It appears despite our intentions, the war has escalated. Some of you may feel this is the best course of action, but I advise you all reconsider and get to the peace talk ship the S.N.S 'Julius Caesar' off the coast of Haifa, Israel.

We do not pick sides, we will ensure a fair and just talks, for all sides to be heard, and hopefully peace treaties can be signed that all sides can agree to. Some delegations have already decided they wish to attend. A smart move. It would be wise to follow in their footsteps.

"If these agents are returned, safely, and then tried in a Significance court, as they have also committed crimes under our laws as well, then I can offer the ability for a team from Spokane to attend the trial and read out their own list of charges. I can also say with great certainty, that these agents will likely recieve life imprisonment from their crimes, the highest punishment possible in Significance, and be unlikely to be able to appeal. I hope these terms are satisfactory to you"

Fighting in the name of Islam, Samporna has dedicated 50,000 Men to fending off the Levantine Crusaders; along with a small carrier group to support operations. 1 Billion worth of USD has also been promised and delivered to the Isratine Nation. Consisting of two carriers, one of which is a commando carrier, a single cruiser, two destroyers, four frigates, six corvettes, an attack submarine, and a missile submarine; they are to sail from Borneo, and somehow find their way to a planned area to either begin an assault or provide support.

Suleiman on the other hand, was getting some much needed rest. Between the battle of Tel Aviv, and numerous unnamed skirmishes that pressed the Isratine forces across the realm, managing logistics, tactics, and skillfully assigning Ibn Isam to a variety of lieutenants to maintain the image of a stoic commander. Field Marshal he may be, but he was a 17 year old boy first and by the Almighty he was going to get some sleep!

It was until Ibn Isam began his speech, it must have been a good one, considering the cheers woke the increasingly irate commander from his slumber.

Deciding it wasn't worth butting heads, and that the "Do Not Disturb" sign worked both ways, he flipped over the letter that his fiancee wrote. It was good to vent, and perhaps it was time that he did. Every good couple had their spats, and now, Suleiman wrote them on paper.

We ask that if you really want to stop all attaks and defend Isratine, help us, surround their fleet and gain numerical advantage, we can defend, but not last.

Once they were situated at a table next to her cell he opened the letter and read over it while speaking for Aceus, Harold Li and Erika to hear,

3. Hampering/deliberately sabotaging the transfer of humanitarian supplies

As they read over the list, Ryan opened his briefcase and pulled out two large leather bound books. The first book read UNICEF and You: A Basic Primer for Child Rights and the second book read ICRC: A Guide to the International Committee of the Red Cross and its Humanitarian Laws. flipping through UNICEF, Ryan found the page he was looking for. Turning his attention to Erika he asked her a question.

"Erika, were you recruited by any group to fight in this conflict or did you join by your own accord? Secondly, the people you killed in the war zone, were any of them civilians or unarmed? Please tell the truth this since will have major implications during the trial."

Erika coughed. "For the first, I came on my own. For the second...some, not sure. From 1500 meters a woman carrying a baby looks like a guy with an SMG to me."

Harold scowled. "Charge three and four are bullshit. There is nothing wrong with using an anti-material rifle to shoot a guy, and three is self-explanatory."

Nodding Ryan spoke while writing down his grievances with the third and fourth ,

"Yes, three and four are both not illegal under the rules of war. Though Erika, do you have any definitive proof that you did not deliberately engage members of humanitarian factions during the fighting? Unfortunately since you did shoot women and children it would be argued that you knew full well what you were doing. On the bright side, no one knows where your rifle went so we could technically argue that you are innocent... though that is a damn long shot. Do you have any suggestions or know of any evidence that could assist us?"

The eye witnesses were civilians and satellites provided proof.

And the opposite side thing is due to them bonding after she was captured and treating her well.
