I'm the high commander of air, navy, and land units of the the Armed Forces of Balinesia Islands, declares our surrender in Ashmore Islands.
Relating about our surrender to your armed forces, I promise that our forces will withdraw from Ashmore Islands, at the latest by 2 weeks of this surrender declaration.
As our president's messages to your president, we need a mutual compromise about the issues of Ashmore Islands, include the amnesties to our forces.
Furthermore, both presidents of each our nation will meet at a negotiating table, in a third party's city (region), to discuss the future of Ashmore Islands.

The Governing body of The Black Party recognizes the official statement of Balinesian surrender, and formulates an official reply. The letter is sent to the Balinesian Government and is signed by the Partizani Minister of Strategic Defense, a rank only active during war-time.

Greetings, Balinesian Government,

The Governing body of The Black Party has received your official statement for surrender, however, The Ministry of Conflict regrets to accept the laying down of weapons in the fight for the Ashmore Islands.

In the event of the Balinesian Government reaffirming their capitulation in the Isles, we will be forced to propose a new method of continuing the conflict for the liberation of the Ashmore Islands. Thus, the Governing Body of The Black Party advocates for a Balinesian sponsored, underground resistance for the liberation of the Ashmore Islands, and freeing it from occupying forces, and former Balinesian separatists.

All with the support of the military and economic might of The Black Party, naturally.

The Black Party has taken Balinesian calls to arms to heart, but must remain steadfast in our neutral stance, unless certain events pertaining to our proposal is made that changes the social and meta-political climate of the Ashmore Islands Conflict,

I don’t know what’s happening. Can someone please explain to me? Is it because of the new situation where Kyavan has some troops and Baktri is angry,... or is it a totally different situation.

Bluelight responds by sending again, it’s 130,000 Troops to the island of Ashmore, as well as 5 fighter jets to gather visuals on the Ashmore and Balinesia Island from above. An atmospheric carrier is also taking quality pictures on the land, through a secret technology.

here is an explanation from Port Ember

CURRENT SITUATION
- Ashmore Islands is once again a free and sovreign nation. Their King is in country trying to restore order in the post war chaos.

- Port Ember has a large military complex (naval & airbase) set up in the south (presumably the capital city)? Restoring order and providing aid to the locals.

- The Great Viet has a military airbase set up in the east, providing aid and restoring order.

- Bluelight has a large force on the island. Not specified where they are based currently

- Kyavan has a base set up in the west providing aid and restoring order. Their commander has been assisnated by their enemies from another war not relating to the current conflict. However they have just shipped an additional 20 00p troops when Port Ember asked them to leave since they wanted to be conquerers. I strongly think that they still want to conquer and not provide aid. But we will see..

Soooo basicaly the war is done and Ashmore is free. The country is still in chaos and is being restored. However tensions are high and foreign forces risks turning their aid programs into an occupation which will renew armed conflict again

Lastly Balenesia and Ashmore must still meet and discuss a peacefull resolution post war.

As a side note Ashmore has a government in exile in Port Ember.

Oh yes. Here’s Bluelight’s report on the case between the nation of Baktri and Kyavan:

REPORT on the BAKTRI-KYAVAN case

On 12 January 2019, the Brother of Kyavan’s Leader was assasinated. Baktri immediately claimed it was done as an act ordered by its government.

Baktri has also noticed Kyavan’s extra troops on the island, and was skeptical they were just there for humanitarian aid and support. Since the assasination, Kyavan has called off all negotiations and declared a war with Baktri.

Both nations are on the island. Before these incidents happened, Bluelight was supervising negotiations and peace talks between the Baktri Separatist Movement and the nation of Kyavan.

Baktri has attempted to separate from Kyavan after they claim, has committed the atrocity of using their land as nuclear test sites for years. Their reason for the recent separatist movement is that one of the urban areas in their territory was blown up together with a nuclear test site built by Kyavan, and had enough, it is now they want to secede.

Kyavan also claims that Baktri has committed the atrocity of terrorism acts within Kyavan.

With that, Bluelight begs all nations on the Ashmore and Balinesian coalition to avoid the Baktri-Kyavan situation. There will be just more wars between our old friends if we do so.

Bluelight is willing to host a summit between the Ashmore and Balinesian Island leaders if they wish.

Bluelight has also built an airbase on the north of the island of Ashmore. It has two runways, with, if needed, plans for four more runways.

The use of the airbase is to handle military aircraft from all nations on the Ashmore Coalition, as well as to handle humanitarian aid given through planes.

The Black Party condemns the construction of the Lightian Airbase, and its military use, and expresses dissatisfaction with the lack of urgency of the Ashmore Coalition in removing foreign troops and de-escalating military presence to prevent future conflict.

With the telegram as a threat, and its mission of peace, Bluelight sends 90% of their troops in Ashmore back home. However, the nation of Bluelight does not wish to halt its military airbase project, as it wants to help other nations deliver humanitarian aid and support to the island through cargo planes.

The nation of Bluelight begs that The Black Party acknowledge this. The remaining 145,893 soldiers will help deliver support to the island’s citizens.

At this point, I don’t think there’ll be anymore need for fighting on Ashmore and Balinesia. Humanitarian support will still be directed to Ashmore Island.
