They were fairly big or at least a threat in and around 2009 (or earlier) and hitting offsite forums more than actual coups of regions. Not sure how many of them there actually were but yeah they had a youtube channel, was basically a guy in a hat threatening regions. In fairness I thought most of the Combine were DoS.
