United Kanto - Saffron City (Administrative Center), Celadon City (Constitutional Capital)
Used to be Pokémon Trainer Red, then the remade Red showed up and took up the presidency. Now this nation is nothing more than amalgamations of a crumbling nation, with the occasional glitch here and there. Nonetheless, it's legacy lives on in the other nations in the region, especially Goldonia, where Gold is trying to supress a separatist state (based on Pokémon HGSS) to make sure that doesn't happen to him.
