I've came to this conclusion Mayor. I believe that the proper way to have healthcare reform is to legislate limits on patents and capping premiums in order to allow working Americans to have the welathfare that they need whilst still having the freedom of choice.

On your second point Mayor, I would challenge that view as I've would describe myself as maintaining civility throughout my Congressional Career which has spanned 26 years.
