Its with great pleasure that after days of planning, the first ever Novapax Summit will take place. It will take place in one of the newest memberstates, Darkmania and "The Green City".

Rësbyr, (“The Green City” due to the many parks within the city, the many forests inside the metropolitan area as well as being where the “Greens” has their national pollical party headquarters) and it's 9,5 million wishes you welcome. Rësbyr, a proud city, has a history from uprisings against regimes, being a former royal capital, and today the host of the first host city of the Novapax Summit. While Rësbyr might not be the most liberal city in Darkmania, they will be welcoming Novapax with open arms.
Pällasko Dël Mëlla are the venue of this summit being a former castle for the former king and today the palace is the home of the province-governor.

Rëbyr is drowning in sunlight as today marks history today. For the first time, the first ever Novapax Summit will take place for the next 5 days. The first one was cancelled due to civil war in the former host country and was pushed back. Now, we one of the newest members of Novapax.

Its 11:00 am Darkmanian Local Time. The international press surrounds the former king's palace to greet those who have come to write history.

The front door open.

First comes the (unpopular) president of Darkmania Claire Jügir. Followed by all of those who have travelled to the Green City to be a part of something. As the sound of cameras taking 1 000 pictures every second fills, Claire steps to hold a speech. Given she is not the most popular, you can hear some booing.

"Thank you, whoever is boing at a president who is gonna be a one-term president anyway."

"Now, after months of planning, Darkmania can finally open its door to the world. We and our 43 provinces (and counting) wish our allies in Novapax a place to talk and to find a solution to our common problems. We will talk about global warming, war, trade and cultural event to unite us.

On behalf of the darkmanian organizers, I declare this summit open."

The sounds of cameras fills the air as Claire now steps to place her self in the centre of the line.

The Wolfrenian Minister of Culture starts to speak...

We are looking to submit a bid to Novavision. If Chosen the contest would take place in Wolfrenia's largest and capital city of Sevargo.

The Taeseon President began to spoke on the issue of the 2nd Barron War.

"The situation at Browzantine was becoming more serious at each passing day. Casualties at both sides were mounting every hour, injuries and death were continuously coming in. Right now, Hundreds and Thowsands of people were affected with casualties, inflicted by both sides, wanting to end this never ending war of royalty, and reformism.

Taeseon had provided the pro loyalists with economic and military support previously, and with the task force that we send out, they were only been sent in for defensive purposes only. And with this, the government of Taeseon is asking directly to the International community, is to come to the peace negotiations on ending the 2nd Barron War, as well as setting up a International Peacekeeping Force of the Kingdom of Browzantine (IPFKB) to monitor the peace progress, as well as removing military mine orients on the battlefield, and to promote pediment peace at the kingdom.

I'm also offering to the Loyalist Side of Browzantine, is to encourage a perrament peace agreement, as well as returing of the status quo on the kingdom, and to run referendums on the kingdom's political future, as well as allowing the Peacekeeping Force to conduct peacekeeping operations, as said to the international laws of warfare and peacekeeping agenda acts of the Novapax community."

The Wolfrenian President starts to speak...

We will provide aid to the citizens who are suffering from the war in Browzantine, we will give things like food and medical supplies.

We will also give 1 billion NSD to Browzantine in support of the Browzantine Military.

[Britonisea]

It has been announced that the nations of Britonisea (and Aloquirbe), Estogium and Nightom will be represented at the Novapax Summit under one unit - the ABEN Union. The ABEN Union is a union (similar to the EU) which is a union between the ABEN nations, making it easier for people to travel + commute to each of the four nations (thanks to the Baring Agreement), do business together (sharing the Brito Pound Sterling) and trade. While we have tax-free trade amongst ABEN nations, as a union, we would like to extend our aims to make it easier to trade amongst Novapaxian nations. We hope to discuss this, as well as other issues, during the first Summit of our region.

The commissioner of the ABEN Union, Jakob Wellingham, started to speak as the issue of the Baron War (which had recently finished) was spoken about. "I applaud the efforts of the nations helping Browzantine during this very hard time. The nations who helped were of course a great factor in to their success in the end only recently. While ABEN did not manage to help Browzantine, we are very happy that the situation is much calmer than it once was."

The Prime Minister of Britonisea spoke, "I believe that the relationship between Browzantine and Britonisea is almost non-existent. Along with my colleagues from Estogium, Nightom and Aloquirbe, I am sure that we would like to strengthen our ties and help the nation rebuild itself. That's if the nation still wants help."

Tate of Aloquirbe spoke up here, "I am sure one of our cities would love to have a nab at that, though we will speak more about that later down the line. I do think other nations would want to host that."

The Prime Minister of Taeseon begins to speak on the issue of Climate Change.

"There is a massive amount of scientific data, decades worth, that the average temperature is slowly increasing, and the world is nearing the point of no return. We only have 3 Decades to save our planet from Climate Change, the vile villain that mankind unknowingly keeps revoking every time. People whom don't care of climate change will woke up one day in 40 years time, to see the polar ice caps melts quicker than we defrost frozen food.

The only way to reverse climate change, is to slow down the effects of it. Close down the most polluted power plants in the world, and replace it with renewal energy, like solar, wind, or the safe use of controlled Fission Fragment Nuclear Reactors, that will produce the most efficient way to produce the electricity needs for countries that were in need. However, Nuclear Power will not be used in war, or used in Shared Technology Transfers. The only way to prevent the use of nuclear equipped weapons, is to establish a Novapax Nuclear Science and Technology Council, to help use nuclear physics to combat the energy needs of the world.

Another way to help slow Climate Change, and to eventually reverse it, is to eventually conduct a Carbon Tax, with the target of reducing the amount of 10 Million Tonnes of CO2, per country. Depends on which country, the target will be change depending on both the economic, environmental, social, and political environments the Carbon Tax encountered. The cost per tonne can differs from any country, but the reduction of CO2 will try and help heal the planet from Climate Change, and for a Greener Future of all future generations."

"Britonisea and Aloquirbe are already going through the process of moving away from petrol cars and moving to battery powered and hydrogen in a process that will take between 20 to 40 years completion. We have already completed 4 years of that with major cities in Aloquirbe and Britonisea such as Alosable, Telm City and Doportedas leading the way on converting their bus systems to those that are powered by hydrogen and battery-powered cars are becoming more popular. While we understand that battery-powered doesn't solve the carbon emission issue, it most certainly reduces it. We would be keen to increase our use of wind and solar power however we as a Union will not permit nuclear fission in either four of our countries." says the Commissioner for the ABEN Union, "It is dangerous and could be highly detrimental."
