It is due to the chaotic nature of war that I am forced to make this announcement, in order to spare unnecesary bloodshed.

The war in Ashton Islands is OVER! The Republic of Balinesia Islands have offered its unconditional surrender- and it was accepted.

I hereby call a immediate end to all fighting from all parties!

I wish to inform you that the Naval Blockade of Balenisia Islands have been lifted, and our Flotilla is returning home.

However the complete blockade of Ashmore Islands remains in effect, allowing only foreign aid through. This is to ensure that no foreign involvement compromises the new peace.

I also hereby wish to address all foreign forces (including our own) still located in Ashmore Islands, that our main purpose is to provide aid to the suffering population. We must all be carefull to not turn ourselves into a occupation force. The Ashmore Islands is a free and sovreign nation - and will remain as such.

On the occupation force of Kyavan, we do appreciate your aid offered, however you did arrive on the island with the aim of conquering it alongside the Balinesia Republic. Therefore, on behalf of the Ashmore Coalition- we demand you to withdraw all forces from the island with immediate effect.

The surviving Balinesia forces on Ashmore Islands will not be arrested, and is to withdraw from the island, safely and in peace.

In response to the demands of Port Ember: We politely decline to withdraw our task force from the West Ashmore Coast. We arrived with the intent to conquer but our interests have shifted. You should respect that.

I encourage you all to use this opportunity to use the chaos and dislodge the Kyavanian forces before they become a bigger thorn in your side. They are masters of defense and chemical warfare. With the situation changing and with many more nations getting involve in the conflict and above all with the end of open conflict the People's Republic of Divine Great Viet had decided to declare its military intervention a success and began to reorganize their military present in Ashmore Islands.

The bulk of their military fleet would depart Ashmore's water along with part of its ground units. The People's Army of Divine Great Viet (PADGV) however would maintain its military bases in Ashmore Island as well as continued to provide fund, aid and supply for Ashmore's population and government. Great Viet would also promise to contribute to the rebuilding of Ashmore later.

Jasonville does not agree with the use of blockading the Ashmore Islands even for humitarian aid. Ashmore is now soveirgn and should have a say in this matter. It is good to help, but not also blockade the whole island itself.

SUMMARY OF EVENTS

- Balinesia invaded Ashmore Islands to turn it into a colony.

- Ashmore was on the brink of defeat when Port Ember invaded and pushed em back. At this time many nations pledged support on the side of Ashmore.

- The only ally to be for Balinesia was Kyavan. They planned to invade and grab land for their own colony. However Bluelight talked them out of it..

- Balinesia was defeated in the war and withdrew their forces from the island.

CURRENT SITUATION
- Ashmore Islands is once again a free and sovreign nation. Their King is in country trying to restore order in the post war chaos.

- Port Ember has a large military complex (naval & airbase) set up in the south (presumably the capital city)? Restoring order and providing aid to the locals.

- The Great Viet has a military airbase set up in the east, providing aid and restoring order.

- Bluelight has a large force on the island. Not specified where they are based currently

- Kyavan has a base set up in the west providing aid and restoring order. Their commander has been assisnated by their enemies from another war not relating to the current conflict. However they have just shipped an additional 20 00p troops when Port Ember asked them to leave since they wanted to be conquerers. I strongly think that they still want to conquer and not provide aid. But we will see..

Soooo basicaly the war is done and Ashmore is free. The country is still in chaos and is being restored. However tensions are high and foreign forces risks turning their aid programs into an occupation which will renew armed conflict again

Lastly Balenesia and Ashmore must still meet and discuss a peacefull resolution post war.

As a side note Ashmore has a government in exile in Port Ember.

The Governing body of The Black Party has received your official statement for surrender, however, The Ministry of Conflict regrets to accept the laying down of weapons in the fight for the Ashmore Islands.

In the event of the Balinesian Government reaffirming their capitulation in the Isles, we will be forced to propose a new method of continuing the conflict for the liberation of the Ashmore Islands. Thus, the Governing Body of The Black Party advocates for a Balinesian sponsored, underground resistance for the liberation of the Ashmore Islands, and freeing it from occupying forces, and former Balinesian separatists.
