He said, handing it to her. Such a good advisor. Barely back 5 minutes yet ready to serve. She'd have to remember to increase his pay check.

She read the telegram, then handed it to the Letheny Delegate.

The Lethen Emperor was in the midst of thinking of a place until a letter was handed to him. "This reeks of danger..." he mumbled. His guards shuffled in anticipation, seeing that there leader decided to stick around. "As for a place, Empress Penny, I don't suppose you could think of any nations that were only here on humanitarian aid or neutral works?"

All forces attack Tel-aviv pulled back immediately and drove back to Ashdod, all but few planes were put back up in the air to defend from the skies, while the troops that were in Ashdod, set up AA and AT as well as Anto-infantry defences on the north and east in order to defend in case of a Lethen a Counter-offensive.

Bemused on onlookers looked on, mainly refugees, as Ausinian forces retreated from around the camp.

Why was the question on everyone's lips.

Was something chasing them? Was a peace treaty signed and the war over? Had something even bigger happened?

Everyone at the camp was buzzing with anticipation, and hoping for the best. They would likely be very disappointed at the truth....

Asked Frank, again.

"Shush, I won't notice anything through these binoculars if you don't shut up"

Muttered Charles. Frank chuckled.

"I didn't know you couldn't multi task. I thought we were past such male stereotypes, old man"

Charles was about to point out to Frank they were nearly the same age, when he noticed something.

"What on earth..."

Frank couldn't take it.

"What is it? Give them here"

He ripped the binoculars away from Charles. A small smile formed on his face.

"Well, this is certainly interesting"

Charles began packing their equipment away. Frank frowned.

"Where are we going? It just got interesting"

Charles frowned back.

"You don't just retreat from a place you surround like those Ausinian forces just have. Something big is happening, and the Empress might not know about it if we don't tell her. Let's go"

Frank sighed.

"Fine. But if she's annoyed with the lack of intel, you take the blame"

Once they were packed, they began the walk back to the coast. They had transport to catch.

From what I have heard from him, he suddenly started feeling ill when he was out on a mission and he went to the nearest place to try to seek aid. Civilians found him while Significant Medics tried to tend to him.
He fell even more ill, providing the SIS a chance to kidnap him. They tried to get data out of him by threatening to drug him, and I have it on high authority that they injured him while in captivity.”
He sat down as he watched the defense lawyer get up to speak.

[Lethen Empire]

The Battle of Tel Aviv ended in a Lethen victory. As the Ausinians retreated, a great hail of cheering accompanied by widespread mockery and hissing at the retreating forces sounded. Rocks were thrown in the hundreds, but none were in range to hit. Swiftly, an army band was organized, and began to play the Lethen Imperial Anthem at the city square.

"Heil, Soldat-Kaizer, heil, Kaizer, dir! Regeir vur onser glorie, regeir zonder angst!"

Praises to God were made, especially ones about the fact that the winds did not carry radiation into the city. Finally, Letheny began organizing for the return of all of Spokane's soldiers, both fallen and alive. The fallen Spokanite soldiers were placed in body bags, marked by a large tag displaying the information on the soldier's dogtags. Those who lived were rounded up and prepared for pick-up by Spokanite planes (since the seas were still not safe yet).

The Lethen soldiers fighting were uncomfortable with the lack of a counterstrike, but a truce was a truce and they could not make chase yet. In the end, 32,000 Lethen soldiers were killed in combat. 3,000 of those casualties were marines, and 400 of them were special forces.

Therefore, we wish for all charges to be dropped, and for those responsible to be trialed instead, as well as sued for damages caused to my clients and for my clients to gain asylum in Spokane, to avoid jail based on false charges in Significance"

Derrick stood up. “My Honor, I have proof that they caused mental damage to Agent Dragon. May I present?”

Derrick then spoke again “May I present Dr. Ukraine, the doctor that examines every Team Delta member after every return from their missions.” He walked to the podium as he watched Dr. Ukraine walk to the witness box.

A guard called, with a dozen or so other guards behind her. All had guns pointing at the unknown man.

How he'd been able to get this close undetected, was something they all wanted to find out.

With the removal of the Ausinians, and their impending destruction at the hands of the squadron blocking Gibraltar, Prussia-Poland could finally move in.
10 Sokol heavy transport planes roared over Tel-Aviv, and the first Prussian-Polish boots on the ground arrived.

They jumped out, in pairs, at one-second intervals. 3,000 men, Prussia-Poland's first major combat drop since WW2, drifted down and formed up, before marching off to join the Lethens at the front.

With all personnal evacuated and almost all equipment packed up, the navy set away, with all combat ships surrounding the convoy, towards Cyprus

With the second fleet stationed in Cyprus, the combat vessels surround the island, ready and waiting in defence.

While the war continued, Ryan sat there with Erika and was reading over a contract when 12 military police soldiers, 10 female and 2 males, came in in full combat gear with a cage on wheels. Handing Ryan a piece of paper the head soldier addressed him,

"Sir, we have orders from President Sobchak to move this prisoner to the Clear River facility. We will escort her to Task Force Juliet near Italy and from there she'll be flown to the Clear River Facility. You are requested to come with us since you are her lawyer."

As Ryan read over the order, the soldiers opened the door and manhandled Erika into it. Closing the cage door they padlocked it and wheeled her out and down the hallway while Ryan followed. Arriving at the helipad they were bundled in and it took off. Once they landed on the T.C.S. Grand Basin they were escorted onto a waiting cargo plane. The plane took off and headed for The Chuck. Mid-flight one of the soldiers went to the gallery and brought back trays of M.R.E.s for the soldiers, Ryan, and Erika. While they ate, 6 soldiers would watch Erika while the others ate before swapping. Once they started coming in for a landing, one of the soldiers walked over to the cage and addressed Erika.

"Ms. Scharnhorst, please approach the bars and turn around. It is standard procedure for residents of the Clear River Facility to be blindfolded while being transferred through our lands."

With a start, Ryan spoke up in true lawyer fashion.

"Wait a minute, this can't possibly be fair. She's a child for the love of God. Does she really need to be blindfolded?"

"Yes sir, President's orders."

One of the guards pointed at the bottom of the order which cleared had it listed out that Erika was to be blindfolded while in transportation.

Once they blindfolded her they immobilized her when they landed. Moving the cage onto a helicopter they were whisked away to the Clear River Facility. Upon arriving they landed and once they were out of the helicopter, the soldiers let Erika out of the cage and took off the blindfold. Before her were rolling green acres with a river running through the middle of the land. In front of them lay a couple cottages situated on the small hills and a modern looking building with a couple guards out front. Off in the distance they could barely make out guard towers with glint coming from them letting them know that marksmen were watching. Marching down the path they were led into a room where a lady with a digital clipboard awaited them. The lady wore a military uniform and stood about 5"10 but appeared to be very relaxed. When they arrived, Erika was seated in a chair facing the lady. The lady smiled and spoke in a soft friendly voice.

Hello Erika Von Scharnhorst, my name is Julia Robins. I am the warden of the Clear River Facility. This facility is designed as an internment area for foreign assets and politicians who are detained by our country. Currently you will be the only resident with us. Before we get started here are some ground rules,

• Don't attempt to escape, its easier on both of us
• If you are caught attempting to escape, there will be severe consequences
• If you need anything, a personal guard/assistant has been notified of your arrival
• No weapons whatsoever
• Visitors are allowed and can stay with you

Alright, now that that is finished, you will be given the first cottage to live in while you are here with us. The fridge is fully stocked and there is no charge but meals are served in the main building at all hours. Though do try and eat before midnight since after midnight I am not responsible if the cooks decide to leave you a present in the food. We have 40 acres of some of the most beautiful land here and we have different activities that you can entertain yourself with. We have a stable with horses, fishing equipment for the river, and other activities. Mail is picked up at 1 P.M. every day and there is a phone in the cottage that can make international calls, however it is monitored. Lastly, I hope you enjoy your stay with us."

Once Julia was finished, Erika was led to the first cottage where she was to stay for 10 weeks. As they arrived at the door, Ryan spoke up.

"Erika, I will be staying in the cottage next door while you are detained here. If you need anything, just come on over and knock."

With that, the guards and Ryan split and left Erika alone. Once she had stepped through the door she was met with a well furnished cottage with two bedrooms, a kitchen area, a living room with a fire, tv, and phone, and a small office/library with fully stocked bookshelves. As she took in her surroundings she heard a knock at the door. As she turned around, she was greeted by a girl who was probably 18-20. The girl wore a soldier's uniform and had the patch of a military police. On her hip was a TCP-9 with what appeared to be a built in finger scanner. Speaking with a friendly manner she addressed Erika,

Hello Erika, I am Sgt. Rebecca Ross. I will be your guard/assistant while you stay with us here. If you need anything just ask and I can get it for you."
