be safe in this building before I put more money into this process." Avarro told CRTV. ITDgroup remains confident that they can get their efforts back on schedule, however. "We've commissioned a full safety review on every part of the building, and are keeping up to date on any information about the Sky Tower collapse. Our initial results are turning up very promising, and we want to assure everyone that this building will be one of the safest and strongest ever built." says an official statement from IDTgroup's website. In the meantime, progress on the tower continues, with another floor expected to be added by the end of the month.



Until the safety review is completed, and the investors decide whether or not to follow through, the tower's future remains uncertain even as it looms higher than any other building in the Bahoya skyline. Streetgoer Aura Liliana Kermana had this to say: "They can't just not finish it, right? Everyone in the city can see the building, I thought we were past this kind of thing"

Obelisk Space Gun site, 1300, February 20th, 2019

The massive gun site was buzzing with activity. The charges had been placed in their tubes, the test round was in the breech, and the general area was cleared. Cameras were set up around the perimeter, and beside them was a crowd of awaiting civilians. The Obelisk Gun stood tall over the Doxian landscape, its massive steel barrel gleaming in the afternoon sun. The bustle continued in the control room, where technicians and flight controllers alike poured over screens. Norman III von Doxia presided on a specially erected viewing platform alongside several other Doxian officials. With two minutes on the clock, Norman III sat down by Grand Minister Brady Michael. "I want you to stop it," the monarch stated bluntly.
"What? The firing? There's no reason it should! All checks have been run and-"
"You know what I mean."
"God damn it. You were always a big softie for those Cascablancans, weren't you."
"You know I have absolute power over your job. I know you have your ideals and I have mine, but there's absolutely zero purpose in your little "project." This ends here."
"But the Doxian people need more living-"
"ENOUGH. I don't care about your arguments. Gentrify them. Weaken them. I don't care. Just don't perform an act so horribly antagonistic for such a minor gain. Drop all of this, and I may see that you keep your job."
"Fine."
They refocused their attention on Obelisk, with the final 15 seconds counting down. At T+0, a roar consumed the plateau, as the multi-charge system accelerated the test projectile to a massive speed. Cheers erupted across the landscape, as the engineers and controllers in the control room let out a sigh of relief. As the projectile rose into the high atmosphere, so did Doxian ambitions and power.

Overall
On January 28, 2019, the Ketorian army was ordered to reinforce Exter Army Base in order to fight off the ISC troops that were marching towards the base. In order to defend the base, generals in the Ketorian Armed Forces advised for our highly trained veterans from the previous civil war to reinforce the army base. Sadly, only a few days after the highly experienced soldiers arrived, the army base fell to ISC forces. This was due to the troops in the army base receiving low supply, since they were quickly encircled. After the failure of the Exter Army Base and the losses of our best troops to the rebels, the ISC started rapidly gaining land. Now, they have reached one of Ketorias economic hubs - the port city of Weekapaug. The city is located on the very northern point of the Weekapaug peninsula. If this economic hub falls into the hands of the ISC, a complete collapse of Ketoria will most likely take place.

The Southern Front
The southern front has been very lightly covered by the Ketorian Armed Forces. The ISC has also put very few supplies into pushing the southern front. But, the ISC has still managed to push our troops back all the way to a few towns on the Ketorian east coast. There have been many battles raging on in those towns that have been able to stop the ISC push on the southern front. Although the push has mostly halted, the southern front will likely collapse due to our inability to reinforce our divisions. Much of the infrastructure that could be used to reinforce them has been seized by the ISC. If the southern front collapses, it would still be a long march for the ISC troops if they wish to take any valuable land. Our focus on this front should be kept to a minimum, just like it had been before.

The Middle Front
The middle front, or the mountain front, has been mostly a stalemate for the last couple weeks. ISC troops pushed up quite a bit at first, but they were stopped at the base of the next set of mountains. Only a few light skirmishes have been taking place lately.

The Northern Front
Most of the combat in this rebellion has been taking place in the northern front. After the fall of Exter Army Base, Ketorian troops were unable to hold their ground and were forced to retreat back to Galilee Navy Base. The ISC troops managed to surround the naval base after a week of fighting between the two forces. The Ketorian soldiers that were trapped in the the naval base are still under siege and still require reinforcements from the Ketorian Navy. After the encirclement, ISC troops kept pushing west using the D100 highway with ease. They took control of Judith Air Base with very little resistance. Finally, at the Stonington Lakes, they were brought to a stop. This didn't last for long, though. Around two weeks ago, the ISC troops launched a massive offensive in the northern front that included flanks around our heavily defended soldiers and massive pushes that killed thousands. In the end of the three day long offensive, they managed to take over around two dozen towns and cities and two army bases, Lake Stonington Army Base and Potter-Saratoga Army base. After the ISC breakthrough in the offensive, the pushed north onto the Weekapaug peninsula. Our troops fought hard but had to constantly retreat. We have a lot of troops that are currently surrounded in different pockets on the peninsula, but the main pocket is the very northern one. Two days ago, ISC troops managed to encircle Weekapaug. Weekapaug is a port city and it is responsible for a large part of the GDP of Ketoria. If the city falls, the country will almost certainty collapse due to a poor economy. We must defend Weekapaug at all costs. The Ketorian Navy has been attempting to reinforce the area with supplies and men, but we are losing land every other hour. The Ketorian Air Force has no access to the area currently. If the city falls, the war will be lost. We must defend it no matter what.

Western Uprising
Earlier last week, there was a small pro-ISC uprising in our most western town of Brandywine. It soon managed to spread and take over a few nearby towns including a navy base. Troops have now been put surrounding the location and the threat should be killed off soon.

Conclusion
The Ketorian Armed Forces must push the ISC out of the Weekapaug Peninsula if it wants to have any chance of survival. The other fronts should be find with few reinforcments, since they are all far from any important areas. Once the rebellion in the west is put down, all efforts should be put into liberating the Weekapaug Peninsula.

This addition of purple to the standard CSS black uniforms was a show of support for the Party of Heaven in an attempt to once again return Chikara to a monarchy. In an official statement the head of the CSS, Burakku Itaria, stated that his party had been working tirelessly for weeks with the Party of Heaven to come to an agreement on what a monarchical government would look like within Chikara. Itaria stated that this change of support was due to the promise that representation would still play a major role in a monarchical government which has been the primary concern of the CSS sense the Party of Heaven gained the majority late last year. For years the CSS has voted in a similar manner to the Party of Heaven due to the two parties having similar goals such as the introduction of religion into the political system, a stronger head of state and government, and a stronger military presence within Chikara. With this party wide support the Party of Heaven now has 60.6% of the federal government backing a switch to a monarchical system. The PoH will still need another 14.4% of representatives backing the governmental switch which will most likely have to come from the National Unity Party, however gaining that kind of support from the NUP will be no easy task as the NUP has taken a strong stand against the idea of a state religion and stronger head of state.”

As of now a total of one hundred fifty thousand Chikaran soldiers are stationed on the Ketorian border, fifty thousand Chikaran soldiers on the Nari border, and two hundred thousand soldiers on the Nithoria border. Furthermore two hundred fifty thousand Chikaran veterans who have served within the past four years have been brought back into military service to act as the new reserve force with an additional two hundred fifty thousand to be reactivated by the end of March. This show of force is in response to the looming threat of extremism in the neighboring countries which has grown over previous months.”

The remaining two republic carriers are to be decommissioned and melted down upon completion of the second new carrier which is estimated to go into service in late 2021 at the earliest. This would effectively mean that under Emperor Kuvet that the Chikaran carrier fleet will have been cut in half.”

Biruda Industries, the company contracted to build the GHC, has reported that it’s initiative to rapidly increase the construction rate on the new facility has so far been a complete failure. If you recall, the plan was for the Biruda construction company to hire mass amounts of foreign labor for temporary work in an effort to construct the massive facility at much faster rate. [The Timberan Republic]

There are about 30 or so Speicnaz operators in the helicopter waiting optimistically for the looming firefight. Their goal is simply to kill or capture Assaladin Isabad one of the remaining high ups in the Islamic state, Ever since the head of the snake was cut off the Islamic state has struggled to be organized and coordinated. In the end, if the mission goes to plan this should severely cripple the Islamic state's control and stability in the region. The men know that some of them will not make it back but die trying in the operation.

20 Miles From Chancin In A MI-8MTV-3

[Kasik] Men! we are going to be accompanied by 64 airborne infantrymen after we land on hill 136 who are also on there way in two other helicopters. They will set up a perimeter for the LZ and help fight our way down the hill then defend the LZ and then we will work our way into the city then find Assaladin.

[Pilot] We are approaching the LZ!

[Kasik] Everyone get your shit together and get out quick!

[Vadim] Fuck yeah let's do this and kick some insurgent ass *slaps down titanium visor on helmet and loads AK-107*

[Kasik] Go! Go! Go!

All the men get out of the helicopter and set up a lookout and wait for the other two MI-8s to arrive with the 64 Airborne Infantry to help defend the LZ.

[Vachloc] Finally the support has arrived!

[Kasik] Just about the time we have been waiting for 10 minutes and we expect resistance any minute now because they heard the Helicopters.

Kasik talks to the Airborne Infantry squad leaders and tells them where they need to be and what they need to do due to changed plans. The Airborne Infantry set up defense positions including some sandbags and 2 KORDs and one AGS-30. After a bit of waiting for the attack bullets whiz by in the air. An RPG round flys by and nearly misses the KORD position the KORD gunner looks down the sight and turns it to where the RPG came from and open up fire on a small group of 3 men ripping them to shreds with the 12.7mm rounds. Groups of insurgents in 3 start trying to flank the position the 1st and 2nd group flank left and the 3rd and 4rth flank right, the airborne infantry hold off the attack.

[Yarik] The first and second group are in cover behind that group of rocks!

[Wasyl] They are pushing keep firing!

Yarik starts to reload his AK-107 then gets shot in the head through the helmet by an insurgent. Wasyl pulls Yariks lifeless body behind cover where the rest of the dead and injured are and checks his pulse there is no he could do. At that moment the Speicnaz push the insurgents down the hill while the Airborne Infantry holds the hill in case of a counter-attack. The Speicnaz arrive in the outskirts of Chancin

[Kasik] Vadim I need you to go to that wall of that building and peek out

[Vadim] There is a technical get the RPG ready!

[Savva] RPG is armed!

Savva fires the RPG and the technical gets destroyed in a fireball.

[Borislav] We got a firesquad of 12 in a fortified position at the end of the street and the got our second group pinned!

[Vadim] The 4 of us could enter the buildings and find a way around the fortification and then attack them from the sides.

Vadim, Kasik, Savva, and Borislav prepare to clear the first building and burst the door open and throw concussion grenades in. Vadim enters the building first with Savva right be his side a shot rings out from a corner and hits Vadim in helmet and it hits his titanium ballistic visor, Savva returned fire with 3 shots into the hiding insurgents torso. Vadim was unharmed but only shook from the shot which came from a submachine gun. They proceed to clear the rest of the building and find no more insurgents in that building. The men then gain a vantage point on the Fortification of the squad of 12 insurgents, Borislav then sets up his RPK-74 and Savva readies his RPG. Savva fired the RPG hitting a machinegun position killing 4 men, Borislav opens up fire with his RPK-74 and suppresses the enemy Krasik radioed the 2nd group and they moved forward pushed and set charges up on the edge of the fortification and got behind cover then blew the fortification up killing the remaining 8 insurgents. The men slowly start to advance to the apartment building where Assaladin is in. They later found out that 2 members of the 2nd group were killed by a trap grenade.

[Kasik] Ok guys we made it this far don't get yourselves fucking killed now it is almost over!

[Vadim] We can do this!

Kasik, Vadim, Savva, and Borislav clear the first floor oddly enough with no opposition. They move up to the second floor and Borislav is almost shot from a room at the end of a hall, Vadim throws an RGN grenade into the room and kills an insurgent. An Insurgent peep's out of a door Kasik spotted him and shot him through the drywall. They then found a door blocked up Savva set up a charge and blew the door. Vadim threw 2 concussion grenades into the room and they rushed in and shot 6 insurgents guarding another door that lead to a second room, The men prepare to open the door.

[Vadim] This is fucking it!

[Borislav] It is really happening.

[Kasik] When we return we will be heroes!

They burst down the door and throw a concussion grenade in the room they see a man confirmed to be Assaladin with a woman in his arms pointing a pistol at them. He starts speaking in the local dialect the men can't understand.

[Kasik] Let her go!

[Borislav] Put down the pistol! *raises his RPK-74 and gets shot in the arm and shoulder by Assaladin*

[Vadim] You fucker! *shoots Assaladin in the neck*

Krasik pulls the woman off of Assaladin and the 2nd group takes her into custody. Krasik, Vadim, Savva, and Borislav take a picture with Assaladin's body. They put Assaladins Body in a body bag then onto a stretcher and grab his documents and pistol then rush back to the LZ evading fire with support of the second group. In total 23 soldiers are evacuated for injuries or death including the Airborne Infantry.

The government of Ketoria has been losing control of their nation and with the fall of Weekapaug, they have lifted their position on no airstrikes on terrorist positions. The Timberan commanders in CATFOR got in touch with Ketorian officials and informed them about the strike that will undergo at Allenton Army Base in Ketoria. Allenton Army Base is home to an estimated 1,200 Islamic State insurgents and has radar and communications abilities, taking out Allenton Army Base will be a key role in weakening the Islamic State in Ketoria. The Oscar group off the coast of Ketoria which includes the Kryžak, Timbersk, and Noč are tasked with the initial strike against Allenton Army Base. Follow up strikes will be carried out by 6th bomber squadron using precision strikes.

The Timbersk is given instruction and coordinates of their target. The Timbersk is to launch 10 cruise missiles at Allenton Army Base and its command centers goal to knock out command structure, logistics, and radar/communications.

Escraven Handed Over
Today as the Democratic forces arrived in the liberated city, Osakodo officially handed over control of the city to them after occupying it to prevent the Islamic state from recapturing it. It is soon expected that the democratic forces will also reach Viviran where the same process will take place. With the border secured the direct threat posed to our country is now over but the scourge of radical Islamic terrorists continue in other countries.

First Osak Astronaut Makes History
This morning, Osakodos first manned space mission launched on a Ronin-1 rocket for a 20 minute sub orbital flight. while short, it still is a major milestone in the evolution of our manned space program. After splash down an ARA-4 landed nearby to recover both Kerman and the capsule to take back to the homeland.

CATFOR Deployment
After Joining CATFOR, The Osak Military has announced that 10,000 soldiers are to be sent to Chikara for a CATFOR Deployment within 2 weeks. among these 10,000 soldiers are the 6,000 strong 1st Airborne Division, the 2,000 strong Marine Amphibious Assault Brigade, and 2 Armored Brigades. Also Deploying is the ONS Chiakura carrier along with 4 destroyers and two frigates to guard the carrier. The first troops are expected to leave between tommorow and March 4th.

MATTHIAS RETURNS AS FØRER

Yesterday, Herules all over rejoiced, as they woke up to the news that, the 3rd Rigsfører of the Herulic Rige was returning to his post, just 5 months after he was shot and almost killed by plotters.

The 3rd Rigsfører, Matthias, inherited his position in at the age of 22 in 1988, after the 2nd Fører promoted him to the post, expecting great things to come from the, at the time, young idealist. Where the 1st Fører took it upon himself to stabilize Heruland, and secure the existence of our National Socialist spirit, and the 2nd worked to rapidly industrialize Heruland from a rural country into a wealthy and powerful actor, the 3rd Fører brought it upon himself to modernize Heruland into the age of information, and use the power of the Herulic nation and peoples to secure our borders once and for all. And after many years, his year in 2018 made him world renown, as he moved to free the Herulic men and women living in communities outside of the borders of the nation, uniting our one people, under one nation, under one Fører. He did so in spite of adversaries who were many times stronger than our own great nation, projecting the power that Herulia had been growing and accumulating, onto the world stage where it rightfully belongs. But following these daring and immense victories, plotting generals and party members plotted to overthrow the Fører, to replace him with democratic rule, similar to the kind in Kerthenia and Dolphiland. And so, in a plot to frame the Førergarden, some generals, many experienced and seasoned leaders attempted to assassinate the Fører, and then secure the state from the framed conspirators in the Førergarden and National Socialist Union party. The Fører was shot in his chest 4 times, but miraculously, the force of all 4 projectiles was absorbed by his ribcage, saving his life. Despite this, he did suffer great injury and bruising to the organs beyond the ribcage, and fell into a coma for several months following the plot. It was at first predicted that the Fører would succumb to his wounds, yet National Socialist spirit burning within him, gave him the bodily willpower for survival. Surprising his doctors, the Fører rose from his hospital bed just 2 months after he was shot. His second in command, Owens, had been leading the country in his absence and fighting the traitors who tried to take his life and topple the accomplishments of the National Socialist Heruland, yet he vowed to step down as soon as Matthias requested it, as he and the entirety of the National Socialist Union see him as the greatest Herule of our time. And so, 2 months after the end of the civil war, Owens has on request stepped down and awarded his position back to Matthias, where Owens has again assumed his position as Rigsstatsfører over Ilbraxen.
As Owens was the 4th Fører in Heruland, there was debate whether to name Matthias as the 5th Rigsfører, yet it was decided that he will keep his title, and whoever succeeds him bear the title of the 5th Rigsfører. Kommander Orlow, who was in the room at when the Fører was shot, and who tried to personally capture the plotters, has now also been awarded the position of second in command, meaning he will likely become the Førers successor and the eventually 5th Rigsfører of Heruland.

The Complete Collapse of Ketoria

After Islamic State forces took the city of Weekapaug, one of the biggest cities in Ketoria, the country was hit with an economic crash that could be felt by every single citizen. Rapid inflation, limited access to basic utilities, and looting from citizens caused massive riots throughout all Ketorian cities. Only a week after the city was taken, the failing economy caused the complete collapse of the entirety of Ketoria. Many regions in the city have either pledged allegiance to the Islamic State or have declared independence from Ketoria. Overall, the Islamic state controls most of the former Ketorian land, but there are four new countries that hold their own claims to land. The Islamic State has recognized their independence in exchange for a non-aggression pact between all of the new nations. Here are the new nations:

Description: The Nuunan and Janian minorities in Ketoria have been asking for independence since the start of the First Ketorian Civil War. Now that the country has collapsed, they have finally gotten the opportunity to govern themselves. Since the two minority groups are mixed together in the two provinces of Coventry and Arcadia, it'd be impossible for them to separate without there being a mass migration of men. Also, if they were two independent nations, they'd be too small to be able to have any power in the region. Together, the two minority groups hope to unite while still maintaining the rights of the two major groups. They plan to do this via confederacy. The two major ethnicities will have their own non-elected groups which will meet with each other to discuss defense, foreign relations, and national emergencies.

Description: Before the First Ketorian Civil War, the entire country was ran by a corrupt oligarchy. The members of the Ketorian government used to be put in power based on their wealth and the power. Needless to say, a large majority of the population suffered while a small amount of the population achieved great wealth. The wealth gap caused a the First Ketorian Civil war. The Greater Portside area was a great safe spot for the corporatist government which was eventually overthrown. But now, the newly formed nation hopes to carry on the torch of the former government. Since the Greater Portside area has some of the richest citizens in all of Ketoria, it makes sense that they'd want a similar government to the previous.

Description: Although Al-Ba’ith has the smallest population out of all of the new countries, they have had a great influence on Ketorias past. The Ba'athist government that won the First Ketorian Civil War was formed inside of small towns in this region and eventually spread out to the more powerful parts of the nation. They eventually won the civil war, but the Second Civil War ended the Ba'athist government in Ketoria. But, Al-Ba’ith, being the home of Ba'athism in Ketoria, hopes to retake the former lands of Ketoria and bring back the government that was lost to the Islamic State. They hope to eventually do this, but, for now, they must rebuild their new nation.

Although they do have a regional tradition of enforcing a free, competitive market, they were never the richest region in Ketoria. Years of corruption in the regional government have caused the growth of the region to stagnate. Now that they have a new opportunity to rebuild from the bottom up, they hope to keep their tradition of a capitalist market and to remove the corruption. How will they remove the corruption? With democracy, of course. Their ultimate goal is to be the strongest nation in the former land of Ketoria, but they have two main competitors: Greater Portside and the Islamic State.

Description: After winning the Second Ketorian Civil War, the Islamic State occupied large parts of land that was owned by Ketoria. The Islamic State is split in two, the western half and the southern half. The western half was occupied during the war after terrorists from Nari entered Ketoria. The southern half pledged allegiance to the Islamic State after a terrorist uprising that managed to grab large parts of the southern land. Now that the Islamic State has a strong foothold in Ketoria, they hope to spread Islam and their government to the neighboring nations. They will heavily enforce Sharia Law, likely by force. Any minorities that are in their occupied areas are likely to be killed or deported. Right now, they hope to build up their forces and maintain peace with the new nations. They have already signed non-aggression pacts with all the new nations in exchange for them to be recognized by the Islamic State, but they could be betrayed at any time.

The Imperial State of Nari and the official exiled government of Ketoria has signed the Security Treaty as well as agree and enforce the articles within the treaty. We are expecting military and civil aid from other signatories of the Treaty who are Anderia, Barkadia, Sellen & Zhioubin against the Islamic State of Cancodia within Nari and occupied Ketoria. Furthermore will try to return the favor to our fellow signatories after our regional war will be suppressed. With the complete fall of the Ketorian state, the Timberan Federation's armed forces have decided to directly intervene and send troops in. The Allenton Army Base ever since it was struck by the Timberan strike has been deserted or largely abandoned. The Timberan Spiecnaz will be sent via airborne into the Allenton Army Base and clear out remaining last stragglers and to set up a perimeter, later reinforcements will come and repair the runway to allow military planes to base out of there. Portable radar units will be shipped in after the area has been secured along with the airlift of armored vehicles. Aid will be paradropped over areas that are not controlled by the Islamic State the main focus of aid for now with the Timberans will be The Bradley Islands since they are small underfunded and have major competition to deal with regionally.

Vadim: This fucking base looks empty as shit nowhere near as exciting when we did that raid on assaladin and shot his ass.

The Spiecnaz in group 1 run to a bombed out radar station in the northern section of the base and kill 5 men one their way there. Vadim shot another man but he didn't die Vadim walked up covered the man's mouth then proceeded to slit his throat. The group walked past burnt out T-55s and BTRs. Vadim, Krasik, and Savva take pictures upon the burnt out T-55s. Savva looked down in the T-55 and saw the charred remains of the crew. They walked up to a burned building and go inside.

Krasik: Holy fuck! *noticing all of the charred bodies at the work stations in the radar building*

Vadim: Christ I've seen and done some shit before but damn.

Savva: .... *just stares at the heap of charred bodies*

Vadim: Yeah this building is fucking clear * Vadim takes pictures for documentation the then group exits the building*

A couple of hours of later of clearing buildings and wiping out and detaining and surrendering stragglers they clear the army base and set up a perimeter. The awaited infantry arrive and set up fortifications around the outside of the base. Troops started to be dropped off in mass waves from helicopters at the base. Personnel was sent in to tidy up the base of bodies and blown up vehicles. Some of the burnt out T-55s will get sent back to The Timberan Federation for museums.

Aid For The Bradley Islands

Starting now and for however long needed aid will be supplied to The Bradley Islands to ensure that the people have some form of supply. The people who live there are in poverty and are trying to be an independent nation and to ensure the survival of one of the few republics in the region The Timberan Federation will be supplying food, water, and medical aid. The Timberan Federation managed to get in touch with The Badley Island's Defense Administer and possible details about the Timberan Federation assisting in the training and equipping of The Bradley Island's Defense Forces were discussed and were embraced with open arms to prepare for a future possible attack from the Islamic State. The Timberan Federation will give the Bradley Island's Defense Forces all equipment necessary to keep them safe from the attack of regional aggressors.
