Zhouran Reaffirms Military Cooperation With Turkey As 2018 Ends

Ouyang reaffirms its military cooperation with Turkey following a
telephone conversation between the foreign ministers of the two nations

Today the Zhouranese government reaffirms its military cooperation with Turkey following debates from the political moderate about the "human-rights abuses" committed by Turkey against ethnic Kurds. Following a phone conversation between Zhouran's Ministress of External Affairs Mrs Hadarong Shaokang and Turkey's Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, a spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs has stated that the two discussed cooperation on issues of mutual concern, including counter-terrorism and regional concerns such as the situation in Syria, Iraq and Yemen. "Both Mrs Hadarong and Mr Çavuşoğlu stress the importance of security cooperation in the Middle East" said the spokesperson during a press conference. "The People's Republic of Zhouran strongly reaffirms its commitment to cooperation and dialogue with foreign partners and we highly emphasize the importance of our military commitment in combating terrorism abroad."

Field Marshal Zhelike Nalan's Secret Meeting With North Korea's Supreme Leader

Ministry of Defense publicly releases report on Field Marshal Zhelike Nalan's
meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang

Today the Ministry of Defense releases a report online on Field Marshal Zhelike Nalan's visit to Pyongyang, North Korea to meet with Kim Jong-un. Zhelike Nalan, who is one of the two deputy group commanders of Strategic Battle Group Unyielding Absolution of High Justice, arrived at Pyongyang International Airport yesterday on December 26 at 14:31 Zhouran Standard Time (UTC+11:00) via an A330-300 airliner from Zhouran National Air Fleet Express. The high-ranking officer met with North Korea's supreme leader at the Ryongsong Residence, located northeast of Pyongyang, and according to the MoD, the two discussed topics regarding the nuclear situation in the Korean Peninsula.

The extraordinary meeting between one of Kang Yingyong's most trusted emissaries and the totalitarian head of an isolated state is part of Zhouran's effort as a non-aligned neutral power to further de-escalate the volatile situation in the Korean Peninsula. The clandestine mission remained unknown to the public until the MoD published its report on the trip at 00:51 ZST, and it is expected by analysts that the meeting will possibly be broadcasted on North Korean media in order to "highlight bilateral relations" between Zhouran and North Korea.

Details about the discussion between Zhelike Nalan and Kim Jong-un have remained vague, and the Ministry of Defense as well as the Ministry of External Affairs have both declined to comment. Diplomats at the Embassy of the People's Republic of Zhouran to North Korea in Pyongyang also declined to comment.

Field Marshal Zhelike Nalan On Why He Visited North Korea

Field Marshal Zhelike Nalan talks about his visit to North Korea
and why he met with Kim Jong-un, the hermit kingdom's supreme leader

A couple days following his visit to Pyongyang, North Korea to meet with the hermit kingdom's supreme ruler Kim Jong-un, Field Marshal Zhelike Nalan, one of the two deputy group commanders of Strategic Battle Group Unyielding Absolution of High Justice, talks about why he visited North Korea and met with the dictator of the isolationist totalitarian state.

"One of the talking points in the meeting with the North Korean leader was the nuclear situation in the Korean Peninsula" said Zhelike during an interview with ZCNA. "The North Koreans are actually very reluctant to have their nuclear arsenal dismantled, remember that they've spent years developing their ballistic missiles and nuclear warheads, and not to mention that the presence of US soldiers in South Korea has kept North Korea on the edge" he added. When asked about Zhouran's role in the Korean situation, he responded "we have the obligation as a non-aligned neutral power to enforce world peace through strength, the only way to prevent an all-out war in the Korean Peninsula is to deter any sides from using armed provocation in the first place". In regards to North Korea's move to foster peace with South Korea, Zhelike said that Kim Jong-un "knows what he is doing" and that the young dictator is "outmaneuvering Pyongyang's hardline old-guards by making peace with the South". He also stated that North Korea's nuclear arsenal not only acts as a deterrent against South Korea and the US but also against "the old-guards who want to challenge the supreme leader's authority and decision-making".

When asked what his opinion is on the future of Korea, Zhelike responded "North and South Korea will not be reunifying anytime soon due to decades of division, but on the other hand the two might normalize relations for once, the only thing is that the actions of the US, China and Japan play an important role in the outlook of relations between North and South Korea, and no doubt that a reunified Korea is seen as a challenge to both Chinese and Japanese interests in the peninsula". As the interview ended, Zhelike told ZCNA that "if chaos breaks loose in the peninsula" then Zhouran has the obligation to "put down the rabid dogs" and "clean the backyard all the way down to the roots".

A year ago on August 30, Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong made calls for the increase in Zhouran's role to safeguard world peace through strength as well as increasing the nation's international responsibility and military obligations, by November 9 of that year, Kang Yingyong outlined his foreign policy for 2018 and beyond. Yesterday, on December 29 at 23:56 Zhouran Standard Time (UTC+11:00), the State Presidium announced via an online report that Kang Yingyong wishes to extend his 2018 foreign policy to next year and beyond. According to the report online, the increase of Zhouranese military presence overseas as part of Kang Yingyong's 2018 foreign policy was a "tremendous success" in the implementation of the policy and that as the year comes to an end, Kang Yingyong will extend his policy towards 2019 and the coming years by further expanding Zhouran's military presence abroad, increasing trade with the European Union and other nations, and further boosting research & industry within the country. The report also added that, as a call-back to Grand Admiral Tan Zhineng calling Zhouran Asia's Preeminent Powerhouse during a public conference, Kang Yingyong wishes for his policy to serve as a "tool to reinforce Zhouran's powerful position as a non-aligned neutral power in the international community" as well as a "springboard for Zhouran's obligation of world peace through strength".

DumpKrump20XX

Here we see the bloodthirsty fascist dictator Kang Yingyong extending his barbaric and totalitarian policy to next year, as if 2018 wasn't bad enough the Butcher of Ouyang wants to prolong his reign of bigotry & terror and expand his neo-colonial imperialistic expansionist dream towards all corners of the world.

The Ouyang Warmongers really are no different from the Wall Street Fat Cats. Both run on the economic principle of oppression and war. I can see Kang Yingyong's bloodstained hands from kilometers away.

The Firebird, A Deep Space Spaceship is on Its Way to Europa

The Firebird, a fusion thermal rocket is on its way to Europa. The ship was assembled in earth orbit at Science Station Gamma. At the station, Monica Ohyes, the first Commonaut to spend three years in space continuously was transferred to the Firebird and designated captain of the ship. There additional supplies were brought on board including seeds for the hydroponic and aeroponic gardens on the ship.

From the earth, the Firebird traveled to Moon Elevator at the lunar pole where it took on seven commonauts for the trip. In addition, supplies of helium-3 and water mined from the lunar surface were brought up by elevator to the Firebird filling the fuel tanks for the trip to Europa.

The Firebird is preceded by several automated supply ships which have dropped several prefabricated supplies and structures on the planet including two inflatable domes, a hydroponics garden, a fuel processor which will process chemicals, water, and oxygen from the atmosphere, and a small helium 3 fusion plant.

Preliminary data on Europa indicates that amino acids were found in the plumes coming off the surface on Europa. Is there life on Europa? Our automated probe has confirmed that there is an ocean underneath the ice.

A brief statement from Monica Ohyes, "We take a moment to see a bright future for all human kind. We bring all peoples forward into the future for this mission to seek peaceful scientific knowledge. May you be blessed in the coming days. " There is a picture of her with the flag behind her of the UniversalCommons.

A panoramic shot shows the Firebirds engines burning at full thrust moving into space.

The Firebird will take 150 days to reach Europa.

Kang Yingyong Sends New Year Greetings To Xi Jinping

President of the State Presidium tells Chinese leader he is open to
dialogue and pledges more talks between the two nations

Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong has told Xi Jinping in a new year letter that Ouyang is ready for dialogue on a "wide-ranging agenda", the Ministry of External Affairs said during a press conference. 2018 has been a rough year for Sino-Zhouranese Bilateral Relations as China continues to accuse Zhouran's freedom of navigation operations in the South China Sea as "an act of violating Chinese territorial sovereignty" despite China's aggressive expansionist behavior in the region. Li Keqiang, the Premier of the PRC, cancelled a planned meeting with Grand Admiral Tan Zhineng, Premier of the Central Council of Zhouran, at Shanghai in China in November, citing "concerns" regarding the presence of Zhouranese warships in the South China Sea and Zhouran's call for freedom of navigation in the SCS.

"Kang Yingyong stressed that Sino-Zhouranese relations are an important factor for providing strategic stability and international security in the Asia-Pacific region", a spokesperson from the Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement. "He confirmed that Zhouran is open for dialogue with China on the most wide-ranging agenda including the situation in the South China Sea." Kang Yingyong also pledged that he is open to talks between the two nations and that Zhouran's massive permanent naval presence in the SCS "will not deprive China's right to sail and navigate through the South China Sea". The spokesperson said Kang Yingyong wished "wellbeing and prosperity for the Chinese people".

Many analysts in Zhouran say that while Kang Yingyong might open up more dialogue with his Chinese counterpart, at the same time Zhouran's freedom of navigation operations will continue as always in order to stop China's expansionist agenda and deter the Chinese PLA from engaging in territorial invasions by displaying Zhouranese show of might within China's backyard.

Experts Predicting Where Global Conflict Could Erupt In 2019

National Institute of Military Science makes forecast on possible conflicts for next year
as international tension remained high throughout the entirety of 2018

International tensions have risen in the past 12 months and forecasts of conflict abound – but where does Zhouran really stand in 2019? Other nations continue to glower at one another, and tough-talking authoritarians appear predominant in many key nations around the globe. And for 2019, there are key flashpoints in every hemisphere where the political will and military capability of powerful countries such as Zhouran, the US, China, and Russia could be tested. According to researchers from the Department of International Relations Research of the National Institute of Military Science in Ouyang, the global picture is different to the start of 2018, but the potential for war is looming. The researchers said 2019's biggest threat had not even been in the top four at the start of 2018. Last year, NIMS had collectively pointed to a nuclear North Korea as the greatest threat to global security. This was followed by the possibility of Russia clashing with NATO, a cyber-attack on critical US infrastructure, and a mass casualty terror attack on the US or a US ally.

In 2019 however, everything points to China. "Number one is a possible confrontation with China, in the East China Sea, or over territorial claims in the South China Sea", a security expert from NIMS told ZCNA. Under President Xi, China has stepped up its territorial ambitions in the South China Sea, building artificial islands and laying claim to shipping routes and regions that other nations, such as Vietnam, claim infringe on their territory. NIMS researchers have stated that China believed nations such as Zhouran and the US were out to "humiliate" them and "infringe on Chinese sovereignty".

While the outlook for 2019 remains ambiguous and tense, many of the researchers at NIMS believe that the chance of a global conflict remains low but international tensions will remain high. Not only that, they stated that even a minor incident could most likely start a global war.

Mothballed Destroyer Seen Mated With Experimental Railgun

Guided-missile destroyer "Son of Sublime Courage" is seen
armed with experimental railgun following weeks of refitting

Image
Image
Top: Type 1971 Yiguan-class guided-missile destroyer "Son of Sublime Courage" (foreground)

during an operation conducted by the ZPA Navy in the Gulf of Aden on April 23, 1988

Bottom: 3D model of the railgun fitted onboard the bow of "Son of Sublime Courage"

Off the southeastern coast of Tanghan District in Piaoliang Province, the Type 1971 Yiguan-class guided-missile destroyer "Son of Sublime Courage" was seen sailing off under the sunset for "weapons testing". Years prior, the warship was mothballed into reserve service on July 15 of 2011 after years of service ever since it was commissioned into service with the ZPA Navy on October 19, 1978. Last year on November 3, the warship was taken out of storage in order to undergo retrofitting as an "experimental weapons testbed". When Son of Sublime Courage was spotted off the southeastern coast of Tanghan District after weeks of retrofitting, it was seen with a strange, large gun bolted to its bow. It turns out to be one of the world's earliest railgun ever fitted on a warship rather on a land-based platform. Now it's been pictured in operation. Various images of the old veteran warship with its oversized gun sailing off into the ocean has spread across Zhouran's social media networks.

During its retrofitting, a couple of modifications was done to Son of Sublime Courage. In terms of weaponry, most of the ship's original weapons remain, however in order to make space for the experimental railgun, one of the two single-arm launchers for medium-range surface-to-air missiles, specifically the launcher on the bow of the ship, was removed while the launcher's 24-missile under-deck magazine was removed to make room for an extensive array of batteries and generators necessary to power the next-generation weapon. One of the ship's two twin 130mm dual-purpose guns, specifically the one on the bow, was removed and in its place is the automated turret that houses the railgun.

Zhouran has a long history of testing railguns. Since the 1970s, various full-scale consistently-successful railguns have been built and fired in Zhouran, with development assisted and funded by the Scientific Military Research Bureau. The ZPA Ground Force, Air Force, and Navy have strong interests in acquiring railguns in order to exploit their true potential for various uses including tactical and strategic artillery strikes. While rail and insulator wear problems are still needed to be solved before railguns can start to replace conventional artillery weapons, Zhouran has made various strides in the area of electromagnetic launcher technology. The most promising near-term application for weapons-rated railguns and electromagnetic guns, in general, is most likely aboard naval ships with sufficient spare electrical generating capacity and battery storage space. While ground-based systems are less efficient due to concerns regarding electrical power supply on the battlefield for every gun system as it may not be as weight and space efficient, survivable, or convenient a source of immediate projectile-launching energy as conventional propellants, the Ground Force and Air Force both have plans for first-generation railgun artillery to be mounted on multi-axle wheeled trucks similar to the massive transport-erector-launchers used for launching Zhouran's mobile ICBMs. For the ZPA Navy, Son of Sublime Courage is not their first floating railgun testbed, however the railguns being tested by the Navy have so far not been successful in meeting the combat-efficient energy requirements aboard existing frontline warships, and according to military analysts across the country, Son of Sublime Courage would most likely only fire the railgun at reduced power, thereby preventing the weapon from firing a projectile at its full potential energy.

Kang Yingyong Declares 2019 A Year Of Walking The Path To Liberation

Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong calls 2019 a "year of the path towards liberation
from the dreadful submission of ideological tyranny and dogmatic corruption"

The State Presidium has recently published a report online in which Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong states that 2019 is a "year of the path towards liberation from the dreadful submission of ideological tyranny and dogmatic corruption". The President of the State Presidium has described 2018 as a "rough year consisting of political correctness, internationalist corporate chaos, ideological submission, and corrupt materialistic cosmopolitan values" and that 2019 is the year in which "people should make a difference by mobilizing rather than sitting in front of televisions watching soap operas and reality shows". "As we live in a new age, we must combat the problems that affect everyone by mobilizing and taking actions, for change is not done through words but through actions" said Kang Yingyong in the article. The Big Boss also added that "there will always be individuals who stand in the way towards enlightenment" and that the only way to move those individuals aside is to "utilize absolute force if necessary for the sake of revolutionary action against the dreadful lazy fence-sitters, dogmatic fundamentalists, and optimistic altruists".

The People's Herald: 04/01/2019

"Uh, yes, Good Evening. Mr. Nobusawa, with the Neo-Sakdalistas gaining traction once again, with their newspaper being reprinted as a political editorial both physically and released online for free, could you give us some more background about the original Sakdalista Movement?"

"Sure thing, Kevin. Well, first and foremost, the Philippine Sakdalista movement was founded by the writer Benigno Ramos in 1930. The name of the movement is actually derived from the Tagalog word 'Sakdal', which means, 'to accuse'. The movement’s platform was centered upon immediate independence, estate redistribution, taxation reductions, and greater governmental transparency. The movement lasted until 1935, when the Sakdalista leaders organized an active uprising that quickly failed, causing the party to dissolve. The movement was estimated to have had 20,000 formal members that influenced hundreds of thousands of Filipinos in the early 1930s. The movement was somewhat forgotten after the People's Republic of the Philippines consolidated its one-party power.

Honestly, the Sakdalista party had grown quickly over a short period of time, since by early April, their activities in the provinces surrounding Manila were causing concern in government circles. The Filipino government, anticipating escalating acts of public unrest, stifled the Sakdal newspaper by revoking its mailing rights and by ordering that public meetings could only be held with government-sponsored permits. These measures proved unsuccessful, however, because Ramos had succeeded in printing and smuggling thousands of copies of a Japanese-sponsored pamphlet entitled 'Free Filipinos' while on his tour of Japan. The pamphlet offered the illusion of popular Japanese support for the Sakdal cause."

"Well, then, what do the Neo-Sakdalistas want--"

"A Second Cold War. Aggression against the U.S. Some even support Fascism, and total war against the U.S. They are the reactionaries of our time."

Breakthrough And Funding Pledge For Fight Against Prostate Cancer

Ministry of Health pledges US$1.4 billion into research by Zhouranese scientists
on working out how prostate cancer spreads and becomes resistant to treatment

Scientists at Shiyan University in Hexie have discovered a genetic marker they say could identify whether patients with prostate cancer are likely to develop a more aggressive form of the disease which, in most cases, is untreatable. This morning, the Ministry of Health had pledged US$1.4 billion towards developing their research, in the hope it will pave the way for more effective treatments. Prostate cancer remains one of the most diagnosed form of cancer in the developed world. When the cancer is localized, the survival rate is very high at 95 per cent, however what alarms medical professionals is when prostate cancer progresses to the metastatic stage. That is, if it moves outside the prostate - patients have just a 30 per cent chance of survival.

It is unknown why some cases of prostate cancer become metastatic, however the researchers at Shiyan University are willing to sacrifice US$1.4 billion on finding out the answer. The researchers have discovered a particular gene product, known as quaking, that could be driving the disease's progression. "We surveyed this very large cohort of patient samples and found that men that had advanced aggressive disease, had very high levels of this molecule called quaking" one of the members of the research team told ZCNA. Now they have found quaking is associated with metastatic prostate cancer, they want to work out whether it is the cause. The team said the government grant will allow them to investigate the real importance of quaking.

"What we are hoping our research will tell us is, ultimately, a diagnostic as to which men are most likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer, and when we can diagnose these men better, we can make better (treatment) decisions" another member of the team stated.

A contingent of three warships from the ZPA Navy is expected to arrive in Naples on the morning of Saturday at 9:15 Central European Standard Time (GMT+1) for a three-day goodwill visit to Italy. Type 2004 Anjing-class guided-missile destroyer "Revolutionary Success of Undying Liberty", Type 2007 Zhengjing-class nuclear-powered guided-missile destroyer "Ambient Tranquility" and Type 2000 Kepa-class guided-missile destroyer "Arduous Sacrifice of Vigorous Reconciliation" are expected to dock at the Port of Naples once they arrive.

A port briefing will be conducted after a welcome ceremony for the vessels. Other exchanges have not been detailed. This will be the first visit of the ZPA Navy in Naples in 2019 after visiting the Italian port city numerous times over the last decades. The visit is expected to highlight the growing defense ties of the two countries, one of the results of Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong's foreign policy. The port visit will also reflect the nation's decision in 2017 to increase security cooperation with Mediterranean nations as well as boost military presence in the region.

UniversalCommons Purchases Several Islands in the Paxarific

Postby UniversalCommons » Fri Jan 04, 2019 10:16 pm

UniversalCommons Purchases Several Islands in the Paxarific.

Many small islands in the Paxarific will soon be uninhabitable because of climate change. The UniversalCommons has made agreements to purchase several of these islands and provide seawalls, floating towns, and dykes to Fija and New Zaireland as part of the purchase agreements.

Part of this agreement has also required the UniversalCommons to take in refugees in order to get more land. These islands are being protected by the introduction of artificial reefs, seawalls, and dykes. They are also being incorporated into the territory of the UniversalCommons. Some of the islands include the Maildoves, the KingSolomon Islands, the Field Marshall Islands, and Truevalue.

These islands will have lilypad cities stationed next to them as well as floating factories, floating fish farms and floating vertical farms.

The UnversalCommons has been suffering from overpopulation and needs all the land and habitat it can get.

Tan Zhineng Announces Tariffs On American Goods

Following the increase of trade with the European Union a month ago,
many have come to terms that a US-Zhouranese Trade War is brewing

A month ago, the Ministry of External Affairs had announced that barriers and restrictions on trade with the European Union would be loosened and even removed before Christmas. A month later, the export of Zhouranese goods to the United States has decreased while export of Zhouranese goods to the EU has increased.

This afternoon, Grand Admiral Tan Zhineng, Premier of the Central Council, has announced that, under the decision-making of the State Presidium, tariffs will be placed on American goods in order to "prevent unfair trade practices from the Americans" and "defend the rights and jobs of the working-class from western corporate bureaucracy". Tan Zhineng has stated that the State Presidium will unilaterally impose fines or other penalties on a trading partner if it is deemed to be unfairly harming Zhouranese business interests, especially if it violates international trade agreements. He also pledges that Zhouranese companies will conduct "fair and open businesses in the US with American partners" and that American businesses such as Apple are still welcome to conduct businesses in Zhouran, but at the same time he also added "the Americans know that at the end of the day, we have many more bullets than they do, we have more resources than they could ever have and our industrial base is numerous times larger than theirs, not to mention our social mobility is much higher and the rate of unemployment in the nation is significantly lower". Tan Zhineng also told the press that the US president is "more than welcome to send a negotiator" but he also warned that "even the slightest tricks from Wall Street will result in harsher tariffs on American goods".

Following the announcement from the premier, hundreds of thousands of political-hardline groups as well as hardline-aligned labor unions are currently staging a massive rally in front of the US embassy in Ouyang, with many chanting slogans such as "F*ck The Wall Street Sons Of B*tches", "Big Bank Internationalists Deserve The Rope & Bullet" and "Washington Warmongers, Go Eat A Bag Of D*cks". In Washington DC, the Zhouranese embassy is expected to see small protests in front of its gates, to which embassy workers jokingly refer to it as "business as usual in America". While Zhouran's political moderates welcomed the announcement, believing that the US deserves to be challenged and treated as a competitor, at the same time many worry that the trade war could go awry if the US president makes rash and irrational decisions.

Zhouranese Warships Arrive In Naples As First Group For 2019

The visit will 'enhance and sustain the promotion of peace, stability, and
maritime cooperation' between Zhouran and Italy, says Ministry of Defense

Three warships from the ZPA Navy arrived in Naples as part of a three-day goodwill visit to Italy. Type 2004 Anjing-class guided-missile destroyer "Revolutionary Success of Undying Liberty", Type 2007 Zhengjing-class nuclear-powered guided-missile destroyer "Ambient Tranquility" and Type 2000 Kepa-class guided-missile destroyer "Arduous Sacrifice of Vigorous Reconciliation" kicked off their goodwill visit at the Port of Naples on Sunday. In a statement, the Ministry of Defense of the PRZ said the visit "aims to strengthen the relationship" between the Zhouranese People's Army and the Italian Armed Forces. "It will further enhance and sustain the promotion of peace, stability, and maritime cooperation of the two countries through naval diplomacy and camaraderie", the MoD said.

A customary meeting procedure with the Bergamini-class frigate "Alpino" from the Italian Navy was first held a few kilometers off the coast of Naples. A welcome ceremony and port briefing was then conducted upon the arrival of the three Zhouranese vessels at the Port of Naples. This will be the first visit of the ZPA Navy in Naples in 2019 after visiting the Italian port city numerous times over the last decades. The visit is expected to highlight the growing defense ties of the two countries, one of the results of Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong's foreign policy. 2019 Tariffs On American Goods And Its Effects On Zhouranese-American Trade

Following Tan Zhineng's announcement of tariffs on American goods, some fear
negative effects on both Zhouranese-American Trade and Zhouran's economy

Image

A couple days ago, Grand Admiral Tan Zhineng, Premier of the Central Council, had announced that, under the decision-making of the State Presidium, tariffs would be placed on American goods in order to "prevent unfair trade practices from the Americans" and "defend the rights and jobs of the working-class from western corporate bureaucracy". There has been fears from investors, stock-holders and businesses that the brewing Zhouranese-American Trade War could negatively affect Zhouranese-American Trade and even slow-down Zhouran's economy, which had been growing at a healthy rate since late 2017.

The Ministry of Commerce had stated earlier in the afternoon that trade between Zhouran and the US will "continue normally as always" and that American businesses are still welcome to export goods to Zhouran the same way Zhouranese businesses are still permitted to export goods to the US. "Tariffs will only be placed on certain foreign businesses that practice unfair trade practices" said the Ministry of Commerce. While some Zhouranese businesses fear that the tariffs will affect their trade negatively, many are not worried and in fact some even prefer to do businesses in Europe, Latin America and Africa rather than in the US. One local business owner, a farmer who exports his remaining potato, tomato and wheat production abroad, told ZCNA that ever since 2017 he no longer exports them to the US and instead sells them to Mexico and Canada. "Business is business, trading will always change, today you have one particular customer and the next day you have a new customer" the farmer told ZCNA.

Some analysts predict that the tariffs could slow down the Zhouranese economy, but at the same time the economy will continue to grow while the brewing trade war would have "very-minor effects" on the national economy.

Kang Yingyong Tells People To Solve Their Own Issues

The President of the State Presidium has a point: the world should
start solving its own problems and stop relying on outsiders

For the surprise of many from both the political-moderate and political-hardline, Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong posted a statement online: "the whole world should kindly solve its own problems, countries should stop relying on other countries to solve their issues, everyone can't always help one another for each must help themselves first". He also posted that Zhouran cannot be the world-policeman and that each nation should "focus on the interests of their people first, not the interests of warmongers or corporate big-bank predators".

It seems that Kang Yingyong's statements online don't entirely reflect his personal foreign policy, however while the man does support the continued permanent presence of Zhouranese troops abroad in order to challenge other world powers such as China, Russia, Britain, France, and the United States, at the same time he also strongly opposes "large-scale mobilization of Zhouranese troops to foreign wars", instead preferring low-scale Zhouranese military intervention in the form of naval, aerial, and advise support to foreign militaries. While Kang Yingyong does support Zhouranese foreign aid to other nations, at the same time he believes that foreign recipients of Zhouranese financial aid must "respectfully reciprocate in return" and that "people should at one point do their own work".

The messy quagmire in which Zhouran is basking in the Middle East and Africa has indeed become indefinite. Retreat is always heartbreaking to comrades, and pleasing to opponents. It makes tearful, negative copy. Years prior, there had always been announcements of reducing the size of Zhouranese forces in war-torn regions in Africa, only for Zhouranese military presence in those regions to continue all the way to 2019. Kang Yingyong is discovering why: it was through the vehemence and cynicism of pro-intervention hardliners, trumpeting national security.

Now comes the paradox. Kang Yingyong sits in his comfy war room, preaching the same "national security" he derides in Africa and the Middle East to justify his aggressive expansionist foreign policy, all for the sake of pleasing the political-hardline while trying to remain in good terms with the political-moderate. Kang Yingyong is entitled to put his foreign policy into all the continents of the world, and that may explain the lingering tension against China and the US. But as such, Kang Yingyong's foreign policy has nothing to do with Zhouran's national security. Zhouran itself is already an "impenetrable shangjialata". The Zhouranese archipelago has never been so much as menaced by a foreign power, let alone invaded. The forest-covered hilly and mountainous terrain that spreads across the archipelago basically makes Zhouran the perfect home fortress. Since the establishment of the People's Republic in 1956, the wars conducted by the Zhouranese People's Army abroad, from Africa to the Middle East, have reflected some neo‑imperial hegemonic urge, similar to what is gripping the United States. The effect has been to turn Zhouran from policeman to random vigilante.

The politics of fear has long been the default mode of the insecure statesman. The parading of military muscle in the backyard of a foreign nation several thousands of kilometers away from the Zhouranese archipelago still permeates the nation's public realm and has become a shop window for the political hardliners and their expansionist highly-supremacist imperialistic ambitions. The endless aggrandizement boosts military spending and upholds the cause of a Zhouranese presence across the globe. It worships daily at the altar of national security, no different from worshiping Hasa Keyong, the God of Suffering and Torment and Ruler of the Land of Suffering.

Zhouranese military presence abroad has long underpinned the security of nations that host permanent Zhouranese military presence, but that does not undermine Kang Yingyong's challenge, that the rest of the world should start solving its own problems. Zhouran's current entrapment in Africa and the Middle East was precisely what the United States warned Britain against over Suez in 1956, that it should not cloak imperial adventure in the garment of domestic security.

The power of an army to dictate policy and command resources by exaggerating public fear is the downside of the political-hardline scene in Zhouran. People can be marvelled at the good that power and wealth could do for the world. Senior Marshal Xia Peng, the first President of the State Presidium of the PRZ from September 9, 1956 until his death on December 18, 1979, was a firm believer that strength can be used to achieve peace, but at the same time he knew that military adventurism was something only a hawkish hardliner would do. A quote from Xia Peng in 1962: "The struggle for national unity, prosperity and enlightenment is just, and the might of the Zhouranese nation that is united with truth, honor, strength and pride is infinite".

The quest for "stability" in the war-torn regions of the world should be presented as remotely to do with the safety of the Zhouranese People & Nation is total nonsense. For all his antics, in this respect Kang Yingyong's voice is salutary. Maybe the man doesn't have actual expansionist agendas or maybe he isn't actually appeasing the political-hardline, maybe the entire time he really is doing this for the sake of workers' rights abroad against the harsh reign of big-bank corporate oppressors. I guess Kang Yingyong enjoys singing Hymn of the National Workers while watching footages of Zhouranese fighter jets bomb innocent villages in impoverished countries, all for the sake of national security.

Zhouranese Job Vacancies Rise To Fresh Record This 2019

Total job vacancies in the country
rose to a record in the latest reading

Job vacancies in Zhouran rose to a fresh all-time peak this year in a promising sign that demand for labor will remain healthy and vigorous as Zhouran's massive highly-resilient multi-trillion economy continues to grow at a steady pace since late 2017. A year ago on January 10, Grand Admiral Tan Zhineng called for increased industrial production for this year in order to bolster the national economy. Analysts value the vacancies series as it has proved a reliable leading indicator of labor demand and turning points in employment growth. The service sector has the highest amount of job vacancies, followed by the manufacturing sector and agricultural sector. In terms of specific industries, the top 10 industries with the highest level of vacancies (from highest to lowest) are hospitality, retail, information-technology, accounting, real-estate, healthcare, mass-media, public-health, telecommunication, and waste-disposal. Analysts say the service sector will have the highest demand for workers while the agricultural sector will remain having the lowest demand.

Former Diplomat Reveals Kang Yingyong's 'Secret' Plan To Form Strategic Encirclement Around US

Retired diplomat says Kang Yingyong's foreign policy was actually
created to form a 'strategic encirclement' around the United States

Image

Kecskemét Air Base in Hungary on April 23, 1995

Senior Marshal Kang Yingyong's 2018 Foreign Policy, which has been extended to 2019 and beyond, is part of a "strategic encirclement" of the United States and is not intended to increase military cooperation with NATO and non-NATO allies of the US, claims a retired diplomat. The diplomat in question, who formerly worked for the Ministry of External Affairs and was assigned to the Zhouranese embassy in Germany during the mid-1990s to the late 2010s, wished to remain anonymous fearing that Kang Yingyong will "hunt him down".

A majority of the State Presidium does not want to achieve full cooperation with the US, as they wish to keep troops in Latin America, Africa and Europe "slightly on edge" and form a "strategic encirclement" of the US, the retired diplomat told ZCNA. He also claimed that what Kang Yingyong and what his supporters want are not "necessarily the same thing". The retired diplomat stated "If anybody thinks us Zhouranese are there to cooperate with the Americans, they're drinking something I would like to get a bottle of. No, we're there as a counter to the United States and to a lesser extent to NATO has a whole. It's part of a strategic encirclement of the US, not for the sake of assisting and defending weaker nations, but rather it's all part of Kang Yingyong's secret end goal to establish a Zhouranese World Order and weaken the Western world through various non-military alternative means such as covertly assisting third-world immigrants in flooding into their borders".

Referring to Kang Yingyong, the former diplomat said "I think he’s certainly hedging. I think part of the problem, that has been all along with his leadership, is what Kang Yingyong wants and what both the political-moderates and political-hardliners want aren't necessarily the same thing". He also added "even if we follow the unrealistic scenario that there's peace in Europe or Latin America or even in Africa, Zhouranese military presence will remain in those continents until the end of time, the political-moderates are generally against the expansion of Zhouranese military presence abroad, but the political-hardliners on the other hand are very supportive on using aggressive-but-subtle diplomacy against the US, which is why Kang Yingyong's foreign policy has strong backing from the political-hardliners".

When asked by ZCNA if there will ever be full cooperation between Zhouran and the US, the retired diplomat replied "the political-moderates wouldn't mind that if it meant the US tones down their interventionist behavior but the political-hardliners would prefer watching Washington DC burn in hellfire, major American cities swamped with urban anarchy and gang wars, and the US-Mexican border flooded with illegal immigrants than watch Kang Yingyong and Donald Trump shake hands and make peace".
