Presvulca
Pre-History
When Gaia was first formed, the land that would one day become Presvulca was once a volcanic island chain, elsewhere in the world. It was known as a trading hub for several races due to its central location to several non-human race's native continents. As travelers would start to settle there, they would often stick with members of their own race rather than mixing together.
When Gaia formed the Terran Continent, she lifted the islands out of the ocean. Forming a landmass with many, many peaks and low valleys. She slammed the land into the Southwest of her new continent, forming a Grand Volcanic Mountian Range with the land that would eventually become the Dreadlands. Although every race had a different word to refer to the land, the one that stuck was ultimately a Daemonic world, meaning Before the Land, although no one really knew it was Daemonic in origin.
The First Terran Crusade was a messy time for Presvulca. The era was dominated by Warlords, who lead various Pretty Kingdoms who fought on the battlefields with Daemons and Angeli. It wasn't until the end of the Crusade that the first human even set foot on Presvulca. House Regine would conquer the land a forcefully wipe out Daemon Worship in the region. The time between the Crusades wouldn't be much better, as the Dreadlands were right across the Grand Volcanic Mountain Range and Volcanic Ash didn't perturb them from crossing. Human and Dragonborn villages near the Valley after the Mountains would see near constant raids. The Second Terran Crusade wouldn't be much worst, to date, it's the bloodiest conflict in Presvulca.
After Axum attacked the Imperial City, his Daemonic forces took nearly all of Presvulca quickly and easily, seeing as the Non-Human majority hated the Regine. The only people who survived the invasion survived because they dough into a mountain. This Mountain, now known as Livingstone, would be where Presvulcane Culture would form. Humans, Orcs, Dragonborn, Elves, Goblins, Dwarves, and others, all lived in the Mountian together for centuries. Raising their families, interbreeding, sharing stories, combining languages, creating a new one. Men and Woman, being equal in the skills of gathering supplies from outside Livingstone, would be since as equals. 300 years into the Crusade and they started taking back Presvulca. They would be the forebearers of the Prevulcane.
Once the Crusade was over the Presvulcanes accepted Terran Rule, they were literally divine after all, knowing it would be rather decentralized as the Mountains and Dreadlands are between Livingstone and Terra-Primira. Around 100 AT, the Emperor appointed Edus of Lux, a loyal knight and a native of the Imperial City, as Lord of Presvulca. He would marry a native human woman, starting House Edus.
Presvulca under House Edus
House Edus would ever fully adapt to Presvulca culture, and it would never be able to make Terran culture dominant in their domain. It followed agnatic primogeniture, meaning females were completely excluded from the line of succession. The reigning Lord would usually marry a native human so his children could still claim they were Presvulcane even though they were always raised under Terran culture and educated in The Imperial City. The Nobles of Presvulca during this time we always members of the Terran Culture and Humans, while the people continued to be Presvulcane.
History
The War of Two Princesses
Around 6,000 AT, Presvulcane Record History starts. Lord Lucius VIII rules, his first wife was just given birth to their second child, another daughter. He plots for her to be killed. He isn't a mad lord; he's just the last Edus male on Gaia. After two more wives and countless mistresses, he finally had a male heir. He was a bastard, but that can be fixed via legitimization. His daughters meanwhile, had been raised by the only Presvulcane in the court as their father neglected them. When he passed, his three children would eventually start a war of succession.
The Eldest, Princess Juliana was 24 served as Regent. The Middle Child, Princess Ashera was 21, she was married off to the Duke of Blackveil, a critical member of the Nobility as he ruled the Mountian Passes that connected Presvulca to Terra. The Youngest, Lord Lucius XIV was 14. As time would go on, very little would change for the siblings if we're going by the public's knowledge. Lucius would get married to a daughter of a noble with little power. Ashera's Husband passed, but she stayed in Blackveil to become it's Duchess.
However, behind the sense, things brewed. Juliana had killed her brother and his consort a year into his reign and married a commoner doppelganger, using magic so she would be disguised as her late sister-in-law when she needed to be. Ashera's Husband had passed, but not from any kind of disease or disorder. They were in a loveless, sexless marriage. They never even consumed it, they keep to their paramours. The Duke's last paramour just happened to be an assassin.
It won't be until the year Lucius would've been 23 that public knew about his death. Ashera, on a visit to Livingstone, tipped off the Lord-Mayor of Livingstone, the only Presvulca in the Royal Court at the time. What erupted afterward was a Two-Way War. Juliana of House Julinoth, Self-Proclaimed Lady of Presvulca vs. Ashera of House Asheroth, Self-Proclaimed Queen of the Presvulcane. Juliana said that she was the rightful heir, seeing as she would be the heir under male-preference primogeniture and had served as Regent. Ashera said that she was the rightful heir as her sister was a Kinslaying Kingslayer.
The Nobility had ultimately sided with Juliana. However, their people refused to rise and fight, as they supported Ashera, who they rose to fight with. Juliana claimed a divine right to rule, Ashera claimed that the people gave her the right to rule. The War would last only 10 years. Ashera married a Dragonborn, which lead to the non-human Presvulcane majority to support her, and bought Orc mercenaries from the Dreadlands. She took Livingstone and executed her sister and brother-in-law. She sore loyalty to the Terran Emperor and styled herself as Queen of the Presvulcane.
Presvulca under House Asheroth
House Asheroth is a House that prescribes to Presvulcane culture. It followed absolute primogeniture, your place in the line of succession is decided on your birth order/legitimization date. The reigning Monarch has usually been Human. However, interbreeding with the other races isn't uncommon in House Asheroth, although it's much more common outside of the direct line of succession. There was even a period of time when the Monarch was an Elf, another when the Monarch was a Dragonborn. The Nobles of Presvulca usually belong to the race that makes of the majority of their territory, however, that it's not a rule and if it were it would be broken a lot. Regardless of the biological race, nearly ever Noble belongs to Presvulcane culture unless, of course, the Emperor or Empress wants a Terran as a specific Duke or Duchess at which point the King or Queen would demand that the Duke or Duchess is of the same biological race as the majority in their land.
As long as House Asheroth has ruled Presvulca, there has been the general idea that the Monarch belongs to the people. Several Monarchs learned this the hard way when the people rose up to kill them, typically becoming the last of their name.

*I don't know how the shape of the Dreadlands. Basically just replace their coast or a large enough part of it with a volcano range that leads to Presvulca.
Presvulca is a peninsula. To all of its sides but it's northwest-ish, there is an ocean. To its northwest-ish, there is the Grand Volcanic Mountian Range, on the other side of the Range is the Dreadlands and the rest of Terra. The official border between Presvulca and Terra are the highest peaks in the Range. From there, the land, to various degrees of steepness, generally gets lower the closer to the coast.
The winds from the West bring warmth to the land, however outside of the Tumb, the western coast is rather dry, which has led to a desert not far from the coast. The interior is somewhat colder due to the mountains, yet still, temperate. The Volcanoes make that region the warmest era of the land. The Southeast is the same as the Southwest, dry. However, the cool winds from the mountains tend the keep that region as more of a savannah than a desert.
Noticeably, the land of Presvulca is scared with various colors. In modern times the people tend to think that this is a gift from the Gods to make the land even more beautiful, in reality, this is left over from the first two millennia of Presvulca's existence. Before Axum died, he cursed the land to always bleed with the blood of everything and anything that was slain there before his execution.
Although there are many cities and forts that hold importance to Presvulca and her protection, the three most important, populous, and powerful cities in Presvulca are Livingstone (Temnwewewefd), Bakillage (Tecywetetnpscstoaned), and Rivdelrun (Tecyttwsbnonterrda). They are collectively known within Presvulca as Te'Tecsoforcn, meaning The Cities of our Civilization.
Livingstone (Temnwewewefd) (The Mountain Where we were Forged) is the Captial of Presvulca and has been serving that role since Presvulca has become a single political entity. It has continuously been the most populous city in the land. It was a central location and is easily defendable location. To its north is a lake, to it's east and west are mountains, and to it's south is a forest, and, of course, in its center and core is a mountain. It is thought to be a lively place, build together by the main races and the Presvulcane Forebearers. No one biological race holds a majority here.
Bakillage (Tecywetetnpscstoaned) (The City Where the Terran Pass Comes to an End) is the entry point for any who brave the Terran Pass. It's a self-contained nation in of itself. It's the Capital of the Duchy of Blackveil. It was the Capital of House Asheroth at its founding. It is formerly the second most populous place in the nation but has continued to hold the third spot since being overtaken. It is thought to be a rough place to live; volcanic ash is just as common as rain, after all, brought to life by the only type of people who live there. The people who decide to live in a valley in the middle of the volcanoes. The city is majority Orcs, Dragonborn, and Dwarves.
Rivdelrun (Tecyttwsbnonterrda) (The City that was Born on the River Delta) has been around for a long time, as long as the River Delta has been there, Rivdelrun has been there in one form or another. The naturally fertile land makes it a natural target for farmers. Its location as the largest port city in Presvulca makes it a natural destination for traders and sailors. Its location on the river makes it a natural target for Terrans looking to become Presvulcans. It's the second largest city population wise. About 7% of its population at any point our only there for the day. It is considered to be a shiny city, one where money and vegetation rule. Brought to life by the mysterious people you could meet and then never see again. Non-Humans and Non-Presvulcane hold the majority.
Because of most residents of the Interior and Tumb Cities descent from the Forebearers and that most residents of the Coastal Cities descent from Terran Immigrants, some Interior and Tumb residents consider themselves culturally superior to Coastal residents.
Terran vs Presvulcane Culture
Various King and Queens have had various ideas about Terran Culture; some thought it was an ugly blot, some have tried to convert Presvulca to it. Presvulcane has always been the dominant culture on Presvulca among the people. During House Edus, Terran was the dominant culture among the Nobility. During House Asheroth, Presvulcane has been the dominant culture among the Nobility, and it wasn't until modern times that a sizable Terran Minority has shown up in both in people and the nobility.
For most of history, do to the Imperial City being a Volcano Range, a Dreadlands, and then just the rest of the continent away from Presvulca, it's culture couldn't make any inroads into Presvulca. Then sailing was made easy; the previously sparsely populated coasts saw massive immigration from the mainland. These people were mainly Terran Humans as most Non-Humans were too poor to afford to immigrate. Of course, proper roads weren't built until the new populations were properly converted, so there choice was the convert or rely on supplies of ships that came infrequently. Then Rivdelrun became the city it is now around 10,000 AT, since then it has been the main port of Terran Culture into Presvulca, and it has become far easier for Terra and House Regine to project their power on Presvulca as sailing has always been an easier way to get to Presvulca than going over land.
Language wise, it depends on your class and your city. If you don't live in a city, odds are you can only understand Presvulcan. If you live in an Interior or Tumb city and aren't educated, your only fluent Presvulcan, but you could be somewhat conversational in Terran. Vice versa in a Coastal city. Regardless of city, the educated are fluent in both, although which language you use in private isn't seen as a sign of allegiance as the Presvulcane Langauge can be needlessly complicated at times, it was created as a code that the Forebearers could use so the Daemonic couldn't figure out what they were saying. Even the Interior Presvulcane who are high and might about it often use Terran due to its relative simplicity in comparison.
Religiously, Terran's and Presvulcane are the same and have been for most of history. With respect to deities, there are only a few differences to make religion feel more Presvulcane. However, certien beliefs and belief practices are extremely unique to Presvulca.
Some people who study things like culture are beginning to say that the two cultures are starting to hybridize in Presvulca. They tend to say, as long as the general basis for Presvulcane Culture, equality among all, stays intact and the Terran Language continues to become dominant, it only going to become more and more apparent. It also has been noticed that interbreeding between the races is at an all-time low in Presvulca. Others say Modern Presvulcane Culture is already a hybrid of the Forebearer's Culture and Terran Culture.

Ahh hello. Even if you are an orc, I'm still interested as my army is tolerant. All I need is someone who is useful to my army, and I believe it that you are. We are not raiders, so I believe you may find us fine with your morality. We can offer a large sum of payment if you so require or want it.

technically the show is still on the works even on OOC levels so you do have plenty of time to catch up.
Btw wanted to clarify the OP that I have apped for Lord-Regent; as the "temporary Head of State" until an Emperor/Empress is selected if I didn't made it very clear(sorry for my bad English ) and on a sidenote I do not intend my character sticking for long so he is going to be the first going to the grave to meet the Empress in person. By whom, well that would be up to you as I stated in previous pages and what OP has in store

APPLICATION:
Name: Sabemai
Age: ~22 ( exact birth date unknown )
Sex: male
Race: Orc
Appearance: ( I am sorry, however I could not find a picture. My description must suffice ). - Sabemai, when standing erect towers at 6 "6' ft tall, though when hovled over in a usual stooped position, he appears about 6 "1' ft. Sabemai easily weighs 300 lbs, almost entirely muscle with very little fat to speak of. His dark gray skin is marked with a slight greenish hue. His eyes naturally appear yellow ( as if with jaundice for a regular human ), with irises a blood red. His usually protruding lower canine teeth he keeps shaved down to nubs which barely protrude above the lower lip. His gray finger nails, which also naturally edge themselves like his canines, are also kept cut short and to the nub. Upon his head he maintains a trimmed black fuzz upon his scalp.
Sabemai wears about him a heavy and multi layered clock of cheap assorted brown, black, gray, and white fabrics. He uses these fabrics to cover himself from head to toe, and to conceal the actual bulk of his inhuman build. Across his face, he wears a dirtied gray veil not uncommon among some medical professionals across certain regions of terra. His hands are wrapped with scarlet gauze up to the base knuckle, allowing his gray fingers to be free. He walks with a large Lux wood branch for a walking cane.
Personality: Sabemai is friendly, if a bit distant and shy. He always offers aid and assistance were he can, truly desiring to help others, but never to the point were others might grow attached to him ( or the other way around ). Soft spoken and humble, he delights in being a pleasant voice among the murmur. Sabemai's pleasant and well wishing demeanor is contrasted by feelings of isolation, shame, and sadness brought on by years of abuse as a child.
Skills: Sabemai can read; he is extremely knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the Terran Empire; he is an astounding adept in alchemy ( especially natural recipes ); he posses exceptional innate skills for medicinal magics ( though he is still developing them ); his knowledge of poisons, diseases, infections, venom's, and antidotes is rivaled by few apothecary's across the empire; his natural orc physiology allows him to survive in climates and environments that would kill the average human; his physiology also allows for an inhuman rate of regeneration from wounds, as well as an immunity to most poisons, infections, diseases, etc.
House: n/a
Loyalties: loyalties are as of yet not defined
Biography: Sabemai was found alone as but an infant, in the wild lands which had once been the dread lands. His supposed savior had been a surly farmer by the name of Martimus. Sabemai's exact origins, or the reason for why he had been abandoned in the forest were unknown, but any question which Martimus might have had about Sabemai's presence were seconded by his thoughts of profit and exploitation. Martimus would rescue the infant Sabemai from the forest and bring him back to his home. A plan had been conceived by Martimus: he would use the orc boy as a laborer to do his toil. Martimus lived alone with his daughter, and having no wealth beyond that enough to survive. Without either wealth to hire farmhands, nor sons to assist him, the daily chores wore Martimus weary. Sabemai would help elevate Martimus's plight - for it was well known that an orc could well do the work of five men in the same amount of time! Martimus would, for lack of a better word, nurture, the orc boy for the first four years of live - allowing him to live in his barn, feeding him scraps and rodents, allowing him a sack for clothing, even giving him the name mai ( Mai was a small greyish-greenish fish native to the local area ). By the time he had reached the age of 4, Mai would finally be put to hard labor by Martimus.
Mai never really minded the work. Sure, the first few years he would cry and moan often about his feet freezing in the mud, or cutting his hands when wielding the ax or the hoe, or having to work from before the sun went up to after it went down - but his pains and complaints quickly disappear as he aged. At 7 he could plow a field entirely by himself, by 8 he could chop down a tree, and by 9 he could hunt just as well as Martimus could. The older and stronger he became, the less bother the work became, becoming no more than a menial task for him to take on the daily. The ease with which this grueling labor came to Mai made Martimus envious and resentful of his indentured servant, prompting him to torment the boy when ever possible: insults, lashings, forcing him to stand outside in rain or snow, taking away his shovel and demanding he dig holes with his hands, continuing to feed him scraps - anything to demean the boy. The one bright spot in his life was Martimus's daughter, Sonya. Sonya was about the same age as Mai ( as far as either of them could tell ) and bared a more gentle and compassionate attitude than what her surly father did. When Martimus was not present, Sonya and Mai would often hide in the brush and play games, tell stories, catch lizards, or anything to pass the time really. Sonya would tell Mai her dream of being and Angeli and helping people across the world, while he taught her what plants to eat in the brush as well as how to listen to the birds speak. It would be Sonya who secretly gave Mai the second part of his name, Sabe ( meaning brother in the local dialect ).
Sabemai's friendship with Sonya made his otherwise dull life meaningful and warm. Their friendship fell into crisis when a plague fell upon the land when Sabemai was 15, sickening both Martimus and Sonya. Martimus got better, Sonya did not. It was a hot summer evening when Sabemai and Martimus buried Sonya; so still and melancholy was the whole scene, that Martimus had been struck by silence, not even having the will to torment Sabemai. Wrought with grief, that night, Sabemai vowed that he would honor his lost friend. He would journey across the world and cure every plague known and blight known to man, helping and healing all that he journeyed past - just like the Angeli that Sonya had always wanted to be. Finishing all his chores for the day, and ripping a branch from a holy Lux tree ( a rare tree, whose different parts hold powerful medicinal and magical qualities ) Sabemai left Martimus and his empty homestead, traveling northward - intent on wipping out disease and blight, and honoring his lost friend by showing the world the compassion that she had shown him.

Something ceremonial rather than actual, with the Imperial Court itself maintaining charge until such time as a new Emperor/Empress gets crowned.
Given that the Imperial Court's leadership/most important nobles are gathering at the Imperial City so that the Grand Order can decide on this, though, I think it's going to certainly be interesting for those who show up at the Court-gathering that this RP will likely start off within the IC.
As for everything else: I'm trying to figure things out and review apps/lore stuff closely, and will likely accept things as time goes on throughout the day - as well as try to get the IC up in a timely manner. Please be patient.
