Ko-orenite football is enjoyed in the entire country. The other sports are enjoyed by at least more than one subdivision, and the distinction is entirely regional. Cricket and baseball are only viable in the south, given the climate. Association and Gridiron have the largest following, closely followed by cricket, and then the rest. There are more regional sports, but those are considered regional sports, not national ones, because they are only played in one subdivision.

Tanuki-chan -- Ponpoko Taiko Drumming

It was invented by Tanuki herself, back in 2006. She basically thought that Taiko Drumming would be fun. People surprisingly liked it as it was original and unique, with almost no athletic skill required. There is usually no score due to the nature of the sport, but it ends once one of the drummers stop. It is an individual sport, with many competitors across the country. Simply Drumming will be enough at minor tournaments, but the professional tournaments have special rules like drumming quickly, doing a complex rhythm for a certain amount of time or even attempting to recite poems while still drumming. Tanuki herself doesn't compete, though she still likes beating a toy taiko she has. She's sometimes known as Tanupon due to this sport.

A sport where 2 teams of 4 have to get a tennis-sized leather ball (Ozseni) into each other's ''Zsún''- a metal basket attached to a wooden pole. They use wooden cricket bats called ''Úpaz'', and leather gloves called "Vaćźi", which is worn on the weaker hand, to get the ''Ozseni'' into the ''Zsún''.
