That said, NS stats might not be your strongest argument here - why not take a look into the decline of Psychotic Dictatorships over the last year or so. Alternatively, you could find "survivors" who've escaped Menta Lee-Il's rule (like me - kidding, it won't pass) and acquire some testimonials. Now you've piqued my curiosity. Why would a region full of corrupt dictators want to condemn another fellow dictatorial region? Unless the difference between corrupt and psychotic dictatorships actually means something to you?

My guess is that dictators always compete for power and do not tolerate fellow authoritarians simply because they do not submit to them.

OOC: I've never been overly satisfied with Psychotic Dictatorships. While the "No WA!" mechanic is very unique, I think it bars residents from a fundamental part of the game. That, and the Confederation has had a little beef with the region in the past - poaching members, etc. When the Confederation was small I'm pretty sure Menta tried to bully us into submission, since I had fled from him myself. Absolutely no hard feelings, all this was RP after all. I think PD can have a condemn: in terms of RP, it's clearly at odds with the majority of this Assembly; IRL, it denies a basic game mechanic from its members, even if those members do chose willingly. That's fairly destitute on both fronts, so full support from myself and the Confederation in this matter!

Horrified at the rise and survival of the authoritarian region
Psychotic Dictatorships,

Incensed by the mistreatment of the citizens in the region, including but not limited to executions, lack of freedom of speech, and perpetual fear.

Appalled that 96.4 percent of the leading nation, Menta Lee-Il dies from a "disappearance", a statistic shared by many other nations in the region,

Bemoaning the sorry state of education in Psychotic Dictatorships, leading to the region being placed in the top one percent in the world for ignorance,

Pitying the citizens of Psychotic Dictatorships for being in the top four percent of the world for the death rate, and the bottom four percent for lifespan,

Shocked that Psychotic Dictatorships falls in the bottom 18% of the world for the Human Development Index,

Further noting that any nation who breaks away from this horrendous region is treated as an enemy of the state,

Saddened by the rebuffing of World Assembly efforts to help Psychotic Dictatorships,
