Las Palmeras used to possess VX and Sarin, but stockpiles have been destroyed per said in the UN 1993 accord on chemical weapons. We have the capacity to make more if we wanted.
Las Palmeras has no nuclear weapons; but has the capacity to develop them and already possesses potential delivery systems.
Las Palmeras loopholed the 1968 Tlatelolco Treaty however and made N2 warheads: super-refined thermobaric explosives, some of which have yields and effects similar to tactical nuclear warheads. The number of devices possibly range in the hundreds and are part of our defensive strategy.

And because of the exploitative sex tourism industry which catered to mostly American tourists, that hurt our pride. And in a very interesting detail, the mid and lower ranks of the army, permitted the revolt and later allied with it because they were the most Anti-American...but they were also descended from the impoverished military aristocrats that the USA deposed of power all the way back in 1899, when Las Palmeras was cut off from the Spanish Empire because of American intervention.
