EXTREME WIP. I'll see if I can go anywhere with this.

Name: Zeke (surname unknown; his first name isn't really a secret but not a lot of people know it)
Age: 30
Gender: Male
Allegiance: Not loyal to any specific faction, but definitely favors the rebels over the corporations.
Appearance: Zeke is an inch under six feet tall with uncombed reddish blond hair and blue eyes. Either as a test subject or a willing customer, he's clearly spent time with one of the biomodification companies, as he has the ears and tail of a fox. All of this is hidden by a thick brown cloak he wears when making his rounds.
Physique:
Augmentations:
Equipment:
Skills:
Personality:
Backstory: (Just a simple one paragraph will do. You can add more on - if you want, but the more is better.)

Which faction you're talking about? If its the People's United Front then their power have its mass mobs, people, and will to fight. The Liberty Union are high-tech professional "terrorists" that will likely have your kind of assassins. The Sliver League are espionage-focused.

Makes sense, I wrongfully thought the People's United Front was the only one in open rebellion.

Name:Koshka.

Age:17

Gender:Female

Allegiance: The United People's Front

Appearance:Extremely distorted face, almost like a demented furby. Has a set of webbed tentacles around her neck as well as a set of slightly glowing tendrils down her back, and patchy, glowing fur covering her face and the two unmistakably catlike ears. Overall, looks like a weird cross between a catgirl and a lovecraftian horror.

Physique:Very much like a runner's, with less strength in her arms, but powerful running legs much like a cats. (With retractable claws as well.)

Augmentations:

-Catlike Features- Koshka has enhanced hearing, balance, and a set of retractable claws on her fee

-Cephalopodian Traits- Koshka has tentacles and tendrils running down her back, and can change the color and texture of her skin to camouflage and stun people.

-Mental Traits- Koshka has been mentally reprogrammed to be both a killer and companion before, but manages to time and time again resist her programming.

Equipment:A cloak designed to hide her from the majority of people, as well as a silenced relatively low-power gun on her at all times.

Skills: Extremely stealthy, and capable of stunning people with flashing colors. Will often lead one or two police on raids away from the main group, then stun them and slit their throats.

Personality:Extremely vicious, angered by many years of mistreatment and having violence literally wired into her frame. At the same time, she has been wired to care about and protect people who she sees as being able to help her. At the moment, this is a lesser member of the The United People's Front known as the Babushka.

Backstory: Koshka is an example of biogenic experiment running ruin upon a person's frame, coming originally from a middle-class family that got a little too open with its fight against genetic modification. Koshka was captured at a very young age, let to watch her parent's death, then taken to be reused as a richer family's little guardian. Koshka managed to fight against the modification enough to pull out her then-attached tail and leave it dripping on the floor. Taken back in by Biogen Incorporated, she was used as a test for some more experimental modifications before being thrown into the undercity, expected to be killed quick as can be. But Koshka survived. Rescued by an old women of the United People's Front, Koshka has dedicated her life to the revolution, and will see it happen in her lifetime or die riddled in bullets.

I would not call it open rebellion right now. Not in the sense of a full-on revolution. The keys for full-scale war is not here yet, but soon.

Of course. This all would not happen without you and Apto's help, and you can meme a bit (given that you're playing Fett Kath).

Name: Anastasia Mane
Age: 35
Gender: Female
Allegiance: United People's Front
Appearance: Here
Physique: Being 5' 3", Mane is of average build for an Undercity living woman, with both dark hair and eyes.
Augmentations:

|: Bootleg C.R. Nerve Interface - A steel contraption made of repurposed medical instruments and the remains of a service robot. It taps in to the spinal cord and wraps around both arms, mostly under the skin, with some externally visible portions. The device was originally intended to enhance the user's fine motor skills for short amounts of time, though initial installation resulted in permanent tissue and nerve damage. As such, the device must be kept in constant use in order to make use of the user's arms. Additional, more professional, modifications have been made since the installation, though the device is still very much a jury-rigged system.

|: C.R. Optical Readout - Following the Nerve Interface, Mane purchased an optical device to better configure her now permanent implement. The device is contained within a contact lens, allowing for configuration of the Nerve interface and other basic computer functions.

Equipment:

|: .223 Pistol - This template of pistol is in common use in the Undercity, though this particular firearm is outfitted with an ergonomically-shaped grip in the mold of Mane's right hand. As such, it is somewhat smaller than the average pistol and complete with a hacked-up neural port to communicate with Mane's nerve interface. Typical of Mane's weapons, it is stamped with a "MANE MADE" logo on the barrel's right flank and absent of any other distinguishing features, e.g. serial numbers. Two additional speed-loaders are kept on her person at all times.

|: MA-S19 - Only used in the rare case Mane is venturing outside of a "safe" area or in overt danger. The upper rail is outfitted with an adjustable 1x - 2.5x sight. A neural port is notably missing, it having been removed to accommodate a select-fire function which was added after its initial creation. Just like any other Mane weapon, it is stamped with a "MANE MADE" logo on the weapon's body and carries no other distinguishing features.

Skills:

|: Negotiation - Years of running an extensive underground operation and rubbing shoulders with the UPF's best and brightest speakers have improved Mane's abilities to talk her into and out of business deals and live threatening situations alike.

|: Gunsmithing - A crash course in weapon forging and plenty of trial and error has given Mane a rather adept knowledge of the workings of a firearm and a similar knowledge of the modern machines she uses to manufacture them.

Personality: Mane is a rather outgoing person, by Undercity standards. She is very capable of holding a conversation with a wide variety of people and is very rarely intimidated. Although, those traits may be side affects of being the executive of a sizable arms manufacturing firm. Nonetheless, her business decisions and politics are very much in line with the UPF's views, favoring the needs of a larger group than the desires of one individual.

Backstory: Originally born to the foreman of an Undercity mine, Anastasia spent her formative years in the relatively stable suburbs of Cleveland. Her father, the mine's foreman, made frequent trips underground due to near constant machine failures. The mine, which previously employed just over 100 people, had reduced its workforce to just 10 overnight. The layoffs directed existing UPF anger in the area towards the RMI-affiliated mine. The former workers, with the assistance of Front saboteurs, had been taking out their anger on the machines that replaced them, making sure that they were active for no longer than a day after they were mended. With Anastasia's father's employment at stake, he began to formulate a plan. After making the appropriate preparations, he posed the following deal to the local UPF strongmen: leave the mine alone, and a portion of the mine's refined materials will find their way to UPF-friendly arms suppliers. The UPF representatives agreed, and the mine began to regain its efficacy.

This relationship went on for nearly a decade, with Anastasia watching from the sidelines. An idealistic child, Anastasia had become entangled with a number of student-movement groups and began to advocate the UPF's message. Her parents knew that this path would be destructive to her potential for higher employment, thus they attempted to quash her radical ideas. After a period of falling out with their child and realizing that she could not be silenced, her father and mother decided to allow Anastasia to become involved with the family business, particularly the Undercity related side. Shortly thereafter, Anastasia left home to pursue her passion on the streets of the Undercity, getting in contact with some of her father's contacts, much to her parent's surprise and anger. There, she was given a brief introduction into arms manufacturing and put into communication with the wider UPF. She initially participated in rallies and protests, but as she became more involved in the movement, she felt the need for some protection. A firearm was easily procured through her contacts, but she learned that the price was astronomical for an average UPF grunt.

As the remains of the Undercity PD disintegrated and the government unofficially deemed the district a lost cause, RMI abandoned her father's mine and quickly fled the area as well. Upon learning of this, she convinced her contacts that it would be best for her to assume management of the facility. Her mother and father had long abandoned Cleveland and their daughter, believing them both to be infiltrated by subversives. However, Anastasia was still well aware of the inner workings of the automated facility and soon established a logistical network. But still, the price of firearms remained extremely high. Anastasia figured it would be cheaper to manufacture them herself, and set about the task of gathering the necessary equipment and collaborators. After a year of tinkering and plenty of wasted gunmetal, Mane Armaments had produced its first production line of rifles. Made for the express purpose of bringing the revolution surface-side, the weapons were made to be rugged and highly modular. No serial numbers or similar identifying marks were used, save for a single distinctive "MANE MADE" stamp on the rifle's body.

Since those first days, Mane Armaments has become the primary supplier of weapons for the UPF, with the MA line of rifles being ubiquitous among foot soldiers of the revolution. The firm boasts around 50 employees and an ability to crank out about 100 rifles an hour on full tilt. Beyond small arms, Mane Armaments produces anti-tank weapons and has a line of body armor in the testing phase. But, the company is most famous (or infamous, depending on who you ask) for its HEIAP (High-Explosive/Incendiary Armor-Piercing) 7.62 rounds. The company's most coveted trade secret, the rounds are capable of turning a foot soldier into an anti-tank weapon at a relatively low cost. The rounds, while obviously being significantly more expensive than their average FMJ counterparts, are sold at prices much lower than traditional AT weapons and munitions. These rounds proved crucial in recent defenses of the Undercity from the heavily armed and armored incursions made by those above the surface.

I don't know weapon terminology when it comes to guns, bullets only about .18-.20 of an inch? Not many special powers either, just a very light handgun.

Name: Fett Kath
Age: 120, but much younger biologically
Gender: Male
Allegiance: North American Federation
Appearance: (in the OP)
Physique: He's a massive thicc boi, but has a surprising amount of mobility for his size
Augmentations: Various minor implants to help him move around and stay alive despite his…”condition”
Equipment:
Fett K67 “Court Ruled Suicide” Grenade Launcher: A relatively small grenade launcher used by the Fettman himself
Skills: Fett Kath may be extremely sadistic, but he is very cunning and manipulative. Due to wide recreational usage, he is also skilled with a variety of weaponry.
Personality: Fett Kath is very selfish and greedy, and doesn’t care about anything but money. He views the poor as subhuman fleshbags that can be utilized for profit, and all other people like him he would gladly betray for a penny. He gets very emotional and angry when anyone suggests that the workers have any rights, or that he should give away even the slightest amount of money to a charitable cause.
Backstory: Fett Kath was born into miserable poverty, as his parents were only millionaires. As a young boy, his parents couldn’t even afford to buy him a small island. His life being depressing and sad, he decided to try and become as cunning as possible and climb the social ladder to escape his multi-million dollar poverty. Eventually, as his father got the family company close to being a billion dollar company, Fett Kath had him and his wife disappear, and Fett inherited the company. Under his management, he became a multi-billionaire, and now resides as a leader in North American Federation.

Name: Dr. Fausto Rindón

Age: 36

Gender: Male

Allegiance: Biogen Incorporated

Appearance: A pale and lean man at the height of 5'8", Fausto possesses dark brown hair and blue eyes; generally seen wearing a dim-gray lab coat, a silver button-up, a black pair of slacks and formal shoes, Dr. Rindón seeks to project the image of a refined geneticist in his outfit as well as in his work.

Physique: Fausto is notably thin, having weighed merely 116 pounds before starting his work at Biogen. However, following a set of surgeries later on in his career, his small frame now conceals a set of dense muscle, ostensibly for the purpose of appearance.

Augmentations:
Subdermal Tissue Implant: The figurative iron fist within Rindón's velvet glove, the STI has increased his effective muscle mass twofold, complete with the benefits that brings. If he actually took the time to exercise, he might well improve further.
Metabolic Enhancer: Appearance is everything in the upper classes of America, and a doctor ought not to be an exception. This augmentation regulates the body's metabolism, having the dual effects of a thinner figure and more frequent restroom trips for Fausto.

Equipment:
Shanxi Type 17 (.450 SMC): Rindón's personal handgun, chambered for .450 SMC rounds. With an elongated barrel and Kobra sights, this heavily modified Mauser C96 packs the kind of punch needed in Detroit.
Bolo Knife: In spite of its rougher origins, Fausto has adapted this Filipino melee weapon to fit within America's high society. A polished silver blade with a white neon inline ensure that there are little questions about the doctor's prestige.
D-IX: No doctor would be complete without their medicine. This powerful drug cocktail is Rindón's personal favorite, using it to provide both a long-lasting high and keep himself awake for his work.

Skills:
Candyman: A pillbox a day keeps the worries away, right? This character possesses an acute knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly how to retrieve high-end pills and other medical supplies.
Biogen Certified: First do no harm, then see what's profitable. This character, having worked at Biogen for some time, is able to operate Biogen's medical equipment.
Pistoleer: The Old West has died, but its pistols live on! This character is adept with the use of one-handed firearms.

Personality: Outwardly portraying a naive appeaser who stays neutral on most issues to prevent unnecessary conflict, Rindón is a sadistic sociopath in private, performing torturous experiments upon enemies of the North American Federation deep within his Detroit compound.

Backstory: Fausto Rindón is not a particularly splendid person, and a look into his past does little to solve the enigma of why. Raised by an upper-class family, Fausto put his nose to the books as well as the grindstone throughout his youth. While his teachers in his earlier years praised his polite manners and thirst for knowledge, reports became progressively more disturbing as the young Rindón distanced himself from his fellow students and focused instead on experimentation. Peculiarities such as bringing a live (and, as the fire alarm showed, very flammable) frog for a dissection lab became the new norm as Fausto delved deeper into acts of wanton cruelty.

By the time he had left for college, however, it seemed to most people that Fausto had cleaned up his act. He pursued a degree in Genetics, aspiring to find employ within the halls of a great company such as Biogen. Working for many years towards earning his doctorate, his entrenched desire to witness and create pain remained. Now a respected employee at Biogen, Doctor Rindón seeks to push the boundaries of genetics yet further, taking a special interest in wolves and applying their "selfless pack doctrine" to the unfortunate subjects that didn't pay for his surgeries.
