Especially considering the fact that 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of our universe will kill us without things like Clothing, Spacesuits, Spaceships, Weapons, Air Conditioning, Food, Medicine. Hell, Humanity would have gone extinct/wouldn't be the top species if it wasn't for the magical invention of "Controlled Fire"

Again, the only reason why we could survive in the first place is through rapid advancement. A universe truly in our favor wouldn't need that. A universe wouldn't need technological advancements just for us to survive past the age of 30 if it was favorable. We think this world is perfect for us humans because this is the only world we know.

So many atheists here are arguing that all the things which existed before the Big Bang had always existed, and therefore weren't created. This is true. The question, however, is whether or not any of those things were sentient. That's the difference between theism and atheism

Also you should never worry about 'jabbing' someone about their faith. If they irrationally believe something then they deserve to get hounded for basing their life around something they have not given much thought, intelligent or otherwise to.

I believe in God because my church teaches the truth, and because the Bible says God is real. The Bible has always been true.

As for the actual reason that I believe in God, I've seen him heal people when doctors said they couldn't be healed. My existence is the result of God's miracles. Nothing could convince me that God isn't real after what he's done.

I think that THAT's the key between an educated theist and an educated atheist.
