I am sick and tired of CK2 bugs. Right now I have a whole bunch of vassals all of whom are family members and have +100 relations and yet they wont vote to support law changes. What am I supposed to Fing do? They already like me +100. The scale does not go higher!

On the council screen do they have a green thumbs up next to their portrait to show that they are a loyalist? I think some times someone even at Max opinion may not be a loyalist until they get land or something. Or is the council in discontent?

It's a pretty typical building-management simulator game. The story mode... exists, I guess, and the best way to min-max it becomes fairly obvious quickly. Not too terribly exciting unless you make some self-imposed challenges. I have about 130 hours in it, but I'm a pedantic nerd so a decent chunk of that time isn't actually gameplay time.

i always played Prison Architect in sandbox mode so as to run a successful prison as opposed to the buggy money making nonsense of prison games. At least it's the Prison Tycoon we all deserved.

It's one of my favourites. Introversion made a great game, but they weren't exactly that active with fixing bugs. DLC is not something I care about paying for, so it's a good change imo.

so in my immortal finland save, some bastards broke away from norway and absolutely DESTROYED the Norwegian dominance over Scandinavia. i have started encroaching on my de jure land, but BY MY HOLY SHIT -
they have about 8008 gold.
now if you saw that number and didn't immediately remember the good times you had with calculators in sixth grade then congratulations, but i here have the problem with needing all of Scandanavia and needing all the money...

also i reformed the religion, Poland owns most of eastern europe, the Kievan Rus became a target of my first crusade, the one that established my dominance over the Baltics, and there's this wierd dislocated county in Siberia the belongs to my granddaughter that keeps matrelinially marrying my sons, without any children getting the incest trait...

I use ruler designer unlocked becaue i love to play sandbox/rp in ck2 without paradox getting mad at me. I only added like 2 traits via console.

Even without great blots and other sacrificial events African is typically the most bloody religion in the game behind the Aztec religion. Pick the doctrine that lets you sacrifice your enemies. Combine this with a violent bloodline and you are unkillable if not unstoppable as a general. The rest of the reform traits should focus on warfare since your expansion is limited to Ethiopia and the Muslim world meaning your battle is uphill.

You never had a choice to begin with. Demon children always kill every single sibling older than them in order to ensure they become your successor. It's why I wish I could assassinate my children sometimes. Otherwise your only other option is to arrest and execute them, but the penalties that come with that might not be worth it.

So i decided to play a game as Bulgaria who starts off with an older but still fertile ruler. I get the option early to go Catholic which is great because free holy war CBs. I take on the entire local slavic population and win. My ruler ended up having 4 sons and a daughter. GREAT! No easy game overs. He died after living a long life as a maimed cripple who was so badass he selected the flesh and blood option for the sacrifice to the tengri gods. who he backstabbed for juicy CBs. Of course death by gavelkind isn't my ideal so I when i realized my sons were growing up i rushed for primigoniture. THANK YOU RNStalin!!!
His son however was too young. HOORAY for disposable regents! Luckily I did not have to wait long.

All 4 sons were very ugly fish-eyed people.
My heir was a badass. Expanding Bulgaria in all directions. We took so much land and made so few enemies. The Pope was in love with us. My heir fostered a few daughters but luckily had a son.
Here's where things get interesting.
So his brothers weren't very happy about getting jack shit from inheritance. They start to plot. I find out and kill the leader of the plot (not my brother just some random court hangaround). The plot goes away.

Now his son barely out of his toddler years is in charge of the nation but stuck behind the strictest regent.
I have to kill my uncles...This will not be easy.
Every time an event comes by I save money.
I bide my time.

The uncle I suspect behind being behind everything has brought a foreign army to our land!
I rally my troops and capture that piece of shit uncle.

This would have been a lot better with all the dlc especially Holy Fury. Then we could have had a duel instead of me pretending they did.
Even ignoring that your writing is waaaaaaaaay better, your story outclasses mine by a lot.

Done it before. It's definitely worth it. IIRC, you are likely to become depressed soon after, so you can jump on that newly secured succession early.
